I showed up 30 minutes late for the three-hour appointment window they gave me to groom my 4.5-lb dog. The woman greeted me with “You’re late.” I apologized and tried to explain that the morning was especially frantic because of my wife’s work schedule, and she cut me off with “well this has happened before, what are we going to do to solve this issue?” I’m not used to being patronized so I just said I’d find another groomer and she replied “OK!” as I turned to walk out, never to return. “Maybe send an automated reminder the day before an appointment,” is what I wanted to say. People have funerals and other events in life to plan. Definitely would not recommend.

David and Lynn have groomed my dachshund for years and they have always done a beautiful job. They have treated my dog with kindness, gentleness and I always know he is in good hands with them. Most recently Sydney (who is new to Groom N Go) groomed my dog after he became very shaggy due to quarantine and she did a beautiful job. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Your animal will be treated well and groomed well by these lovely people.

We've always found Groom N' Go to be friendly and professional. Lynn always gives our dog an excellent cut and he looks great after grooming. We've felt comfortable with the staff and will continue to take our terrier there for his day at the "spa".

After almost a year in quarantine, my big newfie girl was in rough shape. We booked a date with Groom N Go and she has never looked better! She's an old gal, too and they were very careful and accommodating to her needs.

People were friendly and neat. Dog there 7 hours and returned looking a little chewed.. David who had been recommended said no time but all of his groomers were good - NOT. I even took a beautiful picture but she looks closer to the cut she got at the Humane Shelter.

I wish they would require a record of updated immunizations from their clients. I loved the service there, but my dog caught kennel cough (Bordetella) two times.

Been taking my dog her for years...she has yet to complain! Friendly and courteous staff and ownership. Clean facility and conveniently attached to the animal hospital.

My two dogs needed baths and they fit me in at the last minute.They were very friendly and my dogs came back clean and happy. I don't usually use groomers but I will use them next time .
