Shanna always does a great job on my dog Mingus! and because of her he loves to go get groomed. (AllenPark store)I tried to use Petco for my dogs food, I ordered a bag of dogfood and 12 cans of wet food. They had 6 of 12 cans. I asked could they give me 6 more of the cans they do have. The cashier told me I had to place a new order online to do so. I asked could he carry my order out to the car, again I was met with "no". He pulled a rickety cart over for me to take out my order. I will not order food from Petco again and cancel my subscription for repeat orders, I will continue to get him groomed by Shanna, but will return to pet supplies plus for dogfood where they gladly carry out your order, I am 70 years old.(woodward/8mile store).

Did a excellent job with my puppy...my puppy seemed so happy after her shampoo and haircut.. she was hopping and running with delight..I was pleased as well. The price is great too and they didn't take as long as I had predicted. I will definitely be back with my puppy.

Meghan W at Petco Grooming did an amazing job of grooming my poodle. I was hesitant to get my poodle's hair cut because I had a bad experience prior to coming to Petco (I wanted a simple summer cut, but instead the groomers shaved my poodle). Meghan took the time to discuss with me the best options for my dog and assured me that if anything were to change according to our plan they would call ahead of time. I was so impressed with the outcomes of the haircut! It shows that Meghan took her time and didn't rush through the process. Also, the pricing is great! I spent over $100 on a groomer who shaved my poodle, whereas I spent half that at Petco Groomers!! I will continue to receive my services from Petco Groomers and Meghan W. for my poodle. I would highly recommend coming here!

First time I've been dissatified. l had Linus groomed at your location several times. Always took at least 2 hours, and he was beautiful when done. Yesterday only took a little over an hour and that suprised us. When I picked him up he was still covered in loose dog hair and was shedding all the way home. A retired dog groomer was with me and she said he wasn't brushed with his undercoat. I don't know what it was but I wish I had NOT tipped Kristin $10 because I'm not at satisfied.

Normally I'm very happy with the job the groomers do for my fur babies. With that being said I gave specific instructions to NOT cut my girl yorkie's wisps off her ears and don't cut my male Yorkie's tail. I say the same thing every time we go. When I pick them up my babies ears are cut short and the only thing they said was it'll grow back. Do you have any idea how long that will take? I do! MONTHS maybe a year. I'm so sad. My baby doesn't have her signature look anymore. She looks like a boy dog. SMH! I paid before I saw her so I feel cheated. I could go on and on but, it won't make her look any different. 😞

my sweet dog hasn’t ever really been groomed, he looked like a little rag doll with al his hair! i finally decided he needed to be pampered and i don’t regret it whatsoever! he looks incredible, smells great, and is so soft! Carlie did an amazing job and i will be back!❤️

The dogs looked and smelled wonderful. I paid for Duke's nails to be cut/buffed, but it didn't look like there was much taken off at all. I do like the ladies who took care of both dogs and think they were friendly and did well with them, overall. I'd recommend them and will return.

I have brought my dog to Petco since he was a puppy. He has never let me cut his nails and has always been a hard nail cut and buff. Yesterday on 3/19 I scheduled an appointment for the same service but his nails were longer and he had been biting on them as my mother had passed and I didn't have a chance to get him in sooner. His One nail on his left paw was very tender and I told them it would not be easy as it never has been and because he was crying and moving around they did his back nails and said he bit someone which I don't see how if she only got his back nails done seen as their heads are pretty high tied to the table but whatever and now I am banned from Petco but after today's visit I would never go back! I think the bigger issue was that she had another dog she needed to finish for a patron who was waiting. I would have gladly waited until she were done with that dog. I'm guessing they just want easy to deal with dogs.
