A beautiful store — clean and organized. I went through the entirety of the store and each department was well stocked. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. A pleasant store to shop in. I will return to this Roche Bros.

Very impressed with this store. They're only in MA - and try to get as much as they can through local farmers & small businesses. This keeps the meat and fruits & veggies fresh bc they aren't spending days in trucks. They bake the breads, cookies and make the soups right there- not in a factory! There's a bakery & kitchen on the premises!They support the community- supplied and delivered tons of Thanksgiving dinners to local community and giving jobs to the disabled. I bought a dinner- it is so good, everything is homemade.Each department has its own workers who stock all day to make sure everything is full and fresh! The floral dept is full service- they deliver and can get anything you need- for any occasion - and the cost is not inflated.The parking is free and the elevators go right into the store so you don't have to walk outside- just take your cart right into elevator! I can't say enough.

Excellent baked goods from their onsite bakery and very friendly and helpful staff. Purchased a delicious Blueberry Pie and French Apple Pie that were baked on their premises. Both pies were delicious, not too sugary (a good thing), and very fresh! Our guests were raving about both pies at Thanksgiving!

Happened into this relatively new store on a winger. We walked in to find spacious well laid out logical grocery store. One starts in produce ... fresh, clean excellent variety ... even some exotics. They bake their own Scala bread daily. Prepared food selection great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner ... extensive 'grab and go' meals. Once the meal is done they break down, clean up and begin to prep for the next. Meats and fish are local oriented which reflects in the prices...but, remember - fresh. The rest - a grocery store well run. Staff and management are on their toes like a well oiled machine. Making the trudge of grocery shopping a pleasure ... thank you for coming to Watertown.

I just returned from Roche Brothers in Watertown. ‘I live in the area. I was there approx. 1 year ago and found they had little organic produce to offer, so I continued shopping elsewhere. I just went there today to try to give them another chance. The humans are quite friendly, which is great, and their organic produce choice was larger, but much of the fresh produce was wilted and did not look cared for. What just triggered my commentary is that the organic 1/2 and 1/2 I just bought today curdled in my coffee even after I tried to make a second cup. The date says May, but the 1/2 and 1/2 feels thick and almost like it was frozen and something is off. It is unfortunate because it is so convenient, but I will not return unless I really am in a pinch.

They don’t make sandwiches anymore, hard to get what you want at hot bar because they don’t make labels saying what’s in the food. Disappointing.

This is really interesting. I'm used to brothers in Kendall. The hot bar is best at brothers but overall I like them both. Chris helped us out and a young black woman at the coffee place made the best quad shot latte in town. Prices high, but great for a small family that understands that cost means less prep time, which I enjoy. Please bring the southwest salad to this location.

Nice clean store. Priced for specialty shopping so I still go to Market basket at times. Really good prepared foods. The coffee out back is great and the two ladies I usually interact with are wonderful and should be commended. Also a shout out to the excellent service from the gentleman in the seafood department.

The humanity is unmatched. The reason this grocery store is refreshing is because the managers Micheal and Micheal both walk around talking to employees legit checking on them. Making sure no one feels inferior. I worked at stop and shop and the managers would visit and treat me like I didn’t matter. Here they act like family . I really value a a store that’s nice to all employees . Loved shopping here and will come back I recommend it . The energy is very detoxing nothing like the shaws and star markets !!! Better

Very nice bakery, varied selection, & more affordable than other grocery stores. Lots of free parking. Located near restaurants, a big cinema, shops, & Marshall’s.

This is not a store that remotely resembles the Roche Bros I know. Growing up in Newton and Natick I'd go toNeedham Natick and Millis and those stores are phenomenal. This one truly sucks. Nobody can answer your question, the meats are not great, produce limited and so so small.

I'm a regular in this store but today I was thrown off by an employee doing inventory in Avery unusual way.....I'm sure they have ladders in the back instead of stepping with your dirty shoes where the meat goes... this is really not okay.

This is a lovely store. The positive things include great selection and store environment. But the negative thing is that the self-checkout machines always run into errors. Multiple times during multiple visits the machines have an error about placing item in bags and requiring an attendant to fix.

They keep closing the secind entrance and it’s super inconvenient, super overpriced, staff checks out their own food before customers, and kid yelled at me for trying to exit because he was cleaning the exit doors? Don’t bother and go to market basket.

Limited selection and a bit expensive but gets the job done. Recent removal of handles on paper bags makes things more difficult for those who have to walk and take the bus, those with less means. Hoping that Arsenal Yards can be accessible for everyone.

11/30/21 Hoped to enjoy the breakfast bar got to the register got assistance from the front and personal…. The transaction would not go through kept on saying please wait.. Tried to cancel the transaction after five minutes…Still charged for the food that I ultimately didn’t want after an extremely long time for the transaction complete.

Newly opened store is smaller than the others so variety is limited. The fish, meat and produce departments show fresh stock bakery products are wrapped or packaged in plastic containers. As the store is in a shopping center, parking is adequate

Clean store, nice selection, lackluster checkout staff to say the least. No greeting, cashier dropped multiple pieces of produce and they rolled across the floor, she just looked at me expectantly to put it into bag, (pears, avocados, yuck)- bagger overloaded my bags and had me and my elderly mother in law lift them from carousel into cart before they toppled off. Muttered my total through half-attached mask. Lots of workers standing - no one helpful. I will never go back.

So they need more people working in each individual department. There was nobody in the cheese department or the flower department or even at the customer service desk. I had to go find a checkout person to page the cheese person and it just became ridiculous. Also I wanted to have a name written on a cake, and the cake person had to take the cake upstairs to do the writing. Beautiful store but not really putting their best foot forward on customer service.

I wanted to like this store as I generally love the Roche Bros brand and have been shopping at the Wellesley and Natick RB’s for years. The Watertown store is the odd duck in the RB chain. It’s the smallest Roche Bros and is missing a lot of what the bigger stores carry. The customer service is lackluster and good service is what Roche Bros is known for.Like others have stated there’s never anyone at the Cheese shop, Bakery or even the Customer Service desk. You have to go to the associates at the self checkout if you want help. The quality of the help also varies as I discovered when trying to find a vegetarian based cheese, no one could locate it for me. The placement of certain items isn’t where you would normally find them at other RB’s thus the store is very confusing.I moved to Waltham and this is about a 20 minute drive for me one way. I’ve given them a couple of chances to iron things out but they act like they don’t care. So I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Store was neat and easy to find what I needed. I bought a baked pasta pre made dinner and it smelled foul we had to throw it out. Do not buy the pre made meals here 🤢
