I went to grab some subs for dinner. One of the employee made my sandwich such care. Such artistic finesse. It was absolutely fantastic. I did not catch his name but he was a delight and was friendly the whole time.

Big y was running a special on whole belly fried clams .I called to order .I was told they didn't have any. I asked for a rain check and was told we aren't going to have any. I asked why is it online and in circular. I was told we can't help you. I called the other big y in town and was pretty much told tuff . Don't think will be ordering any food here again

Some of the employees are very rude and higher prices.. they seem to care more about the profits then they do about how customers are treated . The one positive this is the older women who works the self check out with the blond hair is very sweet and pleasant. She is always ready to help the costumers. .

I went there on a Monday morning after a big weekend snow storm and the store was absolutely beautiful and amazingly clean. Every shelf was full of products And every department had a full staff. Super nice!!!Thank you my Big Y

This is a great chain, the best for meat and fish. You can use your cell phone to scan each item then click on checkout, and you're done.These stores are spotless, bright and well stocked.

Wesfield has 2 Big Y supermarkets! Both are easily accessible for those who are handicapped with saved parking spaces upfront near the entrances for easy access. The employees are very helpful, polite, and smile readily. I find the specials always a good deal, and I shop looking for them. The produce is fresh, the bakery offers delicious fresh pastries, cakes etc. The staff can write brief sayings on cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events! Seasonal plants are available at the entrances as well as a florist inside for special requests during special hours😀 Big y has so much to offer, definitely worth a trip to their stores to check them out !!

I would normally give Big Y a 4-5 star rating but lately every time I go they have 4-5 employees walking around with only 1 register open and a line of people at it.

Just the best chain grocery store in my area. Always clean. Always. Stocked and everything fresh! I love their deli. Produce is always top notch. I can't say enough good things about the staff at every Big Y I have ever been in. Most friendly welcoming people.

Delicious sheet cake for a birthday, came out less expensive then Costco, BJ's, or stop and shop. Surprisingly good pizza, though the Hawaiian is lacking bacon.

Everytime I come to this store there's a problem. Stop doing doordash if you can't handle it. Maybe it's management's fault, I'm not sure. Was supposed to be ready at 6:13 it's now 6:45 as I write this. How do your employees not know they even have an order. Both seafood & pizza had no idea until I walked in & it still took them over 30mins. We don't get paid hourly so if you can't handle the orders or train your employees properly, stop taking doordash orders all together. It's getting ridiculous & this happens pretty much everytime I come to this location & only this location.

This is my favorite home town grocery store. We went to get scratch tickets on vacation just to have some fun and we both won. I spent 25 and won 24. He spent 20 and won 54. Not bad

Officially need to voice my opinion, the food service staff is rude, do not listen well, and have terrible customer etiquette. I have been a customer here for about 20 years and have had trouble in the food service department the entire time. I continue to shop here only due to geographical convenience. In general Big Y is overpriced and with aldis, pricerite and Costco, I’ve limited my business to as little as possible because it’s extremely evident big y is striving hard only for the bottom dollar. I give them two stars because I enjoy the prepared food and location convenience, and the cleanliness of the store, some other big ys would be a better rating but this one has consistently bad prepared food service.

Great employees make this store what it is. From the courtesy desk, to the deli, to the cashiers, Big Y has customer service figured out.Make sure you have your customer loyalty card, the prices are high without it. That being said, the sales are pretty good and the store brands are of comparable quality.Big Y is locally owned and non-union. That's why I shop there.😉

My go to joint for grocery shopping! They always have great deals. Only down side is they never seem to have mild fresh salsa. They over stock on the hot kind and I feel like nobody even buys that one. Also worth noting the pizza, grinders all hot prepped foods and sushi are very good and decent prices.

It really is a world class market. Keeping with modern eco sensitive trends too. They have free EV charging, reusable bagging encouraged, supporting local farms and products. It's great to see. Love Big Y.

Best store, live less than a mile from it and food is a necessity sometimes ya know. Food court is Alright, Pizza is very nice and Flower selection is always decent. Can't go wrong stepping into this store

The atmosphere is very nice, but I think their prices run a little expensive for my tastes. I've gotten sandwiches there are couple times, they were good.They have this goofy gimmick with silver and gold coins as a means to build store loyalty and get discounts on individual products. Maybe it was more interesting back when people routinely carried coins around, but these days, all I'm carrying is a phone and a credit card. Keep your coins.

It's Big Y, you know the store that's common in the north east. It's nice because it's everywhere. Sure whoever's reading this has been to a big y and is just bored and wanted to look at some reviews, hint you should probably stop reading this one. Well I guess you're still reading it hu? Expecting more, fine, you also get gas points which you can save on gas with ur savings card, that good for ya, if you made it this far congrats!

The store is always so clean and the shelves ate always stocked such a pleasant store to shop in.Greatfriendly staff and they carry the best produce and meat my son loves their pizza and subs great prices too.
