I recently purchased some T-posts, several handy panels, and a cattle panel for my garden this year. Decently priced and a great one time investment for trellising my plants for years to come. No more cheap tomato cages! 😄They have friendly staff and helped me load my purchases into my minivan. I was happy to support a local business in the Urbandale neighboorhood and will shop there again.

It's a great place because the people are very nice we went there to adopt a dog and the people were very nice and one of the people even let my son come in the back and sit on the forklift! He asks to go back there every day now 😂 10 out of 10 recommend

Went there seeking employment. I was dressed appropriately, very polite, and the manager I'd spoken with just basically dismissed me. Told me they'd be calling me Wednesday but never even took my name and number.Heck, when I asked to speak with the hiring manager for employment, the cashier flat told me not even even apply because it was a terrible place to work. Not sure why I didn't just walk out then.

Went there to buy a pair of jeans, because I love their jeans. There was a hoodie there with a clearance tag on it for $ 14.99. looked at my receipt, and I was charged $ 48.00. Took it back and asked them for a partial refund. They said no, we can only do a return if you don't want it. It was an Ollie's clearance hoodie that they are resaleing for $48. That should not be allowed.

I was held on Hold for a long enough time that I was able to drive 15 minutes and be there before I was off hold. The staff aren't really knowledgeable of products on their shelves. And doesn't seem to carry something that is very farm related.

Limited variety. Plants seem good, healthy. But almost impossible to get anyone to help. Almost left my cart full of items and walked out the door because there was no one to open a locked display case for a purchase. 2 staff said they would get me help but they never came. Waited at least 20 min. In the end a lady helped me but seemed put out. I did buy $400 worth of items but I will definitely not be purchasing there again if I can help it.

I called the location looking for an item and I'm glad I didn't waste my time going in. I started speaking with one woman and then must have been handed off to another. When they came back on the line they said "what's going on," like they were annoying and confused at my question. I received no "thank you for holding." No "sorry for the wait, my name is..." How unprofessional and quite frankly, rude. After them finally telling me that they had my item, I asked for the price and was put on hold again. She said "I didn't even think to look at the price." After waiting on hold... Again. I hung up and called back immediately. They picked up right away and told me the price. So why did I have to wait on hold so long. It really gave me the impression that they didn't want to help me or have my business. So they won't. I highly suggest people find a better place to get their animal care product. I'm SO glad I called and didn't waste my time any further.

You never have what I need. Last time you were out of stock on my dog food, today I bring my grandson… no frickin kids jackets or hoodies. I’m thinking tractor supply is my new store.Why am I a value card holder.8/13/2023… it’s been 10 months since I stopped last. Your store needs new management! Your store still doesn’t have my dog food in stock. Every other store I visit has it. Never coming here again.

Always have everything I go there to get. Regular sales on things I use regularly, so I can’t really complain! This is where you need to go when that diy project needs hardware or tools, and you don’t wanna go all the way to a box store. Staff is always ready and willing to assist!

Great store close to home that almost always has what I need. They have a very good selection of animal and Bird seed stuff. Unfortunately I have to ask associates to price check items a lot due to lack of proper price labels,either no price on the item or on the shelf itself.

Great stock of farm animal supplies. Bulk bedding for small animals, great prices and very friendly and helpful staff. We purchased bunnies for Easter (not from here) and this store will be our go to for supplies for them.
