Great store and very friendly employees! I wish I knew their names, but there are two employees who always go above and beyond. Whether it's offering to help me to my car, helping me find something, or even just asking if I'm doing okay, these two are wonderful. They are both men, one is usually wearing a ball cap and has a short beard, and the other gentleman has a little bit longer hair, about shoulder length or just above. I wish I knew their names so I could thank them personally, but hopefully the description will provide enough detail :) The other employees are very kind as well! Thank you PSP Ann Arbor!

I've always had good experiences at Pet Supplies Plus. They have a self-serve dog wash, a variety of foods, and even have some live animals. It's a fantastic place for pet owners!

Completely unprofessional in the grooming salon. Cancelled my appointment without letting us know and called afterwords. Said that there was other dogs at that time, if that was the case it never should been an option to book online. I will be taking all my business to PetSmart or Petco from now on.

I absolutely love this store!! They have the best selection of food and toys for all animals. I love their self serve dog wash. They have a punch card and its great Their rewards programs is awesome! They have a very nice cookie selection too!

We have used Marcus to groom our dog Chloe, two times now, and he has been great! Chloe has difficult cockapoo hair and he has done a wonderful job! We used a popular groomer in the area and she always had complaints about Chloe’s brushing maintenance between grooms and would try and shave her every time. Marcus works with us and she always looks amazing after!

Great support! I love this place. If I can't find something there's always a worker at the point in the right direction. What I really like is that if your animal doesn't like a new food no matter how much you've used you can return it for a full refund and if you want use a refund towards another type of food. I give them a 10 out of a 10 for customer service and customer satisfaction. Craig

Never have an issue when I go here! The store is clean and friendly customer service!! Each rep politely greets everyone and offers assistance. The store has all the treats, toys, and food I need when I need it. One-stop shop! Sometimes they have low inventory, but it’s never for long and they communicate accurate delivery times/estimates for items. I appreciate the ease with which I can shop here.Only “downside” is I wish they had the full grooming services!

My go-to place for grooming. My dog hates getting her nails cut but the groomer here is the kindest, dog whisperer out there. Don't be fooled by his young face and sweatpants - he truly cares for and is professional with these animals. Now I'm a loyal customer given the care my dog has received here and the staff's attitudes are friendly, helpful and positive.

Had the kitty food i needed. But more importantly the staff welcomed me and asked if i needed assistance. At checkout, the cashier added a coupon for my order. Above and beyond. Appreciate them staying open later too so i could get my workout in beforehand. :)

The staff at this location is always deeply knowledgeable, but their collective kindness and thorough help both in store and through their website is remarkable. Staff normally has no clue on the products so they can’t give you any advice or recommendations at all. Also they have no water available for dogs despite being a pet shop!! I went with my dog, she was very thirsty and the employee said they could not provide me with tap water for her. Disappointing.

Wonderful store! The best selection of pet supplies I have seen in recent years. They had more variety of different wet cat food cans than I have seen at any other store, even compared to trying to order from PetSmart online. I was seriously impressed.The prices were very fair, and that's before any discounts or coupons were applied, so I actually saved even more money, compared to shopping elsewhere.I didn't interact too much with the employees, but I was greeted when in the store, and they opened up another register as soon as I got in line to checkout, so I had no wait at all. Everyone was very nice, based on the short interactions I had.This is going to become my go-to pet supply store from now on.

I made an appointment to get my cat groomed to find out when I got there that my appointment got canceled due to a “double book”. The groomer had a nasty attitude but besides him all the other associates were extremely friendly. Would not recommend going for grooming services due to the lack of professionalism and reliability.

I really like the curbside service even though I still go in the store to pick it up. Ordering is fast and they call for substitutions for missing items. I think the *Thank you* are very sweet and a reminder of good customer service. I'm staying.

Not a fan of live animals being sold, mostly because there's not enough space for them to thrive properly. Some cages they sell are way too small to keep the animals in. Tiny critters still need a lot of space. Hamsters are known for living in solitude and need, at bare minimum, 450 sq/in of space.Otherwise I am always very happy with the store. Employees are incredible and I love the products they sell. A lot of the food they have is high quality and much better than grocery store stuff. I love the raw food options.

The grooming at this place is so wonderful! I have tried multiple places in Ann Arbor but the PSP grooming on S Main is the best. Marcus is so sweet and kind with my dog Rafiki. He does a perfect job and my pup always leaves looking great and very happy. I can't say enough nice things about the grooming team at this location!
