What happened to sophresh cat litter?? This was the only litter I would buy because it was nearly dust free. Now it looks like the wind out of the Sahara every time I touch it. I was a longtime customer, but I will not stand for the "cheapening"of products. Disgusting, corporate decision-making. Goodbye!

Staff spent a lot of time helping me pick out the perfect aquarium for my husband. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I had everything needed for initial setup. They even helped me load the app to save me money. Will definitely go back to the Ann Arbor location. Very polite, knowledgeable and helping.

We're where going once a month to get our dog biscuit groomed, but after learning he's epileptic (recent diagnosis) they refused to groom him stating company policy. I feel that trained pet groomers should be able him and his regular care needs otherwise what's the training for?. This on top of my dog only experiencing seizures after waking up from deep sleep occasionally. So the risk is low and he's been groomed there 14 times already. Just disappointed is all better excuse than any to shop and support local buissnes.

A complete pet store with all you need at great prices. They have some pets that you will rarely see at any other pet store. I like the staff that give you enough space to think on your own but are willing to help out if you need it. Good offers keep coming on regular stuffs every now and then. They provide pet grooming as well. Overall very good place for you to get your next pet.

I didn’t get her name, but there was a woman working today at the front desk around 11am and she asked me what my cats name was and as I showed her photos and talked about her, she really cared to listen. She made my whole day and brightened it. I’m sure she does it for many others too. Thank you!

Will never go anywhere else as long as she’s there 🖤 He’s an Australian shepherd/blue heeler and lots of work. she has had nothing but patience and caring for him. she also texts me personally offering earlier appointments if there is cancellations. you the best for reallll jaci!

I continue to have a wonderful experience with this location. Lily has been amazing for the 3 obedience training classes we have completed and the AKC Good Citizen Certification. In addition, we had another great experience with the grooming department. Our dog unfortunately was sprayed by a skunk and they were efficient, friendly, and extremely caring. It was my dogs first grooming experience on top of the skunk so I was unsure how she would handle it. Jaci M did an amazing job and ensured my dog was comfortable the entire time. I plan to take my dog here regularly now for grooming as it was such a wonderful experience during a chaotic and tough event.

Such a worst and meany manager I have ever seen.With them for about 2 hair cut for my dogManager pick and choose dog based on size and work involved.She want to take small dog easy work to earn more money.If you have large dog, Please read all 1-3 star review and then book your appointment. Don’t waste timeMoving forward I will stay away from Petco grooming.Monday is not a matter here

Worst customer service ever. A pet store should be a happy place. When I asked for help to pick out a brush for my dog, one of the staff members told me he couldn’t help me because he didn’t own a dog… maybe if he smiled, I would have not cared.Everybody seemed as if they were in a bad mood at the store. Also I paid an extra $15 for a skunk smell removal package at the groomers and my dog was returned to me still smelling like skunk.

They were very helpful to let me know why certain kitty clumping litter was not in stock. Just not alot of bird supplies like perches, beak trimming or wing trimming nor claw trimming stuff you would find at pet supplies stores. Petsmart does carry those supplies.

I recently took my dog here for training and had a truly wonderful experience. Lilly was totally awesome and made all the lessons very educational while also being very fun. By the end my dog was always excited to come in for more training and we came out of it knowing a lot more tricks and with a much happier dog.

I have very bad experience grooming my puppy there. I don't know they don't do full-body grooming for puppy if it's the first time grooming for them. I spend almost $70 only for a bath, and face grooming. The person who called me telling me I don't have the information because I booked online without calling them first. If you do not provide the full-body grooming for the first time, you should mentioned it on the website. Booking online is the easiest way for me, but YOU SHOULD NOT BLAME ME JUST BECAUSE I DIDN'T CALL BEFORE BOOKING!!!!When I go to the appointment, she told me because the puppy will be really overwhelmed, which I totally understand. But if I know it before I go to the appointment, I will consider to go a different grooming store. At least on the website, or for the first time booking customer, they should let them know before they book the appointment.Above is not the worst. The worst part is after I give the feedback to them, the Petco person called Wendy called me and tell me "You should just go to a different store or find a different groomer", which is very rude and impolite!Is this the right attitude to your customer? does customer not have the right to know the first-time grooming policy??? Why you are so rude to me????

The employees were incredibly kind and helpful - I give them 5 stars.Petco's practices,on the other hand, are abhorrent. I was absolutely appalled by the exponentially small cages that Petco had the guinea pigs in. There were three guinea pigs crammed into one cage that isn't even big enough for one guinea pig to really be able to move around. The animals looks so stressed out in there as well. The living conditions don't exactly scream animal "wellness" that Petco likes to claim they are about.
