These people shouldn't be trusted with animals. I brought in my obviously sick cat who wasn't eating. He was understandably guarded and grouchy. The vet and nurse were afraid to touch him and instead hid behind some feline fear free policy and said they needed to sedate him. I was ok with this and left him there because I thought being carted back and forth would be more stressful. I remained available and responsive all day. Several hours later they texted that they had been unable to administer a sedative. How is keeping a sick cat at a vet but not providing care in keeping with the Feline Fear Free policy?I asked if I should come get him. They said wait while they fill the meds, which took another hour. When I came, they gave me two types of sedatives and told me to administer them myself and come back in two days. I asked for something to help him eat, which they gave me, but they poo-pooed my concern as he had only gone a day without eating. When we got home, I decided I wasn't comfortable waiting, so my husband and I took him to a local urgent care. They saw him right away and referred him out to an ER due to concerns in his medical history (also provided to Bond). To be fair, they also wanted to sedate him but decided an ER would be better equipped to handle things. We went to an ER, which sedated him right away and found that he was in acute kidney failure. He's still there now, probably for his last night on earth.I did not have an issue with sedation, and I made this known. My main complaint is that Bond Vet didn't notice how bad his condition was and did not refer out when they found themselves unable to care for him. Instead they kept him there for hours without administering any medical care. This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. Being a vet means showing compassion to all animals, even and especially those who are acting out of fear and pain. Bond Vet tried to avoid causing more fear, and likely caused more pain as a result. It's almost like they were trying to get consent from an animal. Of course he was afraid, because he was already in pain and had no understanding of what was going on. Avoiding fear shouldn't get in the way of providing medical care, but in the case of my cat, it did. Would his outcome have been better if he had gone to the ER sooner, I don't know, but he at least wouldn't have suffered for hours at Bond's office.

Brought my kitty here for a checkup and vaccines and it was a truly delightful experience! The office is clean and pleasant, and we were immediately taken to an exam room after checking in for our appointment. Everybody we spoke to was kind and they were so gentle with my cat. I appreciate how transparent they were ahead of time with costs for the vaccines and any other tests we could’ve gotten. They also had loads of free treats and little toys—my cat was happy that they had a Churu to feed her on the exam table, and she’s been obsessed with her new St. Patty’s catnip toy ever since we got home :-) Hopefully she won’t need the vet for a while, but if anything happens we’ll definitely be bringing her back here!

Brought my daughters 6 month old kitten Willow in for a visit and I cannot rave enough about how sweet the doctor was! The people here clearly love what they do and it shows in their work! Thanks so much for the excellent care!

Overall an excellent experience with Bond Veterinarians on Arsenal Street Watertown. They told me what my Dog needed, how long it would take, and the total price before starting. Squeaky clean waiting room with free dog treats and water. Since the procedures would take about 1/2 hour we took a walk visiting several shops in the Arsenal Mall staff said they would call us when complete. This was an added convenience for my wife and me.Definitely recommend

We have had nothing but great experiences with Bond Vet and Dr. Agrafojo in Watertown. They provide the personalized care we have been trying to find for our little family.

We are fostering a new little dog after losing our Chiahuahua to kidney failure, so wanted to have a health check before adopting her. We were treated with great care and professional service. We would highly recomend Bond Vet and Dr. Breanna Beberman and team!

It’s been 6 days since I had $650 worth of tests done on my senior dog and 5 days since the test results were released and posted to the Pet Portal but never sent to me via email and NO ONE has contacted me to discuss the results of the tests and next steps. I am furious, and can not emphasize enough how much I would dissuade you from using this as a substitute for a real veterinary office (with a working phone number and a staff that cares about your dog) I feel like the victim of a scam! A week later and I still have no idea what is happening with my dog. Bond Vet swindled me out of $650.Maybe I should take them to small claims court.

Bond Vet has clearly put a lot of effort into cultivating their ambiance, but unfortunately, it feels like they've sacrificed their primary mission: to provide professional and competent veterinary care.Instead of emphasizing aesthetics, I wish they would prioritize recruiting skilled veterinarians. I am looking for a vet not a grooming spa after all. The vet was incompetent and unprofessional, won't go there again! The costs here are exorbitant – a simple health exam runs $95, basic lab work ranges from $105-125, and a vaccine costs almost $100. It's as if the focus is on the décor and overcharging rather than genuine care for our pets. I came in expecting a quality vet clinic, not an overpriced grooming spa. A truly disappointing experience.

My experience with Bond Vet has been a life changing experience not only for me but for my fur baby. We were welcomed with open arms. Everyone is so kind and friendly and that is truly rare to find. My first appointment with them and I was having trouble finding parking and the nice lady who works in the front desk was kind enough to step outside and look for me and my pup to navigate us to the clinic. She didn’t need to do that but she did it and that made me feel welcomed. I also wanted to share that this place is SUPER FAST in responding to any questions. I am traveling to another country and Bond Vet was the only place that accepted my pup to get him a travel certificate. All the other vets were either booked and I needed a fast response and Bond Vet was the answer. Overall 5/5 stars!!!! I highly recommend. Thanks to them, my pup and I can travel together 🐾

We had to go here last minute as our usual vet was closed, and what a WONDERFUL staff and experience! They accommodated our sudden request (puppy had swallowed a lot of plastic). The space is really clean and comforting, and each staff member was so kind and warm to us (and especially to our nervous pup). It was late - close to their closing time - and yet Savannah made sure to stay and answer any questions we had and to explain everything. Highly recommend.

I brought my dog here for an urgent care appointment and everyone was so friendly and kind. My dog is not a fan of the vet, the doctor and nurses were so patient in coming up with the best plan to diagnose and treat him. They were also very attentive in making sure I was comfortable, I was offered a beverage multiple times, there are phone chargers in the waiting room, and comfortable places to sit. I was able to make a same day appointment and avoid waiting hours at the emergency vet. I would absolutely recommend Bond Vet to other pet parents.

They all treated us super nice and Nebraska was super happy! The doctor even called me the next day to make sure she was feeling better! Such a relief when you know the vets will love and take care of your peta like you do!

My experience with Dr. Breanna Beberman and Rachael steinbock are unpleasant.I brought my dog in for a simple procedure following an episode of diarrhea, the service I received was far from satisfactory. We were seen by Rachel steinbock. She ordered the blood test for heartworm and went to find a nurse. To my surprise, she returned with another doctor, Breanna Beberman. Rachel simply said that they don't have available nurses for the test and it was just a simple test. So I trusted her. What happened next was both traumatic and disheartening. First of all, I want to mention that my dog, a sweet well-trained 12 pounds bichon fries has had this test done multiple times before with no issues both with other doctor, nurses at bond vet and also in other clincs before we moved here. Breanna Beberman obviously looked very uncomfortable performing a nurse's job and had a hard time even locating the vein. It's shocking and disheartening that two doctors were unable to manage what other professionals have done seamlessly in the past. I am so shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and indifference in this event.Rachel steinbock even casually remarked that a "worst-case scenario" would involve coming back another time - a comment that felt dismissive and indifferent to the value of my time and my pet's distress. To add to the already poor experience, Beberman muzzled my dog throughout the procedure and even afterward, despite my dog showing clear signs of distress and no indications of aggression. As someone who work in healthcare myself and understand all too well of how important it is to be professional during this vulnerable time ,no matter it's a human or a dog, this encounter with Bond Vet, a clinic that prides itself on professionalism, left me deeply disheartened.I walked in the door and pay the price for a professional service not a torture! At the price they are charging, you would expect some professionlism at least, yet they seem more unfamiliar with a basic blood drawing test than a first-year medical student. The entire ordeal was a showcase of unprofessionalism. I expect more from healthcare professionals, especially when dealing with vulnerable pets and concerned pet owners. I hope no other pet owner has to go through such a disappointing experience. Avoid this clinic.Based on explicit instructions from the clinic, I was asked to submit my dog's fecal sample during your operational hours on Saturday, which I was informed were from 10 am to 8 pm. However, upon my arrival at 11:32 am, I was met with locked doors and an unexplained "closed" sign, despite it being well within the stated business hours. My repeated attempts to contact the clinic telephonically were met with no response. Later, they simply said that was due to a short of staff. Just speechless.Edit: They called me and asked me to remove the review so that I can get the refund for the labwork hasn't done due to their mistake. I won't. Other pet owners should see this and their beloved pets deserve better!

A fantastic experience. I’ve been to several area vets and this place is absolutely the best. Staff are amazing and our vet, Dr. A, was so kind and thorough. Free fancy treats in the waiting area and incredibly clean. Check them out! They currently have a great intro deal and our office visit with the doc was only $25. Also loved how transparent they were about cost and treatment planning. Def going back.

I loved how kind, professional, and understanding the staff is, as well as the clean and thought out design and details of the feline room. I loved that my cat was respected and treated like their very own! Highly recommend, i was in and out in 45 minutes. The billing process is transparent and there was no pressure or judgement in my decisions.

What a wonderful experience my family and I had bringing in our dog w a stomach ache. The vet and vet techs made my reactive dog feel very calm and safe (no medication just their personalities and demeanor). The shop is stylish and functional. They give free treats and balls for the dogs to take home which was a nice treat for my dog.

Loved this vet. Friendly, spacious, and super clean when you walk in. My husky is very hesitant in new places, and with new people, BUT he loved them! They slowly introduced themselves and by the end of it were able to get him on the scale like it was nothing! Superheroes.

I have a sweet Labrador who does not like going to the vet. She was so nervous and the Vet and Vet tech sat on the floor with her giving her treats. She was very nervous but they were wonderful with her. My best Vet experience and I have had dogs my entire life. I would highly recommend Bond Vet

Overpriced and didn’t do a full exam on my puppy. I ended up taking my dog to a different vet and that vet found mites in her ears.

Everyone here is so nice and sweet to the pets! The office is clean and the staff are friendly and honest. They even sent a sympathy card to us after our cat, Choobi, passed away. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
