The Bark Club is such a wonderful place! The shop is always stocked with the best seasonal items & is spotless. The staff is incredibly nice & accommodating. The groomers are unbelievably good and very professional. Would recommend for any of your dog or cat needs!

After moving to MA 8 months ago, I’ve been struggling to find a good groomer! My job finally gave me a schedule that freed up a weekday, was so I finally gave the Bark Club a chance.It went great, as far as the groom was concerned. The cut was exactly what I asked for and he looks amazing. My groomer, Natasha, did great working with Carlisle’s alopecia and even plucked his ears properly. Her photo updates were so fun and I appreciated the communication. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and nice, and the store had great selection.But the price. $120 for a 9 pound dog with no matting is just insane especially when I provided my own shampoo. Double what I used to pay his old groomer before I moved. I can’t even tip at that price. I understand things cost more now but I can’t imagine how much a large dog costs. $200? $300? With this price point, I’ll be forced to only bring him a couple times a year, instead of monthly. Which isn’t the worst thing, but I used to like keeping him tightly shaven to make allergy flare ups easier to see.Please reconsider your pricing structure! I’d understand if my dog was large or matted, but for a small dog with no matting it really shouldn’t cost over $100. I’ll still be back, just less frequently than I’d like…

We absolutely adore the team at The Bark club! Our two French bulldogs get groomed here and we have always had a wonderful experience. Staff is personable and kind. Women owned, queer friendly. We are so fortunate for a local business who loves our pups as much as we do!!

The Bark Club does an excellent job of making my 6 year old bulldog feel comfortable and loved. He enjoys his spa sessions and always comes out trotting with pride whenever he gets his bath. The staff and management are always professional, friendly, accommodating and respectful. I always feel comfortable handing the leash off knowing my boy is in good hands. I couldn’t imagine taking him anywhere else.

This is a woman owned small business. It's not a chain and the service you receive here is top notch. I have used the self service wash as well as had my dogs in for a full service groom. My dogs are both labradors and they had them in and out so fast when they were groomed. They always have top of the line treats & toys. Always the first ones to carry new products. Every holiday or special occasion I stop to get my pups some of their cute bakery treats. I also really love & can't resist buying the mystery bags they make. They have fun events that I try to attend when I can. The store & grooming area is always so clean and it doesn't even have a hint of dog smell anywhere in the place. Overall really great & no other place compares.

My pup always comes out clean, fluffy and happy! It takes a while for my Siberian husky to get groomed and the workers are always so excited to see him. Makes it so much easier leaving him with people I trust! Highly recommend The Bark club! They also have an amazing store to buy treats and toys too. He always come home with a cute new bandana!

Amazing store, so many good toys, treats, and all other dog products with great pricing! Also love our groomer Alanna! She was great with our golden for his first groom. He loves her. Couldn’t say enough great stuff about this place :)

I love bark club, Natalie my groomer does an amazing job with my 7 year old maltese dog. He always comes home so happy and so clean. I love how she cuts his hair, short but he still looks like his fluffy loving self. Thank you Natalie & Great job bark club!

I’m so happy I found the Bark Club. It’s clean and more importantly, my boy isn’t locked up all day. You bring him in at scheduled time and they call when done. All the employees are so kind and knowledgeable. My boy always comes home smelling and looking like a new man with a smile. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you Bark Club!!!!!

We love the Bark Club! Our dogs get great grooms, baths, & nail trims on the regular, thanks to their helpful reminder texts. Jess, Mary, and the rest of the staff are always great with our dogs and we love stopping in for treats and gifts!

I’ve been to the Bark Club multiple times with my dog for self wash. It’s always been easy to book a time, we’ve experienced nice clean facilities, and an easy checkout process. Highly recommend for a clean doggy and a pleasant experience for all.

The shop is beautifully arranged. I love the seasonal/ holiday treats that I can buy for my dog... bandanas, cookies, chew toys etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have had the wash and toenail trim for my dog Walter and he loved it! I love everything about the Bark Club!

My experience with The Bark Club has been amazing! I have a 180lb St. Bernard, named Bernie. Most places will not groom a giant breed due to space issues and also not having the right size capacity bathing facilities. As you can imagine his size alone makes it challenging to groom, trim/grind nails and his least favorite task of cleaning his ears. When we first met Jessica I was so nervous he would just be too much to handle and also break the bank for cost. I was so wrong, Jessica took to him like he was her own. She does any amazing job with Bernie’s overall grooming and I’m sure she feels like she might as well get in the tub with him since he probably soaks her.I would highly recommend The Bark Club for grooming.

Our little boy, Oliver, has been getting groomed by Natasha for the last 4 years. He is a rescue and when we first got him he was very shaggy and matted all over. From the beginning it was clear that Natasha had the patience and the skill to calm him down and give him a wonderful cut and a wash. Every single time he returns from a grooming his tail is wagging and he has a big smile on his face just like he does in the picture. More importantly we know that he has been loved and cared for and treated kindly during what might otherwise be difficult process. Oliver loves going to get groomed. His tail begins wagging the minute we approach the shop. We feel very lucky to have found Natasha and The Bark Club!

We followed Natasha here and just had our first appointment at Bark Club. LOVE the atmosphere! Natasha is the best with my doodle who had a few questionable cuts before we found her and now we won’t see anyone else. Can’t wait to go back to the Bark Club again next month!

This was my first time at The Bark Club. My labradoodle is anxious in new situations, but Alana, his groomer, was very kind and took the time to reassure my dog was comfortable. The groom came out very well, and we will be a repeat customer. I am very pleased with this business and would highly recommend it!

this place is awesome!! i only just found out about it after visiting a near cafe, and i've been there reoccuringly! we went around valentine's day and their selections ARE. SO. CUTE!!! they have doggy donuts! my puppy, tootsie roll, loved them so much! first time i went there, i got an adorable but funny squeaky chew toy and sticker. then i went there a few days later and bought the heart leash, a donut, a chocolate covered strawberry squeaky chew, and a cookie chew. my dog loves them all!! i hold this place so dear to my heart 💗💗

The people there are wonderful, always accommodating and welcoming. I take my pup there at least once or twice between her appointments with her long-term groomer or when she decides that it’s a good idea to roll in some mud or is just generally in need of a bath…It’s amazing how little time it takes to do the job myself if everything is laid out in a usable manner…no bending over the tub or sitting on the toilet seat using a hairdryer to dry her off !!! I’ve recommended Bark Club to many I run into at Osprey Overlook or the other parks I take Lucy….

The bark club is actually my favorite place to go with my 3 dogs. Not only do they have all the treats and sustainable toys that I Love for my dogs to play with and enjoy, but the self service dog wash is by far the cleanest and most helpful area of the entire shop. I appreciate the owner and the employees for helping me out and guiding me and the process. I understand that the back room is all cement, so cleaning a my dogs near the floor can provide a slippery and hazardous area for employees and other customers; so I appreciate the fact that they allow us to dry them in the tubs and on the select tables that they have available for drying. I just want to say thank you so much to the BARK CLUB for allowing such a beautiful shop and activity for my dog and myself to feel so comfortable coming into week by week and there’s no chance we would go anywhere else but here because we feel like family every time we walk through the door!!!:)

I brought my 7 month old puppy in for a quick nail trim and the two woman I spoke to were super super friendly and lovable with my pup! The atmosphere was very comfortable and they were so good with my girl who is wiggly during nail trims! And we couldn’t leave without picking out a toy! We will definitely be back!

I love that you don't leave your dog for hours waiting to be groomed. In and out in about an hour. My Dolly always looks and feels wonderful after her "spa" appointment. I'm always pleased.

I absolutely love Bark Club. The groomers are so good with my dogs (even the sassy one who has martial arts moves when it's time for her nails to be done!) and the self-serve bathing is wonderful. Everyone who works there has been friendly and attentive. The store is adorable and has many fun and useful things for our pets. The prices are good; there is plenty of safe parking in the lot. I highly recommend Bark Club!

Absolutely love the Bark Club! They were so kind to my senior boy who passed. Now that we have a new puppy we are working on getting her used to being groomed. Jess and her entire staff are so caring and patient with our rambunctious girl. They send pics and updates on how she’s doing. I took my dog Dasher to The Bark Club right before the holidays. Prior to going, I called because I was a bit nervous about having him go to a new place. The owner was SO accommodating and kind. She eased my worries right away and made me feel totally comfortable. I took Dasher there, and he typically is not a huge fan of getting groomed. The service was quick and extremely affordable. However, what I noticed the most was that Dasher was ALL over the staff and seemed SO happy. He was wagging his tail, the staff was petting him and he just seemed totally at ease. The Bark Club has gotten a new customer and I will not send my dog anywhere else! Excellent customer service, and the staff clearly care about the pets they service!!
