Have to say had the best experience today. The cashiers were dealing with an issue. Eye contact was made I was smiled at and apologized too. Which was never necessary to begin with. Cashier was extremely friendly. Actually said please come back and see us again. I'm sold that will now be ny store for quick essentials. Store is clean. I git what I needed. And thank you for your politeness. Goes a long way.

I return a product for $26.00 on my debt card they couldn't give me money back cuz they don't have the money in drawer. The Manger coca was very rude to me come back when they have money..to me I should use a credit card then debt..you don't have 27.00 in your store..sad

Also, there are many benefits of being a rewards member such as clipping digital coupons, getting coupons in the mail, and converting your Rite Aid rewards to Bonus cash. I used to go through the Rite Aid pharmacy amin Garden City and they were amazing which is why I transferred to this one when I moved away. This is by far the worst customer service in Pharmacy I've every experienced. Every time I call they are rude and careless. I do not recommend this location if you would like your prescriptions on time or if you expect to be talked to with respect. Customer care when it comes to medical needs is extremely important.

Came down here for a Covid vaccine on 3/17 and was blown away at how neat & clean this store was. The people behind the counter were very cordial and friendly. Floors were clean and product on the shelves were straightened and faced. Thank you Rite Aid. I was impressed.🙂🙂🙂

They can be busy but the people I have delt with have been very nice and helpful. When I go to get my medication they already know who I am. When I go to print off pictures I have no issues when it comes to the coupons and they have even let me know that there were coupons when I forgot to check. They also have no issues with having to go search to see if there is a product I need if I call in advance. They are my favorite place to go to.

Was completely aggravated when I drop off my script and they couldn't be bothered to do there jobs. Waited 35 mins to just be told they have to call the insurance Monday morning first thing. Waited for a phone call Monday morning and when I finally called them I was talked to very rude and put on hold. After all was said An done they didn't want to do there jobs, never filled anything and were very rude and I will never in my life shop at rite Aid again. I will definitely be glad once this one is closed. Maybe they need to train there staff better on insurance, customer skills, phone answering skills, or just close that store completely!! Horrible.

Moved my prescription here because we moved and have liked Rite Aid in the past- However, this is the third time I have tired to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacist keeps telling me my insurance shows there is no match for my insurance/ prescription coverage. I had them on the phone when I went in there and the guy behind the counter said sorry I can’t talk to them and I’m not going to call them, we close in an hour and I have a lot to do... I called in to speak with their manager and was put on hold forever! At 10 mins I hung up. Needless to say we had our prescriptions sent across the street to CVS.

me and my family transfer our prescription from Rite Aid in Melvindale mi before they closed the store last month. to Rite Aid in Allen park mi the pharmacy at Allen Park is the worst pharmacy I ever been to. after nine years I have to transfer our prescription to another pharmacy because of the very bad service they have at Allen Park Pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too! I’ve been in the drive thru for 25 mins to pick up a prescription that was called in 2 days ago and they still haven’t acknowledged my presence or came to the window!!!! Wow

I absolutely love the customer service with these employees of the Allen Park store, they go over and beyond to help you, they not only treat each other as family, but they treat myself and children as family, they are knowledgeable, kind, respectful and courteous.
