I am giving a 5 star because I love stopping this place. The staff is always friendly and nice, plus it is clean and organized. My complaint is - the premade sandwiches. A slightly larger piece of cheese would be nice, plus also - it take the same time put the cheese and other additives on correctly as it does to do an iffy job.

We stop her once a week for a slushie. The sweet tart is really good. We also enjoyed the Kong and Godzilla ones, too! The girl running the register, I didn't catch her name, blonde long wavyish hair with eyeliner.....complimented me on my hair last Wednesday. She's a great asset to the team. She has a great attitude, and that is admirable when working with the general public in Battle Creek.

Great selection however service here is terrible. There is only 1 register open during peak hours and it's easily the busiest gas station in town and the u scans haven't work since they've been installed. The bathrooms are also always filthy and smell like urine

I love it here had the best of times and I love their fountain drinks and of course the candy selection has varieties of different kinds but my fav is the Reese's outrageous it's the best Reese's ever invented.The clerk's are always polite and the self check out makes it convenient if there is a long line. I was shown this place by Danielle Conine♥️

Super friendly staff that knows how to move you along without making you feeled rush. I'm not a fan of their self check outs, but even with the card reader hiccup and my exasperation and mumblings, the staff was polite.

I always see this place dirty, and the workers are either on their phones, or doing nothing. I try to avoid this location if I can, but tonight I let my gas get extremely low and had no choice. I went inside to pay on the self checkout, but they were cash only. So I went to the register, and SURE ENOUGH the old dude was SO engrossed in his phone, that he didn't even notice me until I said something, and then he didn't charge me enough because he still wasn't paying attention. Ridiculous.

I manage the Wild Bill's Tobacco next door, we love the convenience of having Circle K next door and the staff have always been very pleasant. All I ask is can you guys please get some Mustard, maybe corporate can authorize a payout and you guys can get a box of packets from GFS. No hate here but man your sausage sure tastes better with mustard.

I absolutely love this store and go here sometimes multiple times a day but after my experience with one of the “morning managers” I am not sure how I feel.I came in several weeks ago and while paying I was chatting with the staff (whom are all friendly and I know many by first name now). Due to the distraction of chatting with the staff and helping a gentlemen behind me in line, I did not get my change back. I realized this once I got to my vehicle and went directly back in to the store to let them know. They apologized and said they didn’t remember either due to how busy it was. I asked if I could leave my contact info so that when/if her drawer was over, they could contact me to reimburse me. The staff at that time was very polite and helpful, stating that was no problem and took my info. After not hearing anything for over a week, I asked the next time I saw the cashier if the drawer was over. She replied that; yes her drawer was over that day by the $13 they didn’t give me in change and that she had given the info to her manager to contact me. However, she also said that this manager had been out of work for a few days so I figured I would give them more time to contact me.After several weeks with zero response from this morning manager, I went in to speak with her directly. When the cashier that was working called for her to come over she came up and started to complain to the cashier about contacted her instead of another manager and then sharply asked me what I needed. I tried to explain the circumstances and she cut me off, talked down to me and was raising her voice at me to tell me that her employee couldn’t tell me they would contact me if their drawer was over to reimburse me....... I replied that I would surely hope they would reimburse a customer money owed to them or maybe I shouldn’t be doing business with them anymore....This woman is not who you want representing your store and being the face of your establishment. Every other employee and staff member I have ever encountered there has been amazing, so I hope for the sake of your staff and customers that you resolve this issue before it massively effects your customer base. I think it’s also important to note that I am not the only customer voicing concerns regarding this particular manager.

I will only be going to THIS station in battle creek. Its amazing. Perfect pumps. Beautiful inside. Really really nice workers. The choices are insane. So i tried a chicken burrito. Hot and ready. Far superior to taco bell. The frosty station has like 8 choices. 8. I love this place!! So much so i took time to do this.

New Coffee machines are terrible. Never had any good deals on drinks outside the cheap fountain pops. An now they have this terrible self checkout. It was already slow service. Way to make things worse...

I was driving through Battle Creek on my way to the Odyssey Adult Theatre and I needed a cup of coffee and a pop soooooo bad. Literally everywhere else on my way was empty of both. Circle K came through with flying colors! The manager (Mike) on duty was very helpful and the store was also very clean!!!

this is kinda strange or insulting ... Went in the Circle K on Columbia and Riverside in Battle Creek to purchase some cigarettes For my wife for mothers day that one of the things she ask for ... So i go up to the counter and asked about the prices since i don't smoke .. And he told me that he could not sell cigs to me because i don't don't and he tried to tell me its a law ... the cashier was a 20s or 30s of age white male with long red hair and red face hair ..he told me there is a law that he can't sale cigarettes to me because i dont smoke...// Man there is no law in Michigan that says if you dont smoke that you cant buy Cigarettes .. Now it can be store policy witch is strange or you you can refuse to sale to me .Now it would be illegal if was buying for a miner and you have seen the act ..but that didn't happen and hadn't proof of such of a act . So don't tell me the law.. Just tell me that you didn't like me if you didn't want to sale .. I will never go back to that station .. Wow

They need to learn to refill their pop, frozen drinks, and cups way more often. I want to like this place but its friggin irritating that every single time i go there their frozen drinks are all on do not use and their pop is watered down and today they didnt have hardly any cups. Im just done even trying to go here. Its sad. Lazy employees.

Not a fan of the new hours. Or the fact there are more people working inside the store, but they don’t do anything. They ask you to do self check out. What is the point of paying people to be inside if they do nothing but hang out and talk with their friends? I do not work for Circle K, but I have to do all the work at the register.

The manager there is not proffessional by any means, I found a piece of plastic in my burrito and she gave me the most vulgar look like I intentionally put that there to get my $1.85 back. I've never been treated with such disrespect before.

Nothing is refilled, coffee and pop is always empty/out of service. No food is ready in the morning. The store is usually dirty. Whoever is managing this store is doing a horrible job at it.
