Sierra is a great place for outdoorsy attire and equipment. They had a lot to offer throughout the store, and were well stocked on items that were not available at other competitors stores. The store is well kept and extremely clean and the cashiers and employees are always a pleasure. Defiantly recommend if you are looking for cheap but great outdoor equipment/clothes.

Great place with amazing prices and deals on clothes and other useful items. The tracks themselves and clothes assist a bit out of order and the clearance items are a little hidden but worth the search. Some items aren't priced so that involves some leg work to get a price locked down unfortunatley.

Convenient location in shopping mall near home goods, Stein Mart and dollar tree. Located off i-94 exit 172 Jackson rd. Good prices on outdoor gear and accessories.

The employees were about to give a 10 percent off but when I asked for more off the manager said it's just store dirt and wouldn't even do 10 percent. Idk what the manager is talking about because the store isn't that dirty and when he tried to rub off the dirt it wouldn't come off. Seemed like a really nice guy.

Waiting time for customer service is pretty long. The staff tries hard to be friendly, but you can tell they're stressed out and short staffed. Just keep that in mind, and try not to go if you're in a rush. Prices are medium expensive, but certainly less expensive than the other fancy outdoor brick and mortar retailers in the area.

Some great deals here. It's like TJMaxx meets REI :-) Tip: order online and pickup in store or have delivered to home. You can try stuff on and return it at the store. This is very helpful with helmets and other things that can be particular.

Love shopping here! My husband does too. Found some gems here. Love the sales, regular prices, and quality. Great for outdoor gear, athletic clothing, other clothing... This is my go to store for men's gifts. They have great things for women too, just a really easy place to find a gift for my dad or husband. It's really easy to park and get in and out at this Sierra too.

This is one of my favourite stores in Ann Arbor. The inventory changes pretty often so it’s always good to walk around and see what’s new. I’ve gotten some really nice workout clothes from here, and I almost always find some interesting food to take home, too.

My new favorite go-to store for shoes and casual/outdoor wear. The employees work hard to keep the racks tidy. Despite the volume of product, the store is well-kept. The prices are very reasonable. Lots of parking right out front.

This is my Go To place for sweaters this time of year. Check out staff were great. Stocking staff, not so much. It can be work but it is worth it. Someone was buying to sell on line which slowed down the line a little but tells you there are deals.

I love that we have a Sierra in Ann Arbor. It’s got a ton of great stuff at great prices. You just have to search a little. The lines are hit or miss. Sometimes they’re understaffed but the staff is generally very nice but not super knowledgeable on hiking/outdoors activities.

Worker whom I believe was an assistant manager opened the fitting rooms just for my friend and I because we had so many articles of clothing and she clearly saw us struggling trying to figuring out what we wanted to purchase. Also learned that they're pet friendly!

I've been in and out of this newer Sierra since they opened. Polite staff,very clean and well organized store for shopping or browsing. Just bought an assortment of camping food assortments and dog treats for my daughter's birthday far away. Good deals on strong footwear and warm accessories for coming autumn.
