I was stuck with a dead van in the parking lot, the manager(I can’t remember his name) came out to me to make sure I was ok, added some fuel for me in case that was the problem and tried to help me figure out what was wrong. There really is kind people out there and he was one of them. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly as well. As much as my morning sucked, the kindness I received put a smile on my face. Thank you and I will be a return customer!

We go to tractor supply for most of our chicken and outdoor needs. We appreciate their prices and sale items. The service is always good and very friendly. They have a good selection for a small town. We have bought baby chicks here and they are lived unlike buy from other local places.

I called there they'd say they don't have the part for riding lawn mowers. However if I go in there they seem to have them in stock.I don't think I'll ever shop there again, it's like you people are too lazy to go look for the part

Dave is the absolute best! He's helped me load countless tposts and welded wire fencing rolls into my lifted trucks without a complaint. This man works harder than any of the young bucks at other stores and does it with a smile on his face! I've never had any bad experiences at this tractor supply and the manager is an absolute doll as well! You guys seriously deserve an award or something! The store is always stocked and everything is always so easy to find! They have plants out early in the year so you can get a good head start as well!

The new guy you hired for register is so rude. Makes me not even want to shop here. He just sighs and rolls his eyes like he hates his job. The guy won't bag anything and he tosses receipts before you can ask for them. Other than that, the store is well stocked and always has what I'm looking for.

Went in to have propane filled. Kid at the register called for a Doug that was supposed to fill. Waited over 20 minutes and decided I was done waiting. Went to ace and they got me taken care of. I'll be sure to inform the rest of the people in campgrounds around here of the poor quality of help your store has.

Of all the tractor supply stores I have been to, this one has the most helpful and friendly employees that I have encountered. We were there on Feb 29 at 3:30pm. We were greeted when we arrived and were asked if we needed help finding anything. Both female employees that we spoke to excelled in customer service.

I will never buy anything from tractor supply or their online store again. I waited over a month for a fan I ordered and the money was taken out bit I never recieved it. They say they refunded my money but it never showed up on my statement. 1 star is to generous.

Staff was super nice, but the chickens I purchased were not correct with the breeds advertised on the bins. I understand mistakes happen, just frustrating to not get what was paid for.

Very happy with the staff on my visit today. I was trying to pick up hardwood pellets for my pellet stove and unfortunately they were out due to customers putting whole pallets on layaway. The man who had approached me was very apologetic and took my name and phone number down so they would call me when the pellets arrived. Thanks tractor supply for being helpful. 👍

This is your average tractor supply store. They do have everything tractor supply carries services usually pretty good and fairly well stocked I stop here often and will continue to come here. I buy anything from chicken food to gardening supplies to hardware to clothes And anything in between. Thank you tractor supply

We've been to this store several times to buy pellets. Staff is very rude verbally and with body language when asked for pellets. Needless to say we will never go to another TSC when treated so rudely.

I was on the hunt for a garage heater and thou I had one held in St. John's, I thought I would check with the Alma store! Wow, THEY had one in stock. DOUG Was very friendly , thx Doug. You were the bomb, even called for me to cancel the order in St John's.

I go to this Tractor supply to buy my dogs food every month, but recently I went to buy a trailer and the service was extraordinary. The workers (Malachi, Nick, and Dave) were very helpful and courteous, they even provided the ball to connect the trailer (for FREE) cause mine was a bit bigger. Highly satisfied with my purchase and I’m very happy with the service, the staff is amazing. Thank you again!
