In the past I use to enjoy shopping at the store. After the last 3 visits at the stores. With the recent visit on Friday morning. I would not be returning as a faithful customer. Due to poor customer service and rudeness from both management and staff. The store needs a much needed overhaul. With new store staff and management. Along with better organization throughout the whole store.

I can honestly say this store is the worst. From the employees not knowing where anything is to the cashier trying to steal my points. The cashier was also very rude saying try to have a good day. All I wanted was the card you scanned with my points on it. Trying to tell me that they want them to scan cards when people don't have rewards. Mind you it was a brand new card so she could've easily gave it to me. She refused to give me a rewards card and kept calling me darling which I don't like. The store was dirty also and employees acted like I was being inconvenient when I was trying to grab an item behind a stock cart. I won't go to this store again!

Very nice and friendly, helpful sales associates!Also just found out that they also hire some through The Ark, helping individuals with special needs wanting to get into the working community.THAT'S AWESOME ‼️

Went there for Easter items and there was not much of anything, just some candy. I also noticed that overall the prices are not great.

Very unorganized, merchandise was randomly everywhere because no one has put stuff back were it belongs. Was totally outta stock for everything I stopped in for (or maybe just lost in the mess) this reminded me of how big lot's used to be 20 years ago, a total mess.. This didn't happen in 1 day either, I know this kinda TOTAL store mess accumulated over weeks of not cleaning up after customers. Also employee was rude when I left out the wrong door????? Ummmmm maybe have stuff in-stock and I'll leave out the right door.

Love big lots. Always find a deal on something there. Usually find what I'm looking for. They are located on Beckley Rd. Next door to Hobby Lobby.11/23 Once again, I was able to find everything I wanted. I know I go there more.

The deals were not as good as I had expected but they had so much to offer and every so often I'd come across a really great deal with major savings. Workers seemed busy and tired but we're still friendly and willing to help.

Went into this store to purchase items for my business and lines usually take forever to get through. I used our company credit card to purchase items and no one could help me to get it to work in their credit card machines. They said the policy won't allow you to punch in the numbers which has been done at every store but this one. Really??? Won't be coming here again. I'll take our business to legit stores.

Good selection. Organization is terrible in some aisles. Lots of items without pricing either on sticker or on the shelf where the item is this makes it difficult to know if a product is what I want. Or do I waste my time taking to the front of the store to get a price check.

Nice store, friendly and helpful staff. They have some good deals on furniture. Lots of brand name products at good prices. We had never shopped there before this visit, plan to return there soon. We just got a great deal on outdoor patio cushions!

Not bad. The store is clean and kept up very well. It's kinda a pop shot to find some stuff. But very fun to look and see what they have. Lots of variety. Little bit of everything. Easy to bring my kids. But the parking lot is dangerous! Car zip by with little care. Hold them little hands tight😎

You can find pretty much anything at Big Lots. Unique foods and drinks, make-up, toys, some clothing, etc. They have great furniture, nice quality sectionals at good prices. Really good for Christmas gifts currently.

My husband and I spent the day looking for new mattress and couches and after leaving “loves furniture” we were very impressed with big lots, their prices were decent and the staff was friendly, and willing to help. Margie was the first face we seen and she was always there when we needed her. Customer service and friendliness were 10/10.

Big Lots is a great place to shop, although it can be a challenge finding particular items. It's a bit disjointed in layout, but familiarity helps quite a bit. But it's SO worth it. Great prices on many food, health & beauty and household items.

Good location, extensive selection, and prices you can't beat. Most things are priced quite well. We've purchased one of those rollout foam mattresses and very happy with that, a twin raised metal frame bed that my daughter loves, and tons of other things. They are a great place to stop if you need a quick gift (birthday for a kid/xmas).

Big Lots used to be a fun and interesting store. These days it's just another Target or Kmart! Run of the mill stuff, and prices resemble that of other stores, not many bargains anymore. I even saw Starbucks coffee that was priced higher than Dollar General! Too bad as I rarely go there anymore.

Always very clean and organized store. A lot of great quality Treasures for cheaper prices. Bought some awesome cooling Serta sheets for a queen size bed for $20. A great store to shop for when looking for gifts. I buy my daughter's fruit pouches here where they're $0.80 a piece versus 1.80 at the grocery stores.

This Bi lots is pretty Good and Fairly Freindly Their prices are fairly low. I also bought a pair of earbuds for my sister and they work pretty well.
