My girl gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. She loves this store! We’ve now visited Wag N’ Wash about 4 times. The first two times were shopping for toys and treats and they carry a large diverse collection of both. My greyhound can be apprehensive about getting her nails trimmed but on our first appointment, she fell in love with the calm and easygoing manner of the grooming staff and actually enjoyed getting her nails trimmed and filed. Honestly, her nails were perfect after Forrest trimmed and filed them. I was surprised on our next visit to the store that when she spotted her groomer Forrest, she immediately ran up to him for petting and attention and tried to follow him back for another nail trim! She now looks forward to her nail trims and even tries to undo the gate to get INTO the grooming area to speed up the attention she receives! All of the staff at this store are very attentive and caring toward their pet and human customers. Grooming, toys, and treats are all reasonably priced and high quality.

Thank you for the warm welcome to you store for our training seminar followed by a wash for our demonstration dog Raven. We appreciate your dedication and passion for animals! Your wash station was amazing and Raven really loved her bath so much she was close to taking a snooze.

I came here upon suggestion from my friend, I was looking for some different dog food trying to find something that will help with itchy, dry, dandruff skin. I was pleasantly surprised with how wide variety of high quality products this store had. I was greeted by Alena and I told her my situation and she recommended some dog food to try along with fish oil to use. She educated me on how to change over the dog food correctly. She also showed me the dog wash which is where I was a little disappointed, they had an option for upgraded shampoo for $25 and you could choose the shampoo based on your dogs skin/hair needs but they didn’t have any shampoo specific for dandruff but she said I could bring my own shampoo if i would like but then i would still have to pay $20 to just use the bath and water. Overall I like this place and the staff is very attentive and wonderful.

I went to get dog food and a dog wash, didn't know much about the place but was greeted and helped by an employee named Aleana she was very polite and welcoming. My dog now has the best food and smells amazing, I will definitely be coming back.

This place is the only place that would trim our dogs nails.THANK YOU FORESTWe tried trimmers, grinders, the vets office, other groomers, and only this place has worked. We went on Saturday, and after only getting one nail, they didn't charge us. Management gave us tips for the next day to try again on their free nail day.We followed their advice and showed up the next day and they trimmed all his nails! Thanks wagnwash, and thanks forest specifically.

I only gave this place 2 starts because they were very nice. Other then that , I will NOT be going back. First, I go in and we talk about what I wanted. My dog is a 5 month old morkie... she's 8lbs. But I did not know that I wasn't brushing her properly. So she had matted fur on her legs, her under belly and her face. So I told her to go ahead and just sort shave her, except her face and tail. So they tell me it'll be 2 hours and that they'll message me 20 minutes before. That was at 11. I still hadn't heard anything by 1:15 so I walk in. She is just getting worked on. So I left the store bc I didn't want her to see me. Finally got a text at 1:50-2 telling me she's ready. I go in and the groomer apologies and says sorry about her face and ears, I couldn't get her to hold still. Isn't that what a groomer does? I paid $85 plus a $10 tip because I'm not that person to not tip. For an 8 lb dog. That was supposed to include wash, cut, teeth and nails. Her nails were barely touched, her coat is definitely not even, and around her chin she STILL HAD 3 matted fur spots I had to cut when I got home. Her ears weren't even touched. Her breath still smelled like it did when i took her in. Lastly, she keeps bitting at her tail because they shaved her backside but left the hair on her tail long enough so it tickles her butt hole. So she's constantly trying to itch it. I ended up cutting some fur off her tail too help. Almost a $100 and this is what we ended up with. Very disappointing. 3 hours later......

Great experience with Mariah, the groomer. We took our 10 month old bernadoodle in for his first haircut and Mariah was caring, informative, and texted me throughout the day while he was there. Recommend!

Mariah did a seriously great job on our mini Schnauzer! He is usually pretty nervous at the groomer, but the store was a quiet environment and when we came back he seemed to be pretty calm. He looks and smells great and Mariah did a great job on my request of a not-too-schnauzer-y cut with just a little beard. We will definitely be back!! Thank you :)

Staff is very friendly and loved on my big guy!As someone who was new to the store and mentioned that. I was a bit disappointed I was just pointed to where the wash was and not shown how to utilize it to its fullest potential. I figured it out just fine, but I had no idea there was a grooming kit as it is just past the dog wash entrance on the other side of the isle. I was unsure of what I could utilize vs additional purchase.Cotton balls to protect doggie ears and different nozzles for the dryer would be beneficial as my dog has a thick coat and there was not a lot of force on the high setting of the blow dryer. For the price of the dog wash and having to figure out my own way, I found it interesting that I had to sanitize the tub when I was done. So I had my dog’s leash in one hand and was spraying down the tub in the other hand. A wonderful staff member said they would finish it for me as the balancing act was not in my favor. When I went to purchase a treat for my dog after his bath the person at the register asked if I had signed up for the rewards program and I said yes I did (ignoring the fact, they had signed me up for it 45 minutes ago). They couldn’t find my information and they said that it happens when you do it online so I finally stated that I didn’t sign up online and that they signed me up 45 minutes prior. They couldn’t find me by phone number or last name, but did find it by my first name (this led me to believe my info must be wrong). At the end of my purchase they were still unable to tie my account to it.I hope this serves as a good opportunity to review the process of how to handle first time customers and troubleshooting techniques when it comes to technological problems.Best wishes for success!

I have been to Wag & Wash twice. The first time to get a healthy treat for my dog & I came back today, for the second time, to do the same. Here's my problem: I purchased a dog cake for her & realized quickly after she started eating it that the majority of the cake was made from compressed peanut butter, my dog started choking & frothing from the mouth because it was so caked into her gums and throat. THIS is my problem, it's terribly dangerous to our fur-babies. I fully expect some kind of change, in the doggie treat recipes that you're intending to sell at your store.

I went in Wag N Wash for the first time to use the self serve dog wash. Everyone was super friendly, but Ashley walked me to the back and showed me how to use the dog wash. She was very friendly and very helpful.

Good self-service dog wash area, and have better dog food options than Petco/PetSmart (and better incentives for frequent visitors). Great staff as well, though our dog may not like it as much because he's only there to get washed or his nails trimmed :D

Convenient spot to do a self-dog wash. When I checked in at the register I wasn’t given options, but later learned there are time limits and you need to pay extra to use brushes 🤔The staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked for an unscented shampoo, they took some time to go get me some to use and I appreciated that. It’d be 5 stars if they were a bit clearer upfront on their bath packages.

Tried the self service dog wash today for the first time, using a FREE coupon from the mail! Incredibly generous. It was great. Two types of shampoo, conditioner and a DRYER are numbered stops on a carwash-style crank. I loved not having to deal with shampoo bottles everywhere. It's also so nice to dry him in the same place as the wash, and to have it included in the price. We'll be back. Also happy to continue supporting Dog-o-mat, since it's a small local business. I'll support both. Just happy to have options for dog bathing in a stand-up tub.

The shift leader James has excellent people AND animal skills. While. I don’t yet have any loyalty to the store’s brand, I am interested in returning to Wag N Wash just for the genuine patience and kindness of their employee James.

I've gone back here a few times, the self grooming station is very efficient and easy to use. We did a nail trip and the groomer was so kind and gentle with our nervous dog.

I stopped by to use the self serve dog wash after the usual place I go to, Dog O Mat was closed on Wednesdays and my dog definitely needed a bath. Maybe my standards are unrealistically high after using Dog O Mat, but here are the differences. The main issue I have is the 20 minute timer. You are expected to rinse, shampoo, rinse, condition, rinse, and dry your dog in 15 minutes and then spend 5 of your 20 minutes cleaning the tub according to the sign. My dog is a 50lb aussie with thick ish hair, and the bath I was able to do in the allotted time was a not great quality one. The dryer is low power, even on the high setting, and there are no nozzles to focus the air on one spot. Thankfully I have my own dryer at home so I can go finish the bath. Additionally, there were no combs or brushes, no ear cleaning supplies, no face shampoo, no clippers or Scissors for grooming, no drying tables, and no cleaners for eyes, no nail clippers or dremels. I mention that because Dog O Mat has all of that for free included in the bath. Now, Dog O Mat costs $21, and this was $20 (with the option to upgrade to 30 minutes for an additional $10). So, maybe if this was the only place in town - but it's not. If I wanted cheap and bad quality I'd use my own tub. The store was clean and the staff friendly, this isn't their fault, but it's a corporate level issue.

Not sure if this place cares about animals?…I came in to talk to a groomer about my skittish dog who requires medication for a nail trim. He is skittish, not aggressive. She was very helpful and assured me that she would take her time and help him get used to the new place. I even brought my pup to visit in preparation. She advised me to make an online appt.Cut to a few days later. Appt booked, 2 days of meds in my dog and I called to confirm the appt before giving him his last dose. I was told 1) that groomer is no longer here and 2) we don’t take dogs who are medicated.I understand that the business has policies but the lack of empathy regarding my situation was clear in the attitudes of staff and groomer.Very disappointing. You lost a customer here.

we took both of your dogs to the self bathing stations and it was very convenient until both of my dogs started to itch and soon formed a terrible rash from the shampoo/conditioner, would recommend bringing your own.
