Working with Plumeria was such a great experience! They make your visions come true with ease and make the whole process stress free. I came in with a single picture that I had liked for my wedding bouquet and they were able to run with it and design everything for our wedding from there. They are so easy to work with and contacted my venue and my cake baker to coordinate delivery times for me, making the whole process stress free. Everything turned out beautiful the day of the wedding and I couldn't have asked for more beautiful arrangments. I would highly recommend them and can't wait to use them in the future!

The flowers for my wedding were beautiful and everything I wanted. Plumeria really takes the time to get to know me and my wedding vision. They are very transparent with plans and costs. I love that the quote comes with pictures of the flowers. The team was so easy to work with and were willing to make some changes a new months before my wedding. I received so many compliments on all of the flowers on wedding day. There was one minor, and I mean minor hiccup on wedding day but Elisha was able to fix it and brought the new flower to my venue. So that speaks volumes to their level of professionalism and customer service. I would highly recommend Plumeria to anyone.

Elisha and her crew are creative, kind and love what they do - and it shows! They take the time to listen to your ideas and personalize your order to your liking. Their shop has not only flowers, but really cool house plants, fun gifts, cards and more. They have something for everyone and I’ve been very pleased every time I’ve ordered through them or gone in the shop. I love supporting this small, woman owned business!!

I order flower arrangements from Plumeria every Mother's Day & every birthday for both my own mother & my husband's mother. The flowers are always gorgeous & last a very long time regardless of which flowers are in the arrangement. They will work with you to substitute flowers and or vases for your arrangement, or create a unique one from your own imagination or their's. Either way, you will not be disappointed. The deliveries are always on time & on the correct day even if it is on a Sunday like Mother's day. They blow that1-800 Flowers place, that I have received flowers from, out of the water.

This was my first time ordering from Plumeria Botanical Boutique. I was looking for a florist that could deliver a special birthday bouquet to a friend who is like a sister to me. I explained to the gal on the phone what I wanted and they nailed it. My friend posted a picture of the flowers and they are so beautiful. I would highly recommend them. Such a wonderful experience!!!! Typical "man" shopping for flowers "early" beating the Valentines Day rush. Having a vague idea of what my better half likes, I reached out to Elisha who not only tolerated my lack of floral skills she listened to "our" story attentively and took an interest into how much it meant to me to convey the "perfect" floral arrangement. She did NOT disappoint! GUYS, this is where you need to go as I am sure I will in the future. I hope some day she will arrange the perfect wedding arrangement for us in the near future. Absolutely love this flower shop!!! Jess made the most beautiful arrangement for my daughter’s dance recital! You could tell so much thought went into every little detail and the color scheme was spot on. The staff there are all so sweet. I can’t recommend them enough!

I highly recommend using Plumeria for your flower arrangement needs!! Though I haven't been to the shop in person I had the best experience ordering on the phone. I needed flowers sent to a family member's funeral Service which I couldn't attend from out of state.The order was taken in a very professional but genuinely caring way. We took a little time to discuss options and I ordered feeling calm and assured that everything would be taken care of.-- To my surprise the night before the Service I received a photo text of the arrangement to see if I approved of them. That was a very nice touch.I was repeatedly thanked for my business and offered genuine condolences for my family's loss.After the Service my step-sister contacted me to say how beautiful and special the flowers were.(And the cost was very very reasonable too.)Really, what more could anyone ask for in a purchase from a business than all of the above?I'm very grateful for the experience I had ordering here and based on that I think anyone would be happy using Plumeria.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have never been to Battle Creek and will probably never go but I am forever grateful to the staff at this flower shop!!I needed to send flowers to a coworker whose father had passed and was being buried in Battle Creek. I told the staff (i wish i remembered her name) the situation and she made it so EASY!! The flowers were gorgeous and the coworker appreciated it so much and received so many compliments! Anyone needs flowers in Battle Creek this is the place to go!!

I forgot to order a corsage for my daughter for homecoming. I spent a half hour calling around to all of the flower shops in the area. When I finally gave up, someone from Plumeria called me back and told me there was a mixup and they have a corsage that I could purchase. This means your employee had to have gone back through the caller ID to find my number and let me know that I was able to come pick up a corsage. Thank you very much! We will use you in the future.

This review is LONG OVERDUE. Elisha was able to save the day in getting a last minute order sent to my brother-in-law's mother's viewing last September. She went above and beyond in asking her mom to make the last minute delivery the following morning since they were already fully booked with it being Homecoming season for the schools in the area, I believe her mom's name was Sandy. 10/10 would recommend Plumeria for all of your floral needs. If we lived in the area rather than Ohio, Plumeria would absolutely have all of our business. Shoutout to Elisha and Sandy for saving the day-- I greatly appreciate you :)

This florist shop is just a few blocks from where I grew up. I enlisted in the Army in 1987 and retired in 2011 in Indianapolis. Although there are several options in BC, every time I need to send my mother flowers, this is the shop I call. My Mom always calls me when the flowers arrive to tell me how beautiful the arrangement is. The customer service has always been great and now with the Internet, it's even easier to send flowers. There are many options for all occasions. I highly recommend this business for all of your florist needs.

Ok... yes for all things floral arrangements but ALSO... can we just talk PLANTS?! They are a gem of a shop for all your household plant needs!💗 I buy fresh flowers a few times a year but could LITERALLY buy a new plant every single month, lol.
