The staff here is usually somewhat polite, but this woman was very rude when I asked her about a specific cut of meat I was looking for. She made it beyond clear that she didn’t want to speak to/ help me. Her behavior is unacceptable , She needs to be trained again.

Made an order for pickup because I had an appointment and didn't have time to go in and all that after work. They said they were out of stock on the meat for dinner so I had to go in anyway because they didn't substitute it and told me literally when it was ready for pickup. They have s drive thru line for grocery pickup, not parking spots... one car at a time... I'm making this review after sitting in line for 35 minutes now and 2 cars are still in front of me. Wonderful store if you have a good 2 hours to kill for 6 items.

Was in the Ann Arbor area yesterday. We live about 70 miles away. We needed a few things and this Meijer came into view so we pulled in. Darn nice store. Clean, wide aisles and glad we stopped.

I've been coming to this Meijer for a long time many years this lady in the picture is so very rude hateful to customers if you ask her a question she has an attitude everytime I see this woman she's like this like if you hate your job that much find something else that's not okay for you to treat customers the way you do and another thing stop hovering over people at you scan if you feel that somebody is going to be stealing then maybe y'all should open some Lanes with Cashier's but don't stand over somebody cuz that's rude.. Please lose your attitude or leave it at home. If you hate your job so Much then get a better job somewhere else that you don't have to work with people meijers do better people don't deserve to be treated the way she treats people...

Self checkout staff Maureen was incredibly rude and biased when attempting to enforce ID policy. Will never return to this location. Very disappointed with this specific locations service and staff attitude. I have NEVER experienced treatment like this at any other Meijer location.

Nice clean store and restrooms. Everything seemed to be well stocked and organized. I stopped is for several items but only found two. They didn’t have many checkout lines with cashiers so self checkout is what I used but several of them were out of order .

I swear this store picks and chooses who they want to ID and then when you talk to the older gentleman that standing at the door that says he's the manager he's got a real piss poor attitude. . There was a couple that was buying alcohol he come back over and told them since he was picking up an order he didn't need to see her ID. Couple minutes went by 4 gentlemen had an order over $100 and since one of them did not have their ID it was against their store policy that they couldn't sell it to them so what's the store policy ???? when somebody says that they're coming to pick up an order you just automatically believe that?? Lmao ..You could have just sold to underage children so how does this policy work Do better Mejers look at your reviews they've pretty bad and a lot of people are saying the same thing the people's attitude suck at the store

I'm not usually a fan of meijer because let's face it, Walmart and Aldis has better deals. However, I have to say that this location is a great place. They are open 24 hours a day which was a lifesaver on Thanksgiving. I think the store layout is confusing and not efficient. Also, I asked for help finding a product and the employee walked away briefly and never returned. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.

This place is fantastic and very well laid out. It's stocked and clean. Every department has this cool and unique main street market feel. The bakery here is awesome too. I noticed no changing rooms? Kinda a bummer. The check out is fast and no wait however I went during more of a downtime which makes a difference. Love it here it's the best Meijers I've ever seen.

I love Meijer! The prices are great and the store is always bright and inviting. I found a lot if what I was looking for to make my Thanksgiving dinner. However, in this time where diets are so varied, it's rather disappointing that Meijer hardly offers the bare minimum of vegan items in the Dairy section. This made it a little difficult to accommodate vegan Family members who wanted more than just veggies for dinner. I hope that Meijer will make changes that make it easier for everyone to be able to find what they want here.

Went here with my girlfriend to buy some alcohol, we’re 23 and 22 but she didn’t bring her ID. I was going to pay for the order, but one very condescending self-checkout clerk said because we were in a group both of us had to have IDs. Would have sufficed to inform me (if this was a real rule, since I haven't come across it anywhere else) but he instead told me to "Try that at a bar next time buddy" and scoffed at us. No way we are shopping here again.

I love it here and they still had a bottle of the blackberry crown there. Such a good store. They need a clearance aisle though! All of the items in one aisle.

upon informing staff that there was human feces on the floor (that had been walked on and spread) and wall of the men’s room, i was met with a blank stare and a shrug and then the employee walked away. the store was otherwise clean and well stocked but…human feces all over the restroom makes me question the cleanliness of everything there.

Took handicapped mom shopping. 3 of the 4 motorized carts were marked out of order. Needed to get gallons of water and there was not a single gallon available. The entire row was empty. Product needed to be straightened and brought to the front of the shelf in several areas of the grocery aisles. Some was fine. Plenty of things out of reach, though. Cashier did a good job. Please get your motorized carts fixed. They are so important for handicapped and elderly shoppers.Updated: last visit motorized carts were working and available. Store looked a lot better.

Waiting in line to pay longer than it takes to shop is absolutely ridiculous! The self checkout has a line all the way over to produce, and they only have two registers open out of 26. I think bushes or Costco is a better option. Lane 16 and 18 are the only ones open during the middle of the day.

445 on a Saturday, there’s 1 checkout open, I’ve asked 3 employees if anyone can open another checkout because there’s in excess of 11 people in line with full carts.Don’t be surprised when Meijer lays off hundreds of thousands of employees because you all want us to use a self scan.

Worst Meijer's store.Rude employees, I asked a question regarding out of stock item, the guy who was ready to go on his smoke break was so annoyed! He was forgetting he was being paid, he has salt and pepper longer hair and wears glasses, super skinny and huge nose. He should be fired for his attitude!The manager Mary also had an attitude when I told her mperks wasn't working, she acted like I didnny know what I was talking about. Seriously Meijers, fire these jokers!

Wow, I didn't realize the mPerk reward system was so rewarding, for lack of a better word. Actually, I don't think it is necessarily better than the average store reward system, I was just surprised anyway.
