We have used Walgreens for over 15 years, mostly the pharmacy. They are nice and work very hard. Customer service isn’t easy. I have seen so many people be rude and have no patients for the pharmacy workers that are over worked. I am thankful for them and some people should stop for a second and put themselves into their shoes. They are human. I can’t believe how I have seen some people treat them.

Was in store on 8/31 around 4:10pm. The woman behind the register had to discuss eyelashes with the customer for several minutes before even ringing her up (suggesting she buys the lashes from Tiktok instead of her place of employment). Then the transaction took 3 attempts to make. I don't come to Walgreens to hear teenage girls talk about fake eyelashes. Transaction should have taken no more than 30 seconds. I will avoid this location like the plague in the future. 0/10 customer service. Do better.

We are switching all our scripts to Walgreens based off the level of service Jack provided just before close on a Saturday night. Jack was super helpful locating a local Walgreens location that had my wife’s meds in stock after CVS dropped the ball and had no inventory anywhere.

Previous review: “Terrible pharmacy service, no respect for the customers, no accountability for unprofessional behavior.”August of 2023, update: This pharmacy improved since my last posting and after conversation with the administration. I believe there were some staff changes and the service has improved. Please share with me if you experienced any additional issues.

the pharmacy worker was just incredibly rude when I walked up and as I waited she was talking under her breath about the customer she was helping in the drive through.. she checked me out without barely looking at me and then slid my prescription to me and walked away before my receipt was even done printing..

Excellent customer service, and Ivy was absolutely amazing!! Had me smiling and laughing by the end of the transaction trying to find a lighter. I definitely owe you that margarita now!!

These stars are for Ryan in the pharmacy. He spent time trying to coordinate my medication when thier was a shortage. He also is caring and personable. Something I don't often get from a pharmacist. Kindness and effort is so appreciated.Thank you!

This location’s frond end customer service is horrific. First, you’ll place a curbside order and hours pass, still not ready for pickup. You’ll walk in and find the store empty with 2-3 workers standing around, but no one decided to do the order. This afternoon, I went in for a few items, for some odd reason the coupon attached to my wallet for this particular item did not come off. I requested a void of that item. I was notified by the cashier she has to call someone to void the whole transaction. Another employee shows up for the void, first thing out his mouth to the cashier is, “every time, every time.” He was clearly implying each time I’m here, I request a void, which is false. For some odd reason, he dislikes couponers. This particular worker I find always has something wise to say. He always tries to get form of attention with his negative comments, which sadly he is not going to get out of me as a professional. As a customer, I have the right to request an item to be voided and not my fault if that’s how your system is set up. As a customer, I have the right to utilize a coupon which enables additional savings that is going to work for me and my family and that is none of anyone’s business in regards to their personal feelings about a customer using coupons. If anything, during such difficult times, you should be thankful for customers like myself that helps keep you employed and the company in business. I’m not sure if he was hired just for such particular behavior. It’s unfortunate because usually people like that, their attitude and behavior is reflected based on their personal life. Some people are simply miserable. I’m not sure why he felt bothered for being called to do his job. What is the point of punching in the work at a store like Walgreen’s with such inadequate customer service skills? I’m not sure if he ever considered working in the zoo because animals can’t complain towards his attitude. Actually, now I remember he was the same employee that threw a fit and insisted I can’t separate my transactions for items I was purchasing without anyone else in the line behind me. Terrible location!

There is never anyone there. Cashiers dissappear. Cannot get help to open the locked items like razors or the like. It's absolutely 💯 not where you want to go if you need to be in and out. Forget it.

So I am normally a CVS customer but when I went to fill my prescription and they were out of my medication so I went across the street to Walgreens started a whole profile with them everything and after making me wait for 20 minutes while they were “filling my prescription“ they then tell me that they don’t feel comfortable filling my Percocet prescription when I had just come from the hospital still had my hospital band on with my arm broken and in a sling. These people are absolutely right Are ridiculous and I would never recommend going to this place to anybody.

If you shop at this store with coupons be aware that cashiers sit there and read every single detail of the fine print. If you are a couponer this is not a coupon friendly store, it will take you like 15 minutes to check out as they sit there and read and read and check your product to make sure you have the right one that pertains to the coupon, etc. Gave the store 3 stars at least because the young cashiers are friendly they just don’t want to lose their job. Must be management shoving coupon policies down their throat, lol. Poor cashiers panicked when I had a few coupons and kept saying an employee was fired because of coupons, lol. Management is not flexible at all when it comes to the couponing community, be aware.

Lied saying the pharmacist had an emergency in order to cancel my booster appointment. The caller couldn't even lie straight. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy.

Rude. If they are busy, they pick up and just keep putting you on hold (no acknowledgement etc).Constant issues filling scripts and can’t answer basic questions. Go elsewhere.
