Carol was awesome! I showed up an hour before closing with my huge dog and my 5 year old nephew. I was able to get my grubby pup washed and dried! She even trimmed up his paws and cut his nails too!

Carol did a great job with our 1.5 year old golden lab. It was our first wash since getting him and i will take him back to her until I am comfortable using the DIY tub myself there. She kept him very comfortable and he was relaxed it looked like he was enjoying it. At home he was like HECK NO TO THAT TUB!!!

awful. barely gave my dog a cut. she said he was difficult. since she trained dogs thought it wouldn’t be a problem to have him groomed here for the first time. i was mistaken. ordering grooming kit myself. wish i woulda never paid $60 for his ear hair to be the only thing appearing to be cut.

This business is awesome!! Very friendly and willing to work with you. Our dog loves going there and seeing them for her haircuts. The also have a great obedience class that she is in now and showing much improvement.

Carol, is dedicated to serving dogs with loving care. Today I utilized her self serve tubs to scrub my dogs and while doing so I observed her groom, nail trim and provide pampered service to many pups. Highly recommend her and co-worker Beth.

Carol did a great job with my little rescue shihtzu, Bella. Trimmed up her face really well. Very gentle and careful. (Note, we called for this appointment )And we used the self serve bath area to bathe Sprouty. Elevated tubs with a door on the side for bigger dogs. Easy to use water sprayer, shampoo, plenty warm water, towels, apron and blow dryer. (May need to reserve the tub at times so call ahead. I walked in and a tub was available.)Will return again. Recommend highly.

Called this business several times and can NEVER get through to a live voice even during their business hours. Have a large dog that I wanted to get her nails done and a good washing. Had to take to the humane society to get taken care of. Wanted a business that was equipped with the right equipment to care for my dog. I’m on vacation and my pup was in desperate need of a bath! I stopped in and even though they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment, they dropped what they were doing, trimmed his nails, and got us going on the do-it-yourself wash. Amazing customer service!!

I stopped in to register my dog for obedience training. I was told classes would start the following month and they took my name and number. I was told they would call me when classes were starting. I’m still waiting for the call 2 months later!

Can't say enough great things about Carol (the owner and groomer). I help take my mom's rescued Shih Tzu Muffin to her for grooming and nail trims when I'm in town. Last Wed car was stuck in our icy driveway and Carol even went the extra mile(s) to bring Muffin back home to us. 😙
