I was in a pinch and went get a few cans of cat food, worried about it being near closing time, I got 4 cans @ .88 each. I also got two boxes of treats. I was unaware of the .10 bag FEE! INSANE! Their high prices and of course they've added the TIP button on the credit card machine! Thankfully, the clerk didn't ask me about giving one! I wouldn't have given anything Extra! I won't be returning! Pet's Supply Plus is my go to! So, in closing if you Ever go here, BYOB (Bring Your Own Bag!)

So disappointed I was not given my same groomer as usual but was given someone who just wanted to shave my poodle bald when I know good and well she wasn’t matted because she was groomed last month ….she was asked by her co worker did she want to do a condition and comb out she said no with a stank attitude … really have the nerve to think she was just going to shave my baby bald for no reason if she don’t like her job she doesn’t need to work there her attitude was horrible… I feel if you dont have a love for pets you should not be In this environment and her name I’m not going to say her name but she know who she is her name start with an S…… if you guys want a awesome groomer with great attitude go to Kristin she remembers fur baby names and all

My experience at Petco is always a pleasure I love being around friendly people. Amazing customer service. And people who really loves animals as much as I do. For me it's always a pleasure coming here because being around other people who loves dogs and cats as much as me is a blessing

We came for Santa pics with all 3 of our dogs. The ladies doing the camera and Santa were fantastic. Such a great visit with 3 very energetic dogs! When purchasing our bone treats, the worker was very helpful with questions and picking out what we needed.

Charging $.10 for a cheap regular bag is dispicable. No thanks, I'll go somewhere cheaper and still have my items bagged with higher quality bags that are no extra charge.

I love love love this location. It's honestly the only one I go to. First of their cats are always taken care of. Litter box is always clean with only a slight smell, they have toys and seem very relaxed. I love that they let you touch the animals, including the birds, they take them out for you and everything. It seems the staff love animals and its nice knowing they're not just products. The fish tanks are always spotless, it's so surreal and relaxing walking around and observing all of the fish.

Absolutely love buying my pet supplies here. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They made my son's experience of getting a hamster so enjoyable because they all were so friendly. Their pets all are healthy and they have a large variety. My husband was ecstatic to buy his first pacman frog. Which I had no clue was a thing, but apparently he's always wanted one lol. Clean store and large inventory.

This location is pretty nice, and is rather clean. They are short on stock with multiple items. The two parrots acted very lonely and were huddled together.

No Greetings, No customer help! Needed a manager when at the register cashier was paging her nowhere to be found waited about 20 minutes then she shows up with an attitude towards the cashier. No one wanted open the other registered for the line of customer waiting to check out. Workers talking about the manager first time there and the last time! Needs better management!!!

I took my puppy Oreo for his first grooming appointment and I was completely satisfied. Katy B did an awesome job and took good care of my fur baby. She told me he even got to pick his own doggy necktie. He was happy when I arrived and that made me happy. He was there for less than 2 hours! Great job! We’ll be back!!

Every once and a while they are out of the size feeder mice that I need. I have also noticed inadequate humidity and temperatures on some of the reptile/amphibian enclosures during one of my visits.

Having a fur baby is so easy when you have a great place nearby for all essential needs and grooming. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but their grooming specifically Melisa S. love the way she takes care of my doggy she really does have a speciality.

I wish i could mark zero stars because they dont even deserve one. Everytime i go in there, the bearded dragons are breathing heavily and have respiratory infections. They dont know how to properly take care of the bearded dragons here. They spray down the enclosures and increase the humidity when the humidity isnt supposed to be high. The humidity is supposed to be 30% - 40% and this petco has it in tropical climates all the time. This is a desert animal not tropical, its not hard to do a quick google search to know what humidity requirements they need. At petco, all animals come first.” thats the biggest lie ive ever heard. I actually talked to the manager of this petco about this issue and she said “ill fix it” but nothing has been fixed. This petco either needs to hire better workers or it actually needs to be shut down.

They moved the crickets so the cashier can no longer get them for you after checkout. We paid for crickets and waited 15 minutes. The cashier called it out multiple times, but no one came and we had to get a refund. Guess we go elsewhere for feeder insects from now on.
