I wish there was a less than 1 star option. I was already overwhelmed in general from the store and the large crowd but that escalated when I went to the SELF SCAN. I always self scan my things at stores because I do not like people touching my belongings and I bag things a certain way. I told the worker that I would scan my own things. She proceeded to begin scanning my belongings. I told her 3 times that I wanted to scan my own things. She said it was a new policy that she had to cash people out even though 3 other registers were open with people scanning their own things. After I cashed out she said “well if you would have just told me you wanted to ring things up yourself I would have let you”. I did. 3 times. Definitely not a great experience and will not be coming back to this location. I would rather make the longer commute to the taylor location.

1/11/23 I love looking around the store and today was looking for baby toys. I asked the girl if there were any baby toys she wouldn’t even look at me but said I don’t have any. I said, are you sure? She said I am the manager here. I know if I have them or not and I don’t have any. Again the whole time she never even lifted up her head to look at me. Good luck with that.

My boyfriend and I were in your store on 10/1/23 for the first time and we didn't know that we were in the wrong place in line and your cashier (skinny black girl with Afro Puffs) call herself being a smart a** shaded me and my boyfriend like "um the lines starts all the way over there" smh and there was a cashier (white girl with long black hair and black makeup) who picked up that we were annoyed at the skinny black girl's sarcastic remarks and waited on my boyfriend and I and helped us get checked out friendly and quickly and wished us a good day. Other than that, the customer service from the cashier was unprofessional and she needs to work on her customer service skills.

Placed an in-store pickup for this location for items that were said to be in stock online, however the store never had the items. I’m giving them a higher rating because they did issue a refund to me the same day for the inconvenience.

When I checked out the nail polish my wife bought where one for $3 two for $5 they rang up _3 each I told the girl that they where two for $5 she said I know but it's been doing that and she doesn't know what to do about it maybe the sale is over really. If people don't know how to do a job why do they have it. I remember when you didn't know how to do a job you didn't have one businesses now just don't care anymore

This is a great place to go shopping for seasonal items. They have items over 5.00 now. I do think some items are over priced and some are great deals.

My only disappointment was that they didn't have any tissue/Kleenex there, which was one of the items I was really looking for. Other than that, always good finds there!

Took my middle granddaughter shopping at Five and Below for her 5th grade graduation. She was so happy. She said shopping at Five and Below was better than going to the amusement park!

Not sure if it's because it's after Christmas, but the store looked like a disaster. There were products spread all over in one corner, and most of the shelves were completely bare. By far the worst Five Below I've ever been too.

This store is always crowded. The cashiers are mostly friendly. Always go in here with a budget in mind, because this place is all about impulse buying. Word to the wise just because it's marked 5 doesn't mean it's worth 5 dollars. Also stear clear from the candy aisle, trust me.

I love 5 below they have fun, items to purchase at great prices. The new registers that I have to check myself out at stink. If I wanted to get a job there I would have. It's great if you have a few, but I still like actual people checking me out.

Very nice and spacious store. Items are inexpensive but very decent quality. From toys to books to electronic accessories...even workout mats and equipment. Treats and seasonal items....did i say they have very nice screen print t-shirts. They also have an area for toiletries and make up. Also they have a few organization items such as small containers

Such a great store they recently redesigned the inside. They now have self serve checkout kiosks which is very helpful especially if you only have a few things. They also have new products with this redesign that are better quality than the old Five Below. I will definitely be back for future visits!
