I only go here because my aunt uses this pharmacy and store. But the service isn't the greatest. The people are not too friendly (but not saying they are rude either), it's just not that home caring vibe that you get from other stores. Plus the pharmacy constantly runs out of supplies without giving you any notice. She is actually in the process of trying to switch pharmacies.

Staff SUCKS - unprofessional and inadequate. Scripts don't get filled on time, numerous times I've been delayed my medication (by DAYS) due to pharmacy being slow, not my prescriber. They're impossible to get on the phone with and rude if they do decide to answer - you'll sit on hold for 25+ minutes. They have no cultural awareness and have misgendered me while picking up my HORMONES numerous times even after being corrected.

They tend to lie to customers who call the pharmacy just to get them off the phone. They don't care one bit that because of those lies mental health meds were sent to them even though they didn't have them in stock but said they did. Now that has cost someone their job and all they have to say is sorry that employee lied to you. Mental health meds shouldn't be messed with at all especially by the pharmacy. This has happened at several Walgreens in Worcester but most recently at the Grafton St pharmacy. It's absolutely disgusting the way your pharmacies treat patients.

This walgreens pharmacy Is AWFUL as well as the store. I will be calling corporate. They don't know what they are doing DONT COME TO THIS WALGREENS Pharmacy they SUCK and are RUDE don't waste your time. The prescription this walgreens kept saying they didn't have I had another walgreens pull it from them and they filled my prescription in 10 minutes. The people who work this pharmacy are liars. THIS STORE SHOUD BE SHUT DOWN THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Especially the woman I had a unpleasant time talking to at the pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy. Two days calling just to check the status of my prescription, on hold for 20 minutes had to end the call each time. No answers, definitely changing my family prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy! Long story short they always lie that they called me and when I call them they don’t answer, and always late to prepare my medicine. I had to go 4 times this week for a med and by the end the fourth day, they said they need to reorder it.

You may think how a Wallgreens pharmacy could be even worse, but this is absolutely one of the worst! They will keep you on hold forever, regardless any time any day you are calling, always problem with prescriptions. They never start filling your prescription, you have to go there multiple times for them to start and no way to know when it is ready. The staff is incapable and rude.

This Walgreens has improved tremendously this last year. Employees are friendlier, assisting you the best way they can. It’s nice to enter a store and hear how the employees actually enjoy working, by telling each other jokes and singing to the music the store plays. I frequently visit this Walgreens and I must say, I am impressed every time I enter the store and see how well maintained it is kept. This staff and store deserves to be recognized. Especially when they work in the pharmacy. The patience and empathy they show does not go unnoticed. I see you and I Thank you for showing up everyday and brightening our day when we enter the store.

The pharmacy here is the worst! Every time I have a script sent there, there is always a problem! It's the main reason I use an online pharmacy and have home delivery. Except with scripts I have to have sent there. Also like what a lot of other comments stated, the PHARMACY STAFF is extremely rude and unprofessional!

Pharmacy is rude they always have an attitude an I'm sick of it!I called to ask a question about a prescription my doctor sent in an I get spoken to like I'm stupid and I do not appreciate it!!!I'll be going to a different Walgreens im sick of y'alls ignorant tone an lack of communication skills, if anyone has not noticed by the reviews this pharmacy gets I would suggest you go to a different Walgreens because you will be treated poorly an half the time your prescription will be out of stock anyways!!!!!!

Need a store for a quick grab. The store was nice and neat and the employees were very nice. Patty rang us in and she was a delight. Walgreens isn’t your cheapest option though for a quick 1-2 items grab but it is conveniently placed.

Upon arriving for our covid boosters the woman at the customer service window murmured something at us ..no eye contact...and then couldn't access the pre register forms we had completed online in order to save time. Every question we asked was answered with a grunt. Fortunately , another employee called us in to administer the vaccines . She was professional and personal earning this Walgreens a 1 star review.(if we only interacted with her, it would have been all good) We will never return to this location...

This Walgreens is a poor excuse for a pharmacy. They avoid filling any prescriptions until you show up in-person, and then they tell you to come back hours later after you’ve personally told them to do their job. Even then, it’s questionable whether the prescription gets filled. Employees working here are extremely lazy. They actively avoid filling prescriptions by looking for reasons not to do so. I’ve been disappointed on multiple occasions here, so you’re better off going to CVS.

Pharmacy staff incredibly rude, horrible attitude! Told me my daughter’s antibiotics weren’t in stock, then I asked to call around to other Walgreen to see if they have it in stock, then she miraculously found some!!! She didn’t have a name badge on and wouldn’t give me her name! If you don’t like people, maybe you shouldn’t work with the public!!!

When I called this location about a refill request submitted by my insurance the woman on the end claimed I didnt exist in the system (even though I have used Walgreens for years now). After pushing her to continue searching, she finally found me and stated they would take care of it.Shortly after that I received a message stating my prescription was ready for pick up. I got to the pharmacy a couple hours after that and they claimed I was at the wrong location even tho my Walgreens app said it was ready for pick up at this specific location. There was a lack of professionalism and willingness to help. The location was dirty and unkempt. Will not returning to this location

People in this store are like zombies! Got treated terrible by pharmacy staff when I went to p/u a prescription. Nobody helped and it was only me there as a customer and 3 people behind counter. They answers phones while talking to me in my face and then ask how long after 30 mins will it be for pickup and they say 3 hours!!! And they had it in stock right there and then and couldn't even do it for me in 2 hours even tho I was literally only person there waiting. And CVS does it for you in 15 mins or less when your there on the spot. Horrible experience.

The worst!! My regular pharmacy closed and this one is close by. Didn't seem too busy and now I know why. Last month I went to fill my prescription, I told them I was going to wait, after 3 people who arrived after me picked up I asked if there was an issue, the lady told me I wasn't marked as waiting. She filled it very fast, but the other lady was not apologetic, in fact was rude from start to finish. Today I went back and to fill my script and the same lady was there ( mid 20s African American lady), I gave her my script and she told me I was too early to fill. She said it was 28 days between fills. I last filled on 3/12 and today is 4/9, I'm pretty sure that's 28 days. She was nasty, rude and judgemental. I will not return!

I always have an issue with this pharmacy an the staff one time they miscounted my meds made me wait 3 days before they fixed it my script has been faxed over on the 3-6-20 an I am now here to grab it after finally getting Transportation an they were trying to tell me they can't fill til tomorrow that she make an exception an fill it now but making a note in my chart never to fill again at last minute that I need to make sure the script gets filled since when did I become the pharmacy staff manager last I checked it faxed over pharmacy fills it umm never before did I have to call an tell them to fill it
