The people here were absolutely amazing. Asked us what we were looking for. Gave us recommendations on what we should get. Gave us some deals on some moon rocks and overall the energy was just amazing what you would expect for a pot shop. Chill laid-back but attentive and easily new about certain strains and what would do what and what we exactly wanted. We'll definitely be going back here

What a great place to shop! The staff is highly informed and personable. If you are looking for more out of your cannabis shopping experience- this is the place! Non-remediated flower was a bonus. If you want to shop classy, they've got you covered!

The regional manager is awesome every time we see him. Great deals. Came in for a friend ended up spending 140+ just on myself because the deals were that good. Awesome bubble hash deal.The budtender we dealt with was knowledgeable and willing to help with my anxiety and terpene issues. 🖤

Was waiting at the counter during a little rush and saw someone who more than likely was trying to use a fake ID or something similar when trying to check in. Garrett at the front desk handled it amazingly! He was also my bud tender and gave me fantastic service. Kudos from one retailer to another on both a tough situation well handled and great customer service. Thanks Garrett!

As a former budtender in Colorado, I expect a certain level of customer service and quality. Pure Roots has met or exceeded all expectations. The staff is friendly, helpful and caring. The concentrates look, smell and taste good. Overall, it’s always a good experience. Plus, they have great specials continually running so it doesn’t ruin the budget. Pure Roots has quickly become one of my favorite dispensaries.

The worst experience trying a new dispensary ever… it felt very unorganized and hectic, check in process took entirely too long. The store seems empty because they take the format of ordering from an iPad and fulfilling in the back, but they’re just not efficient. We were the only customers in the building when other dispensaries are packed out the door, that should have been a red flag. “Fill out this survey and get a free preroll” oh you don’t qualify for that because you took advantage of another promo code that they’re not even aloud to talk about in store. You have to find out about their deals ONLY on their website. Every other dispensary proudly boasts their deals on flyers when’s you the walk in the door… the absolute worst experience in Ann Arbor. Then the manager came to try and smooth things over by giving us the corporate regurgitated telling us how much we “saved.” No, we spent, I assure you there was still a profit made. Had we not already paid, we should have just left. At the end of the day he gave us a free preroll but it felt more like we offended him off and he was just giving us something to shut us up because we were voicing an opinion. At the time nd of the day the product was good and the price was fair, but the hassle was not worth the time energy or effort. There are dozens of much better experiences within a square mile

Watch this place before you pay. I was just in there and spent $45 on 1 Forte strawberry cream & 1 Phantom Pak Blue Raspberry pre-roll. Was told she they in extra pre-roll to be nice. Get back to my hotel and start looking at your website and I could have bought the same 2 pre-rolls on-line for $27 OTD or $19 OTD if I used my cash back ( which I didn't even know I had until looking online ). My question is why did the 2 Pre-rolls cost $18 more in store then online? Yes I have a picture of the on-line total. I wasn't given a receipt but my transaction was made around 2 o'clock on 1/1/24. If anyone can answer why it cost more instore I would like to know

I've always been a fan of Pure Roots, the staff, aesthetic, and products have consistently been top-notch. However, I would like to highlight the store manager, Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable and equally helpful when suggesting products.Having a multitude of auto-immune diseases, I have found CBD helps tremendously. He took the time to educate me on a multitude of cannabinoids their benefits; and answered all my questions/concerns. I am now on a new journey with treating my symptoms based on the advice Matt provided.I highly recommend speaking with him if you are dealing with any types of joint pain, or digestive issues. He can point you in the right direction. If I could give him 10 stars I absolutely would!
