Went in on a Saturday morning on 3/23/24 and the cashier was on her phone. I was looking for an item and when I came up to ask her about it her words were shallow and annoyed that I asked. I went to check out and she was annoyed at me as I was asking questions. Horrible service. A person like that should be at home instead of annoying every person that comes in because their attitude needs to be somewhere else. Never go here again.

I will never come back to this store the cashier threw my stuff in a bag then throws my change on the counter lucky I didn't tell him to give me my money back and I will just go to another store

Nice store. I needed to find an item and we weren't sure what it was. The cashier was nice enough to Google the item so I can see it. They didn't have that particular model in stock but had a similar one. She was very helpful.

We were there on 4/2/2023 to pick up cards, the cashier rang them up one was correct and one was off we told him about it and he said that's the price we said no its not look at the back well he then said again that's the price, do you want it or not if you do you will have to pay the difference. We asked for a manager she came and tried to help but she said that she can't override anything, she clearly she's we are right, she asked do we want the card we said not at that price its scanning. BEWARE OF GOING INTO THESE PLACES AS THEIR PRICES FOR THE MOST PART ARE NOT SCANNING CORRECTLY!!

This is our new quick stop store!!! We go here when we dont want to go threw a big store. They are always friendly and shelfs stocked! We love the convenience and closeness to our home! Thank you!

The Manager , he's a very cool guy that is UNDER APPRECIATED ! The staff , they are all under paid and under appreciated as well . It's obvious that the store isn't paying employees a fare wage , the store shelves are extremely un organized and or bare of merchandise . You can look around and see boxes of unopened merchandise and know one to restock the shelves . It's obvious General Dollar doesn't or unwilling to PAY A FARE WAGE TO EMPLOYEES ! But what's sad is they have a RACE CAR in the NASCAR Circuit , of which costs close to a MILLION DOLLAR . I've decided to no longer patronize ( GENERAL DOLLAR ) .Hopefully more will follow and D. G. will be a better company to work for ....Roy

Cashier was trying to hrlp me find an item and asked another employee to help. That employee refused to look in the back for the products (shelf was bare and online telling me they had lots in stock). There is always stock all over the floor and it's chaotic. No matter what day or time I pop in, there are boxes everywhere. Shame, because it's a great location. Just not run correctly.

Prices do not match what rings up at the register, this has been a problem for months where the prices of Monster Energy drinks are inaccurate, labeled $2.25 each, or 3 for $6, however they rang up as 3 for $7 instead. Not only is that an entire dollar's difference, it's more than 3 monsters would cost under the labeled price individually.

I go to dollar general a lot but I can not believe their eggs are almost 3 dollars for a dozen. Times our tough I get that but man I am not paying money like that when I can get eggs somewhere else for 99 cents. But the store manager has her days sometimes she is nice other days u r praying she don't ring up your order

Friendly manager and cashier. They were able to help me locate items I needed. Their friendly service was seen towards other customers. One of the customers was very rude to them--they killed them with kindness. You don't see customer service like this too often.

Super clean and there are not carts of items that need to be stocked blocking anything. One of my favorite DGs in Battle Creek. Employees are also friendly and helpful.

Any store that just leaves boxes laying around for you to unpack and shelve for them is a s*** store. Their prices are never correct the register. And their employees are always nowhere to be found. t Then act like you are bothering them when you try to check out. I wish I could say this is just one Dollar General store but this is an endemic problem with their entire Institution.

Love shopping on Saturdays and getting five dollars off my $25 purchase by using the Dollar General app. I love getting a 20% savings on my paper goods, cleaning products, etc.

I love this store but their prices are getting outrageous. I paid $4.20 for a gallon of milk yesterday. Hope they get their prices back down to what made me fall in love with this store!

I live there $1 cards. Great quality, selection & price. The card below had blue sparkles around the edge. Great for a baby shower!

Only complaint is that they didn't have single pairs of gloves for sale. They were all sets of three and we didn't need that many. Otherwise great experience
