I’ve had excellent experiences here. My black lab has sensitivity around her toenails and they always do a nice job without inflicting any cuts. The staff are really nice and the Petco Rewards make monthly grooming, really affordable on routine. My dog started out a little scared, and she now LOVES to come here. The whole process was pretty straightforward. I thought my dog was going to be scared the whole time, so I switched her package to the lavender package to help with calming. She was so happy to see us when we came back to pick her up.

I have to give the biggest shout out to Wendy for doing such an amazing job grooming my 6 year old cockapoo!!! I haven’t seen a cut as skilled as this in years!!! He looks like a beautiful puppy again! His coat has never felt softer or more silky and fluffy, and our whole family is incredibly impressed with your work. Thank you, Wendy, so much for giving me back my puppy again. I appreciate all that you’ve done for us, and if Preston needs to loose 2 pounds to continue seeing you, I may have to help him do that haha.

Wendy is extremely rude and disrespectful in her communication.the unpleasant encounter with the manager has diminished my overall satisfaction with the establishment. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

We spend the summers in Michigan and winters in Florida. In Florida we use Petco in Port Orange and love our stylist Blythe. In Michigan we have used the Washtenaw Petco and have been very disappointed with Wendy. She has a terrible attitude and every appt she has messed something up. She pushes add on services and when you say no she retaliates. We won’t take our two dogs back to Washtenaw.

Just awful. I’m sure my dog was in a crate most of the time. Went to pick up my dog and she’s hyperventilating and wet and looks so bad. Bald spots all over her. No call after 4.5 hours and nobody answering the phone so I drive a half hour through rush hour traffic and she’s still not ready to go. Not happy.

The young woman who did Buttercup's toenails did exactly what I wanted and quickly too. I gave her a nice tip. The dog is difficult to manage but she did her work on her own.
