We shop here for all of our pet needs. If there is something that they don't have in stock, they often offer to order it for you. They offer the best quality food, treats, and everything you could possibly need for your pet. They also have to resident cats and at least two dogs that I've met. We love Maggie's Foods for Pets!

Nice, family owned business. There are resident animals on the premises so if you bring your leashed dog or cat inside be aware! I love the treat self serve treat bar. You can create an assortment of cookies, chews, jerkies or dehydrated organ meats for your pet.

Maggie’s is the best! I have a standing appointment with Peggy, the cat here! So extremely friendly and knowledgeable! It’s tough to explain to other people why I’ll gladly go to this place in person out of my way 5 times a week instead of ordering everything online. But if you go here once, I think you’ll have a hard time explaining too!

I owe Steve and his crew of wonderful people for turning my dogs life around. It’s hard to find people who truly care about animals and they’re willing to help in any way possible. They were the only pet food store that carries Open Farm dog food that is humanly and environmentally sourced, and grain free! I had to have special food for my pup who was a malnourished rescue and now he’s got a whole new lease on life and I really do owe it to Maggie’s. Not only do they have wonderful products, they also introduced me to my veterinarian and I couldn’t be more pleased. Don’t waste your time, money and your animals lives by buying “big name brand” products. Go to Maggie’s and get products from the companies and people who care. You’ll save time, money and veterinarian visits. And they have a rewards program! 10/10!

We always get our dog food here and will always continue going. The staff is helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a good selection of healthy pet food and there's even furry friends hanging out in the store. It's a great place to buy higher quality pet food, treats or even toys.

I visit once a month for a special order of Higgins Sunburst Guinea Pig Food. Steve and all of his staff are super friendly consistently with every visit. This pet store offers a full range of products for cats, dogs and small animals. I especially appreciate they are open late on Thursday which fits my schedule nicely.

Maggie’s offers a broad range of healthy foods for dogs and cats. They offer advise regarding various foods for a wide range of pet issues. I have a new pup, older and not in great condition due to many health and dental issues and can not eat many forms of kibble. Thanks to the expert advice from the staff and owners she now has a healthy, small kibble which she loves. Thank you so much! Carolynn

Poisoned my kitten with their "all life stages cat food" an associate assured me was safe for kittens. Lead to my kitten vomiting and having diarrhea, needing to go the the ER, and a $500 bill with the vet confirming that food was not safe for kittens, and most "all life stage" food is not kitten friendly. Went to return the food, asked to speak to manager to let him know what just happened, he was extremely dismissive and said it was probably just something wrong with my kitten. Got a mostly sarcastic toned "sorry that happened," that's it. My poor baby is shaking, spent the day in the ER needing to be hooked up to an IV for fluids and getting blood drawn because of your food, and now won't even be able to eat for the next day and then has to be on a plain diet for the next 3-5 days with antibiotics, and THAT'S your response? Extremely disappointed and disgusted.

Maggies' is a really good pet store. I travel from the west side of Worcester to get our dog's food @Maggies ( although there are stores much closer. The owners and staff are very friendly and keep up with what is new. Prices are fair and competitive and have different programs for free food. Also, the store offers nail clipping on Saturday for $5.00

This team goes above and beyond without being pushy, while educating. A woman worked with me via telephone close to closing, and left a slew of samples outside for me to pick up. These samples were of a particular product that she felt met our needs. Moreso, she was very conscious of price efficiency. She was very specific that the most expensive did not dictate the "best." This is spot is my new go-to destination.
