This home depot never has extra large heavy duty boxes. They sometimes have them up on the top of the shelves but never stock them on the bottom. Also can't order online because the website doesn't load the checkout!!

We went to the Westfield MA Home Depot to purchase a Christmas lawn decoration and a special light module. We met Susan and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew just what we needed and found it for us. We could not find the Christmas decoration so she helped us with that too. She had to get another associat, Angelo to help with this because they did not have any in the store. Together they were able to find one at another store. We then went to the service desk where Susan and Sharon were able to call the other store and the associat there personally made sure they had one and set it aside for us to pick up the next day. We were very impressed with the friendly and professional service. We wish there were more people like this Home Depot should be very glad to have such wonderful employees ❤

I never leave reviews but I received such bad customer service that I just have to. THOMAS in the PAINT DEPARTMENT is the most rude, unprofessional, unhelpful employee I have ever encountered at any HomeDepot.I tried to purchase multiple gallons of paint and waited at the counter for service for 15 minutes while Thomas played on his cellphone. When he finally looked up, I tried to ask what type of paint would he recommend for my project. His response was to look me up and down and point to the clearance section.Im very disappointed in Thomas and Home Depot as a whole. The other employees I encountered were very polite and helpful.

I needed a home depot card for a closing gift for my clients who purchased a home to remodel. I grabbed a big orange HD bucket and filled it with fun supplies like duct tape, light bulbs, cleaning products, champagne (not sold at HD-lol), and the HD gift card. Can't go wrong with that gift! They loved it!

Giving this place 2 stars because I genuinely love this Home Depot. The associates are usually all friendly and helpful except today when I went to buy paint. Thomas at the paint counter was extremely patronizing when I was asking questions about paint. I shrugged it off and shopped around the store waiting for the paint to be ready. Upon returning to grab my paint I was met with more condescending attitude. I approached him and said “Hey Thomas where do we grab the paint?” He didn’t show me - but instead said “it’s at the paint counter” - when I asked where the paint counter was his response was “where it says paint counter”. The paint counter isn’t labeled with a big sign, instead it has a printed computer paper sheet that says “paint counter”, which is why I didn’t see it. I have never felt so belittled by a customer service associate. This guy shouldn’t be working with customers. I met with Matt the store manager to let him know his paint associate is very rude and was told he would take care of it. But I still felt like people should know how the paint associate Thomas is here. The whole experience was uncomfortable and I’ll be buying my paint elsewhere - this is not an experience I ever want to have again.

The Home Depot is the best place for anything you need! The workers there are very nice and they always have everything restocked. There was not one thing I couldn’t find! The Walmart down the street from here had nothing and mean staff, so if your looking for a productive shopping trip come down to Home Depot! I promise you will find anything you need, even a wife because I met mine at no other place than The Home Depot!

This is a great store! Not a huge fan of the big box concept but this store had a local feel to it. The staff that works here is awesome and I’ve noticed a lot of folks have worked here for many years. This tells me the care about what they do and it’s a good place to work. This is an above average store within the franchise.

Clean, well stocked store. I'd give them 5 stars, but multiple times, I've had to wait over an hour for forklift service. Pretty uncalled for imo.

Bought a $20 plant last weekend..It’s now Tuesday, I haven’t watered it once and the plant has root rot. It’s dead, completely dead. What a waste of money. Please teach your employees how to water and NOT water plants. I’ll stick to the Enfield store, never had a problem there.

This location is the best one in the area. They're not perfect, but they at least appear to try, and that goes a long way with me. It's relatively clean and well organized. The staff is usually pretty helpful and friendly. The customer service desk is staffed by people who can actually relate with other human beings.This place is heaven compared to the West Springfield store.

We ordered a washer and dryer through this home depot location online and i DO NOT recommend ever doing so, the delivery team lied about not being able to get to our location as there is one way in and out and that’s route 20 and we had just been on it, they then rescheduled to the following tuesday and then tried to reschedule the night before saying nobody sent out our reschedule, very unprofessional service that can’t get the job done. We cancelled our order and will place one with a company that can do their jobs.

I've always had excellent service when shopping here, including in store pick up. Recently on 12/3/22, I purchased some furring strips for a project and received assistance from Morgan with cutting the lumber. Morgan was nice, professional, and asked about the project I was using materials for. Morgan is an asset to the store!

I needed help picking out 2 different kinds of flooring and a backsplash for our kitchen. Eileen was very knowledgable both about the materials that would best suit my needs, and what would look good asthetically. It can be so overwhelming walking into a store with so many options to choose from, but Eileen made the experience enjoyable.... it almost felt like I was shopping with a friend! I just wanted to say that it's really nice when staff members ask if I need any help because most of the time I do! Several people were very quick to come up to me and ask what I needed. Excellent customer service. It's really good to see and makes me want to make a special trip to this location as opposed to a couple of the other home Depot locations in Northern Connecticut and West Springfield where I've actually complained to mgmt when people have actively declined to help...they're on break, they're not on duty, they are busy laughing witha coworker etc. Great job team westfield.

I'd rate 0 stars if I could for customer service. We received a shipment of 2 pallets of pellets for our stoves and at least half of a pallet was compromised with water. When calling, home depot suggested that they would not refund or replace any of the bags unless we physically brought the bags in and had them swapped out. So we would have to load up almost 40 bags of compromised pellets and haul them back to the store even though we had to pay the $80 delivery fee already. Ridiculous. We won't be shopping here again and we spend a lot here every year.

The older man at the paint station. Picks and chooses 2ho to help. I had problems finding paint at had bought prior. I was there for a while while he helped someone. I thought he would help me next, but no, he decided not to even bother and pretend he was busy. I just figured it out myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOME DEOPT. GO TO CHICOPEE INSTEAD!

I ordered what I needed from the Home Depot in Westfield, MA. I placed my Order on their online Website late one night and paid for all of my items online and they texted me when it was ready the next morning. I just had to drive there and do a curbside pick-up. Quick, painless and convenient way for anyone.. especially if you are physically compromised... No shipping charges to pay. Much better than looking for Anything while shopping in-store at Home Depot due to the sheer Size of the place...

Worst customer service!! I have been to many Home Depot’s before and have never experienced such horrible service. Placed an order online for curbside pick up, checked in and no one showed up, called them they kept placing me on hold. Call the main line and they called and told me the same thing that they kept placing them hold. If I could pick up my order inside the store I would but I was not able. Unable to fulfill my order!!!

Although I love Home Depot, My visit today was fine until I went to self checkout. The cashier Alicia was just beyond rude. It wasn’t the message, but how she presented it to me. You should not have someone like that in a customer service position!!

Chris today helped me out over in the plumbing area. Honestly had some of the best customer service and he made sure I knew what was going to happen when installing the parts and step by step how to fix my problem. That man deserves a raise 110%

This small-time jerkoff who kept bragging about spending "$5,000 a month" wow) wasn't smart enough to comprehend the return policy, so he started taking it out on this poor clerk. The policy has changed so he was DENIED a return. Big deal, welcome to buying from corporate America, you giant baby. It's not like homeboy DENIED the return without a reason... dude is just doing his job. This angry little "do you know how much I spend here?" KING of small-time "business" is the reason people like John should be paid more. Oh, that reminds me, this loser goes on to mock the clerk, call him a "minimum wager" and all this belittling garbage.. John took it all in stride, what a pro.

Staff are always super helpful. Several helped me load my car with laminate flooring and another helped find the paint I had used for a previous project based on the description I have.Return policy is one of the best around so you can buy more for a project knowing you can return excess unopened items.

No one around to help you load your truck when you really need it. Some of us females could use assistance when loading up heavier items such as drywall etc etc this place leaves a lot to be desired, and they're all the same.

Morgan was such a big help today. She stopped a project of hers and not only answered all my questions but educated us on how to complete a project. It’s so nice to have this kind of customer service!
