Thee very best place I ever went with my dog. Very caring and careful of his back legs. The lady was very nice and fast. Unbelievable !!! The lady has a shoulder injury so won't be taking any new clients until she is healed unfortunately. I thank God she trimmed my dog's nails, he can walk freely without hesitation and /or slipping on the floors anymore!!!

My cat is very temperamental! She’s a 19 yr old senior. Other places wanted to sedate her before they would give her a cut. Kerry manages to accomplish the job with no trauma to my old lady. I was only allowed 5stars. She deserves 10! Honest, caring and compassionate!

Low class staff, lost patience with my dog and got a bit rough. When I had the nerve to say something, they got Lippy with me. Makes you wonder what they're doing when you're not around.

Been here about 3 or 4 times to have my dog’s nails trimmed. Trying not to be the overprotective and reactive pet parent, I have tried to tolerate some of what I have seen thinking maybe I’m being too overprotective since they work with dogs everyday. However as of today I’m not bringing my dog back. When I’m at home I have a harness for my dog to keep the pressure of his neck. Here they use the rope like leash and have preferred to use that even when my dog has been harnessed. Going in was mildly concerning, but my dog was all over the place so I can understand walking him in could have been difficult, however when he was brought back out he was choking because the groomer was pulling on the leash to control him. On the ride home and since we have gotten in the house he has been making the choking noises and excessively panting.

Kristen did an awesome job on our schonoodle Jax! He was a rescue dog that we adopted from Mountain view Arkansas and had never been groomed before that we knew of. He looks great and to my delight he was very calm when I came to pick him up. I know it must have taken great patients to gain his trust and to make him look so good. So many thanks , and I will be recommending your spa to all my pet owning friends! See you in a couple on months.

From the moment I walked in I hated this place. I was waiting my turn in line. This lady started screaming " NO NO NO DON'T DO THAT" I looked and apologized. My dog decided to pee. That got to me. It's a "pet spa" things happen. Don't yell at my dog for that. The whole encounter with them I absolutely hated. I was reminded to take my dogs shot records in. This was our first time here. I took in the book I had that was given to me by out vet and that was not good enough. They wanted actual receipts. They said I could have just gotten that book anywhere and mark what I need. As I was standing there they had gotten a call. The one lady asked the other what she had done to a specific dog the previous day and specifically asked about her doing the tail. She said "yes I did the tail". I heard the other lady arguing on the phone saying" we did the tail". The other lady said "did I not do the tail" "no" "well you know what oh well I couldn't remember if I did it when I got to it" so now it was time to pick up my dog. As soon as I started talking I heard my dog yelping and barking (excited). I said out loud "I hear you baby boy mommy is here" the lady rudely told me " there are other dogs back there not just yours" I said "I understand, but I know my dogs bark it's him". When I asked about his nails I was told "oh I don't remember so he must have been good". I asked if she could check if she did them. She checked and said she did. The only reason I gave them a 2 is because they did do a nice job on his cut, but I was worried the entire time if they were going to be mean to my dog. I will NEVER go there again.

For over 8 years, since they were puppies, my 2 dogs have been groomed at the Allen Park Pet Spa. The ladies are always friendly and my dogs always look great when I pick them up. I highly recommend the Allen Park Pet Spa for anyone looking to get their pets groomed.

We've been taking our dogs to the AP Pet Spa for several years, and have had nothing but positive exeriences. They have always been friendly and courteous, and they do a superb job with our dogs. You can tell that they love what they do and care about animals. Even our normally skiddish retriever gets excited whenever we bring her in.

This was my first visit to the Allen Park Pet Spa and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I have a Yorkiepoo and a Goldendoodle. They groomed them both exactly as I requested. The staff was courteous, professional and fast. As an added bonus the price was very reasonable.
