I'm in Canada and got hit with a $42 shipping cost to send a single license plate from Michigan to Ontario. I ended up having to tell UPS to abandon the item. I buy a lot of plates online and shipping with tracking should be less then half that. Another HiBid rip off.

I've attending auctions for 40 years and I have bought several items through Rowley over the years with no complaints. However, my most recent experience was poor. Both the inspection and the check out involved needless wait. The inspection opened a half hour late and the check out prohibited walk in. You literally had to be in line with your vehicle and everyone in line waited for the biggest truck getting the largest load. It's a first for me and I hope its also a last.

I have been going to Brian Rowleys auctions since he became an auctioneer, decades ago. He is one of the most honest people I know. His auctions are fair and have the buyers and sellers best interest at all times. Often when you sell you can get a much higher price than other auctions including, facebook market place, Ebay, Etsy, etc.On the other hand you can often find a great bargain.You never know what might show up at any Rowley Actions!In addition you can drop off items at his auction house in Attica for any one of their online auctions. They do the work and you get the check.They will also come out and either buy an estate or run the auction at your home or business.They can accommodate your particular situation.The other auctioneer, Greg Rowden is just as good as Brian.In addition they have a wonderful staff.So if you are thinking or buying or selling, think Rowleys Auctions First!My highest recommendation!

I just received my purchases. Tracking shows that it was shipped a month after finalized.Half of my purchases were damaged with the same identical dent, so it is easy to assume that it was caused in route. The only protection in the box was a piece of bubble wrap with every bubble deflated.I would avoid using them if you require shipping.At home Ebay sellers have better shipping and packaging procedures than this group.

Rowley's Auction Service is hands down one of the best around. The auctioneers and staff actually care about you and it shows. When you ask questions or need help, they are there for you every step of the way. They will even help load your vehicle at auctions. These guys make bidding fun! If you love a good time and good deals on unique items, I would highly suggest you attend one of these auctions and see for yourself. I have been attending these auctions for well over a decade now and still can't get enough. Great environment and you get to meet some really nice people.

At the recent comic book auction all their fees and special taxes added about 25 percent to any purchase, not 13 percent, and when i got the books home there was pen writing all over the inside, and one of the covers was falling off. That cut about 90 percent off the value of the books. That means I just threw 500 bucks down the drain. Too many people who don't know what they're doing bid up and up and everything goes for way more than what you could buy items on ebay or elsewhere. Probably a great auction for sellers but not buyers. My items were damaged and they cover their butts so they are not liable and hide any flaws with a very out of date website.

I would like to thank Brian and his crew. We had an auction with them on the 24th of August and it was a great success! Brian is a wonderful and honest man who truly cares about what he does and how you feel going through this process! whether it is to unload 30 years of your life to down size like my husband and me or to liquidate an estate for other reasons. I truly believe he is the "Go to Guy". The nice thing about an auction is once you have it all set up your finished in a day. We bought a bus through Rowley Auction. Let me just say we by far had the best auction rep I believe his name was John rough day lol the bus the we had won through auction would not start are guy stayed with us for hours in the heat running to get fuel for us making sure we were all good calling people to find help to get her started everything he was there!!!ahe did not have to do any of theat and he did!! So two thumbs way up for these guys at Rowley Auction!!!! Btw we got her started it was a battery wire and the school had ran her out of fuel I mean bone dry 🤣

Absolutely love the environment at the Rowleys auctions I've been to! Surrounded by friendly people and staff. My favorite part is listening to all the jokes and funny comments during the auctions. :) always nice to be able to laugh and enjoy the time while your spending all your money lol

Very disappointed! I traveled 2 1/2 hours twice within 3 weeks for a Rowleys auction. Went due to pictures and products listed. Both times the products I went for, that were listed, were not there. I feel someone within are taking products before auction. If products are posted they should be there for a chance to bid on them or don't list them if someone is going to steel them prior to auction. I can see it happen once, but twice within 3 weeks is very fishy to me. They all happened to be the same product. What a coincidence! Needless to say we will not be attending anymore Rowleys auction.

I observed shill bidding at one of his auctions. It may not be illegal but it sure is unethical for an auctioneer to help pull this stunt. He allowed a seller to bid on his items in a no reserve auction and refused to discuss it after the sale.
