This location tries to change prices, and charge more than the signs say. Some items have prices on the back of the tags to reflect an "&up" amount, and the cashier tried to argue with me and say the sign price wasn't the item price, even though I had an item without an additional higher price on the back.

I've donated tons of stuff to the store. Never had a problem. Don't care about if they let guns in or not. Don't care about their prices. They gotta pay their help. Keep the lights on. people are crazy. Reading the comments.I think you had a I karen convention.

Best to sit to Goodwill for a set of skis that an employee who wanted them for themselves and priced at 12.95 the manager knew what they did when I asked if the price was correct. She said that they couldn’t raise the price on me so I bought them.

Clean, well organized. Well lit, shelves allow you to see across the whole space, something I enjoy in a retail shop. Plenty of room at registers to distance.Inventory moves at decent clip, always a reason to come back.

Was in there Monday night and the new girl was so unfriendly, I think she hates her job and shes not doing much for business either! I just wanted to get out of there! Usually I enjoy going in there they are always friendly.

I was kicked out for not wearing a mask. I already suffer with illness. Restricting breathing and breathing in my own toxins will flare my symptoms. I won’t be donating to your store or buying from your store ever again. Your clerk was rude. Mandating masks is medical discrimination. Your business could be fined. I’ve also noticed the chronic mask wearers are the people getting sick now!

This location has a large selection of womens clothes and home goods. There's also small mens and childrens sections. There is very little in the way of kids toys and games though. They have small furniture on occasion, plenty of frames, decorations, and new goods.The parking lot is a bit tight and it's off a higher traffic road. The isles are also small and it's easy to feel boxed in. I still recommend this location. I've bought some amazing gifts from here.

I have been an avid thrift shopper for as long as I can remember and I've shopped at Goodwills especially. That being said, over the last 3-6 months my experience at the BC Goodwills has greatly decreased. As so many other local guides have stated in their reviews, Goodwill is now completely overpriced. I find this disheartening and disappointing on several levels. You have to remember that the majority of the items have been donated to the store out of the goodness of people's hearts. That means with complete selflessness and goodwill -pun intended- they have taken things they bought and own and given them away with no benefit to themselves. The store then grossly overprices them for their own gains. These high prices also mean the people that must shop 2nd hand because they don't have the means to purchase them new still cannot afford (potential) necessities. For instance, a used no-brand boys winter coat was $30 at Goodwill. $30 is a lot of money to a lot of people. A child's winter coat is not a frivolous purchase, it is a necessity. Instead of reasonably pricing it so a child in the community can stay warm, Goodwill prices it to profit and benefit themselves. I will continue to shop at Goodwill but I will buy less and be much more conscientious of what I'm buyingand I will NEVER donate to the store. I would rather give my used items to someone in need, in my community, that will truly benefit and appreciate them. I think we all should think twice about donating to Goodwill and instead look for individuals or organizations in our community that we can help.

I have been shopping at this Goodwill store for about 5 years and I have ALWAYS been treated with respect. I don't understand why someone else would degrade them in their review ... perhaps that person was acting badly themselves. Who knows ... but I give thanks for the help I got ... especially when my father died and I needed a suit because the gal who helped me really went out of her way to do so. I'm very grateful for them.

Store was clean. Employees were mostly friendly. Store is about 80% clothing and 20% house goods. Basically they’re trying to be an upscale women's clothing store but with low-end products.Suffers from the same things all Goodwill stores suffer from now “greed”. All the good items are sold in their online stores and numerous eBay accounts. The prices are the same or more than other online sellers, except Goodwill’s items aren't even tested or guaranteed to work.

Went to walk in and saw a "no guns" sign. I will not give donations or business to a company that is anti second amendment and anti gun. I will make sure all of my family and friends know not to do business with Goodwill.

Great place to shop. Every rack was organized and the floor staff were actually on the floor making sure customers were help and the ranks of clothing remained organized.

Love this place cool staff they interact with you alot of differnt things even collectables if you look even can find name brand i found 2 pair of skechers look new when i looke them up they can go for 25 to 65 dollars so check it out i like the goodwill on Helmer Rd Battlecreek mi

This Goodwill is pretty awesome, Little in size but you can get bargin books. As of 4/08/14 you can get 6 for $1.00.
