Shanna and her staff are amazing. They put my Invisible Fence in 9 years ago and it has been a life saver. I would recommend this product to anyone. I referred my best friend and they were even able to hook up the dogs collars where it works at both of our homes. The Invisible Fence staff are always there with any questions or concerns and take care of me right away. And as you can see in the photo - Even Cats know that Invisible Fence works. This cat will go the entire perimeter of the fence just aggravating the dogs.

We have been beyond pleased with our purchase of the invisible fence. The training that was offered was phenomenal and we have not had any issues with our lab since installation. We are securing another collar for our new puppy and are confident we will have equally successful results. The staff is helpful and extremely responsive. We have recommended this service to all of our pet owning friends. Our dog loves having the ability to freely (and safely) run around our property! I only wish we had purchased sooner.

I recommend you find someone else to do your install. It was great customer experience, but here is the thing you need to know. You pay for the install, training, and one year of batteries. You control NOTHING about this fence EVER. You need a setting changed outside that year, you are paying 179 a visit. Just waiting for it to die to remove the controller and put in one that I control. Its not very clear up front how little control you have over your fence. Sure maybe all is set and you will never have to change a setting. I personally would have passed on this company had i done some research. The business model is BS. I paid 2500 bucks, way over valued for what i actually received. Find another company to install a retail version of an invisible fence. Training is not hard.

I love invisible fence. I feel better knowing my dog is safe in the yard. Without the fence my dog would chase cars. Peace of mind is well worth it! We had some yard work done and the wire was cut. I was so happy to see Tom when I answered the door for our service call! He is the same employee who installed our fence over 15 years ago, doing an amazing job with our complicated setup, so I knew he'd take good care of us today. We hadn't used our fence since our previous dogs passed over a year ago, and when we went to turn it back on, we realized we had a cut in the circuit. Tom very efficiently identified and repaired the cuts (we had more than we realized), and then re-flagged the whole yard for our new rescue puppies! He also took the time to set up and test their new collars, ensuring the system was working properly for their training. It's very clear that this is more than a job to Tom -- he cares about his clients (the dogs!) and wants to ensure that they have the best training experience possible. I absolutely love my Invisible Fence Brand fence. I wish I would have done this years ago! It is so nice to be able to have my dog out in the yard with me without having to worry about him wandering off or chasing someone who is walking down the street. When I accidentally cut through the wire while doing some yard work it was very quick and easy to schedule a service call to get it fixed. Tom was awesome! Very polite, professional, and friendly! Dustin came out and repaired our Invisible Fence after a landscape and irrigation project caused many breaks and need for rerouting. He was diligent and knowledgeable. We have had Invisible Fence for 25+ years and love it!! I have never had a dog that would push the limits until recently We have a German Shorthair and she is a challenge Shanna upgraded the working portion of the collar to increase the strength That worked but was hard on this dog momma so we decided to move the fence up a ways to discourage her from running in front of our rock wall When the technician showed up to move it, he asked about just changing the distance so she would get a warning sooner Since we have so much of our acreage covered by Invisible Fence, I was more than willing to give it a try!!
