Nicole is so, so knowledgeable about all things for my pair of kitties! I love that she only stocks the best and purest food, treats and other goodies--which is exactly what I want to provide for them! While giving only the best to my felines does cost a bit more, the prices overall at Pets Pets Pets are extremely competitive. I only shop here now for anything I need kitty related!

This place is great. They carry high end dog and cat foods, and the ones I buy you wont find at most pet supply stores. Also raw and freeze dried options, natural treats and chews as well as toys, small animals and fish and other supplies.The service has been excellent every time I have gone in and Nicole is always full of knowledge and suggesstions. She also offers holistic grooming services !

Pets Pets Pets is a wonderful place for any of your pet wants and needs! They’re very helpful and knowledgeable if you’re looking for anything specific. The animals are all healthy and the place if very clean. I mainly go for the aquariums. They offer a wide selection of aquatic plants and animals and if they don’t have something specific they are more than happy to order it for you!

Went in for a simple bath and sanitary cut for my skiddish 1.5 year old dog. Nicole was very helpful and wonderful in answering all the questions. Booked for many more future grooming appointments. Thanks Nicole!

Love this local pet store. They have a variety of cat and dog supplies. I got some healthy treats and our dog and cat loved them. They also have a variety of smalls pets birds fish and snakes, plus more! Nicole was working while we were there and she was super informative, helpful, and kind. Can't wait to come back!

Dog grooming is quick, easy, and cheap. Someone always picks up the phone or returns a voicemail very rapidly. Store offers a wide selection of products at competitive prices. Quality of service and products far outweigh chains like petco and pet smart. They have our business indefinitely.

This place is great. Nicole is super knowledgeable and friendly. I went in looking for a very niche item and she said she could probably order it in for me. Same with fish and aquarium plants. She also has good prices on her hard goods, litter boxes were reasonably priced. All of the fish and other animals seem healthy so she knows what she's doing. This is my go to store from now on.

Pets Pets Pets has been a great store to have locally as we are setting up our 29 gallon aquarium! They have been super supportive in helping us with stocking suggestions, and they have a good selection of the more common fish, while being able to order in the rarer fish and plants as we have requested them! They have become our go to fish store!

The owner was very knowledgeable about fish and gave an impromptu and informative demo on how to efficiently clean a tank. I had purchased several fish weeks ago, and two more the other day. We talked about what fish I would purchase next, as we built up the population in our tank. He asked me to write a review based on my experience.One of the two more recently purchased fish died within hours. I called the store and the owner offered to test our tank water, but refused to replace the fish. I pointed out that all of our other fish were dong well. He responded that it wasn't his fault that the fish died. I wasn't implying that, just thought he'd stand behind his product. He said he doesn't replace fish unless they are also dying at the store. Remarkably, another pet store close by replaced the fish, even knowing that I had not initially purchased it there. Game changer. Wish things had turned out differently with Pets Pets Pets. Sadly, our relationship and the deceased fish ended up taking the same journey.

I called Pets Pets Pets asking for a specific item. I went by to pick it up later that day and it wasn’t what I inquired about. I simply asked a few questions if they have other options for raw food and the girl working immediately starting giving me attitude saying “why do I need more freezers? This is what works for me” then rolled her eyes and went on her phone. I was planning on ordering and grabbing treats for my dog but I will NEVER set foot in that store again and will make sure other friends/family with dogs won’t either.

This is a family run shop, I've been going to them for over 15 years. Unlike the major pet suppliers the folks here really know their stuff about pet nutrition and health. They take extra care of their birds, fish, and small critters and I've never had a problem with any of the birds and fish I've purchased throughout the years. I believe in supporting our local small businesses and actually enjoy the pleasant atmosphere these people have created. I give this store my very honest recommendation.

We love Pets pets pets! I order fancy food for my dogs through them and we always always get it delivered in time! Nicole is super nice, plays with my puppies and she is also a great groomer! Highly recommend!

Noticed some positive reviews so I thought I would give them a call since they are on my way home from work and I have a snake that needs food.Guy seemed knowledgeable and said they carry mice and rats for snakes, but was really edgy to impose his opinions on whether it's healthier for a snake to eat frozen or live. I'm aware that it's a debated topic with reptile owners, and my snake will eat either, but I prefer to feed freshly killed or frozen/thawed as I don't want to injure my animal. I asked if they can do fresh killed for me, as any reptile store I've been to has been happy to do for a fee. I'd understand if he had a valid reason for saying why they do not do it, be it an employee being uncomfortable killing a mouse/rat, etc. But instead he kept pushing me to feed live, so I explained that a friend of mine had a snake that was injured by a rat he was feeding live and didn't feel comfortable doing this with my snake, and then the guy on the phone got really defensive, told me to try PetCo, and mentioned they carried frozen. I actually didn't know they did, so I said "They do?" and he said "yeah but we don't thanks bye" and hung up on me.Since he told me to try someplace else, I'll take his suggestion to heart! If you want to succeed in a small business, you need to be able to understand your customers needs and at least pretend to be interested in them. I know it's easy to be cynical now that big chain stores are popping up and taking your business, but turning away that business isn't helping your case.

Great family-owned pet shop. Bought two parakeets here and return often for food/supplies. Each time, they ask about the birds and are very helpful. I also drop my birds off here while on vacation for a very reasonable daily charge.

I have stopped here a few times to check out the fish. The tanks and fish look good a bit of algae but I dont mind that. Checked a few items that were more expensive than I could justify. I hope this store gets more traffic so there is a better balance, it seems like it has been and/or could be great with some tweaking.

Not really a live fish specialty store, but you'll be happily surprised by a more interesting selection (and better quality, of course) than the big box store up the street with 2x the tank space. Here you'll find fish like loaches, killies (!), arawana, discus, angels, cichlids... and the owner (?) is attentive and knowledgeable about fish, she's given me some good recommendations. You'll even find the happy guinea pigs out on the lawn wheeking and eating fresh grass on pleasant days!

A lot of all-natural and exotic pet stuff, and it's good to support local businesses, but I'll be looking elsewhere. The man I'm guessing is the owner was polite at first but then was very rude to my friend all of a sudden. Was thinking of buying something and immediately changed my mind. I'd rather pay someone who doesn't threaten people out of the store.

I recently visited this store despite the negative reviews and was very surprised. The store was extremely clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. All prices on supplies and food was significantly cheaper than petco or petsmart. Fish prices were equal to other stores which I find at every store. Selection of fish was good but anything not there I was told could be ordered. This store is very close to my house and I am glad I did not listen to those other bogus reviews !!!!!!!

Don't listen to some of these people I had a more than great experience here this man has been doing this stuff for 26 years, and is extremely Knowledgeable on reptiles and spiders fish you name it! He doesn't get his pets shipped to him. He go's out to get them making sure they are handled with care and that he gets healthy animals for you costumers.

Before I write about my experience there I’ll like to start by letting you know I’m teased every day for not knowing where my phone is and taking forever to respond to text because I’m so busy at home with my family. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because other people there have been nice over the last few years and they are one of the few places actually sell my Orjen dog food. I believe I dealt with the owner today because a employee would be afraid of being fired if they treated a customer like that. I stood in front of my dog food and finished a text for about 60 seconds. In that 60 seconds this lady stood right by me and rudely kept asking if I needed anything else. She was making it clear she was annoyed that I was texting. Was going to look at fish tank stuff too but she was making feel rushed and uncomfortable. Then I called my mom as I walked up to pay because AS SHE COULD HEAR I was making sure she was awake to take her medication. She continued to give me dirty looks as she rang me up. I go out to my car and I had to wait for my windows to clear up because they were too foggy to see out of. She comes up to my window in the rain, I roll it down and show her I can’t see yet and she tells me “I was just complaining to my husband that people live in there phones and it’s ridiculous “. I explain (cause I tend to agree) that “my mom has stage 4 cancer and has a hard time waking up to take her meds so I was checking on her” she then tells me then” I should get off my phone and go home and check on her” I tell her I couldn’t be there on time cause I needed dog food and they were closed yesterday “ she again says just get off your phone and go wake her. This lady should stay upstairs and NEVER deal with customers again. I’m actually mad at myself for being nice to her when she was so rude and disrespectful to me.

Great customer service!! The staff was very knowledgeable about a wide variety of information, big variety of products to choose from, superior products and overall great environment. We live over an hour away and just happened to stop by, but will continue to shop with this store due to their above and beyond customer service!

A delightful stop just off 495 in Westford Massachusetts. Learn about dogs, cats, lizards and fish, and find supplies for all. Very helpful owner who will go out of his way to make sure you get what your pets need.

Dirty, overpriced, and dingy. It looks like they're going out of business. No one was rude nor did the fish seem neglected, but it felt like being inside an old garage rather than a commercial establishment.
