I stopped there for a birthday card - selection was minimal - but much worse, when my 4-year-old needed a bathroom, I was ignored at the pharmacy trying to ask if there was one, then the clerk sent me to her supervisor, and then the supervisor refused. I get that it’s not a public restroom but for a small child, maybe an exception could be made. Or at very least some compassion shown with any apologetic tone or suggestions for nearby places that I could have gone.

When a cooperate store has such a low rating shouldn't something be done ? It seems that everyone has had a problem with the pharmacy. I've had multiple. If I could use a different pharmacy I would. But truly something needs to be done.

IF YOU HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS HERE READ THIS. This is hands down the worst CVS Pharmacy you will ever go to. Their pharmacy techs are the rudest and most disrespectful people you will ever come across. My mother needed her heart medication and due to a delay in prescriber response, I was told prior to arriving, BY THIS CVS, to come and they can give my mom a 2 day supply of medication until the prescription is ready. I arrived shortly after, and the pharmacy tech Manager said she would NOT open a $600 medicine to give my mom 4 pills, because they would lose out on money. My mouth actually dropped. She told her she'd have to wait until her prescription is filled to get her medication again. We ended up going to a different location where it was no problem!I'm just so disgusted. I have never experienced anything like this before. These people have the NASTIEST attitudes, are completely unprofessional, and do not care about any patient whatsoever. All they care about is the money, it's actually sad. I hope they improve their behavior or please for the love of god, hire new staff. I see this location closing because of the awful employees that run this business.

Have been sitting on hold for over 30 minutes with the pharmacy, trying to track status of my child’s epipen… which they should have ordered 2 weeks ago, and somehow had to replace the order on Friday when I showed up to see if it was available. CVS pharmacy is a joke

They never pick up and when they do they rush you off and hang up the phone on you instead of answering questions. The worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Very unprofessional pharmacy staff who seemed to be annoyed that they have to answer the phone. You are told prescription will be ready in a “couple of hours” you go in a “couple of hours” just to be told that the medicine is out of stock. Supposedly they called to inform this but didn’t leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional. I will definitely be switching to another pharmacy (this was not my only bad experience with this pharmacy. I’ve had several over the years).

Rude and disrespectful. My mom had a booster shot appointment made through the senior center. CVS "did not have her in the system", although we had to spell Mom's name 4 times. We did not have a confirmation number and they refused to take my mom, a little old lady standing in front of them with her arm in a sling. You would think compassion would be a required character trait. Apparently not. The girl told me that being rude was unnecessary, and yet, she had no problem being rude to us. I also heard her tell another worker she had already taken one walk-in today. I wonder what you need to do to be accepted as a walk-in. She told me to call the senior center and get the confirmation number. I called in front of her, she overheard the conversation and STILL would not take my mom. Thank goodness there are kind, compassionate people at the Stop and Shop pharmacy. We are headed there now.

Worst pharmacy ever. The techs tell you the rx will be ready, you come the next day and nothing is there. No explanation. Pharmacist Sandy in particular is a poor excuse for a human being. Some coworkers of hers have been known to speak ill of her- I don't blame them. One even refused to work the pharmacy side because she didn't want to deal with her. I know for a fact that several customers have called corporate about her horrible attitude.. so HOW IS SHE STILL EMPLOYED? She must have a relative in a high position. And some of the younger night cashiers should never be allowed to work with people. Look at all these reviews. Quite a few people in town drive out of their way to another pharmacy. Time to just SHUT IT DOWN.

I love CVS, but not this CVS. The store and pharmacy staff have always been borderline rude. Never friendly. After dealing with the manager today, I see why. I had to go find her to speak with her, she couldn’t be bothered coming to the front of the store. And then she barely wanted to deal with me. She needs to understand that her team is watching how little she cares, and they’re modeling it to customers. Plenty of CVS’ out there, choose a diff one.

I took my 2 month old to get some passport pictures taken. The clerk was nice enough and patient with me and my newborn. There was another cashier who came along and saw me checking out and started spraying down the counters. It was so strong, I even started gagging that I had to pause and take my baby outside. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I do not appreciate her lack of regard

If you are going have your so called drive thru closed, take it off the website. So you're not robbing people if there time. For people that are sick or have kids or both and really need pharmacy drive-thrus open for business when they say they are open. And yes, at my work we are also understaffed, we still don't come up with an excuse to close part of our business for people really need it open.

Terrible!!! Gave my son wrong dose of medication after his doctor change his dosage. Medication wasn’t ready 3x after they ask me to come back saying it wasn’t ready. Another time my medication wasn’t ready and had to drive back to the store. After leaving the cvs I realized they didn’t give me all my medications and it was all prescribed from one doctors office. Tried I call them back and 4 times after 15 minutes each time and got the phone never answered. Call near closing still no answer. Really really bad customer service!!!!

This location overall is abhorent. Went in and tried to find a cashier to ring me out and there was literally no worker I could find. And the pharmacy is just as bad if not worse, honestly I am shocked CVS as a company has not cracked down on this location yet because clearly there are very many issues present.

I have been using this pharmacy for almost 20 years. I'm done. Prescriptions that used to be ready in 2 hrs now take 2 days. They can't decide if they have enough in stock or not to do a full fill. I rarely write reviews in anger but I'm making an exception because the terrible management of this pharmacy, that used to run so smoothly, is inexcusable. Particularly considering that so many people rely on lifesaving medications from a now unreliable source. My family will be moving our prescriptions to another town.

Would give zero stars if possible. This is for the rude, condescending and eager to be unhelpful staff at the pharmacy. You need to re-train these people on how to work with the public. No customer service skills. No problem solving skills. Just a lot of unnecessary attitude and barely any acknowledgement. ALWAYS an issue when I pick up medications. ZERO confidentiality about prescriptions being picked up. Unethical practices at this place. Switched pharmacies today. No need to encounter this unfortunate staff monthly any longer.

Pharmacy staff needs better training. Waiting forever at the drive thru girl comes to the window picks up the phone and just stares at me. No greeting, nothing. People skills thumbs down.

The cashier Jacob was VERY nice, patient & understanding, although I was FUMING from the experience I had in the pharmacy minutes prior. Lexie is a terrible pharmacist Rashawn is an example of her leadership, horrible. They do not care about their patients from the looks of the reviews and most importantly CVS as a company patients. Do yourself a favor and find another CVS pharmacy to fill your rx.

While I was shopping an employee almost bumped into me twice because she was texting. Never even looked up or said excuse me. Then cut me off coming out of an aisle, because again she was texting. When I got to the register the same girl checked me out, miserably, Was complaining about her job to the other cashier andSTILL texting. Obviously no management around or they just didn't care.

I work across the street at home depot, so the convenience of CVS in wilbraham opening at 8am is helpful.My phone was getting blown up to pick up my script, so I came in on 3/23/18 before going to work at 8:30. The store wasn't unlocked til 8:05, with a few customers waiting outside. By the time I got to the outside door to go in, your associate had to manually open the door. Her comment was..." I can't believe how many people are here. Doesn't anyone sleep past 8?" I made a comment back that I was on my way to work.This is the second time I stopped in before work, and was given an attitude that I was there so early. Not a very welcoming feeling from your cashier/associate. Thanks CVS, for such a pleasant greeting.....:(

Worst CVS out there. Employees are so RUDE. Pharmacy is incompetent, nasty people at pharmacy. You call and wait on hold forever, then when they answer they can't even say "hello".. then you get a nasty attitude, I'm done with this store, prescriptions going to Walgreens in Ludlow now.

Every time I have a prescription filled I am told it will be ready a a certain time and I wait an additional hour and then go to get it and it still is not filled. I then have to wait another 20 minutes to get it

Not my favorite CVS to go to, but I sometimes go by and have to run in. The staff is usually quiet and not super friendly. Items arent really stocked as well as other CVS'.

Great pharmacy, always great service and extra assistance with insurance/drs when needed. really like the text feature when Rx is ready and very convenient to get flu vaccines etc here. (if u need 24hour pharmacy go to Chicopee location near Westover or Sumner ave Spfld.) highly recc!

Very rude employees, I went to this CVS location yesterday (2/17/21) to pick up heart burn relief, I went to self check out and I could not find the receipt and a employee came up and told me where the receipt is, I couldn't find it and the employee yeld at me to move get out of the way. I will never shop at this location again.
