We’ve been bringing our dog to Ruff House for weekly daycare and occasional boarding for 5 years now. We’ve never had any issues whatsoever at Ruff House. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, our dog is always super excited to be dropped off here, and they also do in house nail trimming which has been extremely convenient for us. We usually drop our dog off around 7AM and pick him up around 5:30AM which is always extremely quick and easy; we’re usually just able to hand him off and go. I would highly recommend Ruff House for anyone looking for a good Daycare facility.

We recently started bringing our two Heelers here and they absolutely love it. The second we pull into the lot they know exactly where they are and go crazy with excitement. We’ve also had them boarded here a couple of times and they come back tired and happy! We do wish there were more opportunities for boarding in case something comes up and we have to board them but we understand they only board during certain periods of the year. Not a big issue for us! I would recommend trying Ruff House out if you’re in the area. As of this post, they are accepting new clients!

I can't say enough about the facility and the staff, these folks are fantastic! They are proactive and provide my two dogs (2 doodles) with a safe, fun environment and me peace of mind. Thank you for all that you do for our family and Baily & Molly!

Staff is wonderful. They treat our dogs like their own. It is so great to be able to leave our fur babies where they are safe and under supervision and able to play without a worry. We have had both our dogs there since they were puppies.. They also have a Groomer there to provide services and Vet services available.. We Highly recommend the Ruff House. :)

We have been sending our dog Chief here for years for social interaction and boarding. He is a regular on a Wednesday and occasionally needs boarding. All experiences are great! He comes home happy , tired from playing and always wants to go back!! The staff is friendly in person and on the phone. Easy to work with and flexible. We loves the Ruff house. ❤️🐕

Fantastic Dog day care / boarding facility. Owners and personnel are always friendly and my pooch seems to be very well cared for. Does small dog group trainings and the guy knows his stuff! Has really helped with my overly excitable lab. They are generally pretty busy because they are so good.... call ahead and you'll find they try to do their best to match your schedule.

My dog was kicked out unexpectedly without ever receiving any written or verbal warning. Staff members claimed my dog was given too many chances already but we were never made aware of any situations and they couldn’t explain anything that happened in the past. The management is unprofessional and lacks communication skills. The owner doesn’t engage with the customers and didn’t even take the responsibility to make the phone call himself. Since the previous boarding manager left, the Ruff House has gone downhill. Don’t send your dog here!

This place looks like a Preschool for dogs!! Well lit, clean, roomy and welcoming. The staff were interacting with the animals and all the dogs appeared happy an adjusted. I adored the "cubbies" for the dogs personal items and the open door concept they have between the indoor and outdoor areas is really great!

My dog is a pretty nervous dog so she was a little timid on her first day, but the staff at Ruff House were so patient with her and so nice. Now, she loves daycare and can't wait to go every week!

The daycare takes such good care of my puppy when she is there. They do an amazing job of keeping the dogs playing all day. Each time I pick her up she is all tuckered out from a fun day!

AAA flood. If you have a flood these are the guys. Local for 60 plus years. 2AM problem, answered phone and got to my house in about 20 minutes. Had the correct equipment and got the job done. Came back several times to make sure dry AND mold wouldn't be a problem.If you care about you property, don't call the national chain, call the local guy who cares for real!!! Very respectfull and reasonably priced and worked with us to time the collection of his dehumidifiers and fans.THEY disposed of the unsaveble rug and backing...

Our dog enjoys it. They screen out dogs that don't play well with other dogs for board in.. Clean. The do a decent job grooming her at a competitive price.

My Callie loves the Ruff House...she is very well mannered until we get there, then everything flies out the window because she is so anxious to get in to see her friends...and as for people who are critical of not getting a full tour of where the dogs play, they need to realize that people marching through the day care area distracts and disturbs the dogs...they are calmer and happier with their pack leaders and friends, and I trust the Ruff House to take care of my Callie like she was their own.
