The are always out of stuff, have boxes and pallets all over in the way customers have to move them to get to products. Sure is address a messThere do not accept the coupons in app that you earn money back they say the general manager will not fix the system, have lots of money earned but can not use at this or act Battle creek location.

Customer service has went down hill I’ve seen better here lately kinda snippy. Store is always hardly stocked not that it’s the staff fault of that when you don’t order anything for it.

Well my past experience was the manager almost hit my girlfriend with a cart and this time it was 6:30 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon and they were closed with their lights on and doors locked. How wonderful

I don't know if it's just this dollar general or all dollar generals, but when they receive a shipment of things to restock it is the most unorganized and chaotic thing I've ever seen. Huge utility carts overflowing with stuff back to back down all aisles. No way you'll be able to access any shelves or even walk down the aisles. These carts full of stuff will be there for days gradually being emptied. It happens often enough for me to feel like I need to write a review about it

They had all the items that I went there for in stock and I noticed they appeared to be better stocked than they were a couple of weeks ago when I went there. Everyone seemed to be complying with the face mask and social distancing rules and I felt comfortable shopping there.

It's too bad that this new store was cluttered, disheveled and the outside had cigarette butts and trash in the parking lot by the sidewalk. Curb appeal is lacking for a new store. Clerk was very nice.

Stopped here on my way home from Full Blast in Battle Creek, Michigan. It was newly remodeled and well stocked, had everything I needed and I spent a little over $10!
