Harassed by associate. My mother just got out the hospital for brain cancer surgery, and she’s away from home because she needs aid. She needed some things to bathe and feel comfortable. Yea she was a sec behind but she made it in the store before 10pm and out by 10:10 and they closed at 10pm w/a line. She was clearly handicapped however two associates decided to follow her. Had I not walked past the first associate to help my ill mother who knows the additional disrespect she would have been subjected to. Security was totally understanding and the other associate helping was a dear. I’m in the industry and I explained everyone isn’t as fast as the next and be patient. And that she would still get out the store and home in the same time as usual especially if she didn’t continue to harass us as I was already berating my mother with comments that we needed to leave. The fact that she is clearly handicapped and they pressed on is beyond disrespectful. Who cares the other guests you’ve dealt with. They need to be held accountable. One a blue haired woman and a young woman. She spent $75 in less than 10 mins. I don’t think the standards we were subjected to were that of Targets. It’s 10:30 and we’re in check out at Meijer. Let’s you know she’s still moving strong and steady.

First of all the place is trashed. Inside and out it’s filthy, shelves are disorganized, and many of them don’t have the items. Outside looks trashed as well. To make it worse, there’s a mile long line and everyone’s complaining. I’m done with this target. Amazon here I come.

Horrible pharmacist. Mad I wanted to know if an ingredient would make me sleepy, said does it say may cause drowsiness? I know how to read a box, some ingredients in cold medicine still can depress a person system I needed 2 seconds of your time thanks for yelling at me while sick👍🏽.

I was never a Target Shopper. My granddaughter who is only 10 loves shopping there. That's her to go store. lol They have nice things there and love that you can pick up groceries there as well. Some of there merchandise has better prices compared to other retailers. Plus she loves that they have a Starbucks there.❤

Literally no greet whatsoever from the cashier. Didn’t double bag any of the stuff I had gotten. Rude and disrespectful people. If only self checkout was open

Extremely nice guest service! They helped me out with returning a stroller that was purchased online even tho the system was down they handled it with grace and held the new stroller I wanted to buy. The store is well stocked and clean.

Someone named Destiny had amazing ability to show how LITTLE she gave a dam about helping me find an item she legit said “iiion’no”& walked off (utterly pathetic), then I found Renee and she helped very politely and gabe the cashier was friendly and helpful also

A very great target. A nice and organized place. They also have a Starbucks. When we go to Starbucks in that target. And also i think they recently added a new store a pizza hut.

Thr return policy on clothing was horrible. Thr manager couldnt even explain it. I purchased clothes and returned them within ten days. They werent goung to let me, even with online reciepts!The store in Dearborn, Mi has much to be desired. Or is it the customers!? There is clothing and merchandise everywhere. There is zero excuse except to say there is no way the staff can keep up with that mess. It needs to be shut down for a few days and started over again. People should be charged with destruction of property when they do that to a store. It's disgusting.

Lines are efficient, never go to the Pizzahut in here. It's Target so expect the same feel at every store. Best part about the shopping experience the ease of pushing the cart. Cons lines move pretty fast , but this store can get crowded.

I wish I would have got the young man's name who was working customer service alone because his partner bailed to go to lunch with a line a mile long. She didn't even wait for a replacement. He was so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help me. He wasn't even phased by the crazy line and crabby customers.

Target at Fairlane had everything I was looking for and more. Great Lego collection!! Coming from Ontario, it is hard to find most lego sets here, in-store. Target had it! Not to mention personal care section is always my favourite!

They never pick up the phone during rush hours when people need to shop or pick up online orders and they always hang up on you I called multiple times for over a hour and no one answered even after switching departments to speak to someone this is ridiculous

I went to try on three bras, 3. No one was around and I didn’t see a sign to wait for the attended so I ran in to make sure they fit and an older African American female ran up to my door demanding that I need to bring everything out that I brought in as if I was stealing. I was so dumbfounded that the fundamental customer service skills were absent in this women. She really knew how to make someone feel extremely uncomfortable for absolutely no reason. She didn’t explain to me why she she said what she said she just stared me down like I insulted her. I really hope someone has a chat on good customer service with her. I will take my chances and just return it if things don’t fit .

Because I live a ways from this location, I called to confirm if they had purple sweet potatoes, since they show as In stock of the website. The woman who answered the phone was rude, and merely put the phone down for 2 minutes before saying "No" rudely. Would not even accept my "thank you for checking". I decided to go there myself and found several bags.

I called the store 5 different times each time never picked up I called before they were even busy around 10AM and the ladies behind the electronic counter are very lazy when someone finally picked up they said they didn't have the item I was looking for after checking the product number I went out there and there was 6 of what I was looking, very lazy workers.
