Our little Yorkie has had a difficult time with grooming so I was anxious to try PetSmart. I decided to give it a try. We booked with Laura in the grooming center. I was amazed to come back to a beautifully groomed dog! Laura took the time to work with her and we are so appreciative! We will definitely be taking her back and hope that Laura stays for a long time. She is great!

About a month ago went to go pick up my hamsters Christmas presents and the cash attendant was very very helpful but don't really have too much items for hamsters the only downfall. Other than that, pretty good store for bedding and food if you're looking for a hamster instead of a dog

My go to, to not spoil my cat, i dont spoil my cat, but if I did, the best place to go for snacks, litter and quality food would be pet smart in walpole. Again I would never spoil my cat cause I'm a guy, and I like dogs, but again, if I were to spoil my amazing, handsome beautiful cat, it definitely would be pet smart, cuz the staff rocks!!

They refused my request to use their bathrooms on 4 different occasions. Was told I can just go to Joann’s. It seems the instruction is coming from the managers. I’m old and had trouble running to the next building. Bathroom should be accessible to all. When I noticed the repeated refusal, I just had to write a review.

This place is great! We took home a cat from the rescue they partner with and will soon be enrolling a puppy in their training classes. It's always very clean, well stocked, and the staff is helpful and friendly. On one occasion we did have a staff member offer more advice on our new puppy than we were comfortable with considering we hadnt asked for any, but we also understood that they were looking to be helpful.

I just wanted to thank the groomers for taking care of my cat last night. My long-haired cat kept on puking up hairballs. I cannot cut him myself (it is a 2 person job) and I have been unable to locate a groomer who handles cats for quite some time.They were very patient and gentle with my cat, had all the tools (some of which I did not know existed) and, most importantly, got the job done. I now have a very happy kitty (and owner).I will definitely be back.***Edit - 3 weeks later I haven't had to engage in my daily routine of cleaning multiple piles of puke/puked up hairballs. Definitely worth it.

This place is single-handedly one of the worst groomers in the country, if not the worst. I have never seen a worse job done by a groomer than the one that was done on my dog. The groomer was instructed to keep my dogs coat longer and trim around the paws, ears and face. She in fact did not do this and she decided to shave my dogs whole entire coat off after being instructed not to. I would attempt (and probably be more successful) at trimming my dogs hair at home before I ever brought him back there again. As soon as he grows a new coat we are going to a new groomer to fix this disproportional disgrace of a rushed grooming job. Not to mention, the dog seemed traumatized upon the appointment as the groomer made us pick him up early due to him acting erratic after the hair cut was done by the groomer and said he should be medicated the next time we come back. We will NOT be coming back to this location or any pet smart location for a grooming service ever again.

Staff are nice but we’ve had multiple bad experiences with a woman supervisor/manager, she’s incredibly pushy and rude. Makes the store look bad when the staff are great and keep it running.

The gentleman working the register @ 8:25pm the night of 2/22/2023 was extremely polite and welcoming. There is no question he was fully dedicated to the job at hand and in the moment. He should serve as an example to retail workers across the country.

The welcoming staff when entering the convenient shopping location has been a good experience over the years when stopping in to purchase cat and aquarium supplies. And when asking a staff member to assist with a particular item search, the response has been genuinely helpful.

There's a cashier there. Idk their name. But they are bald with a few piercings. I love their attitude. I go there fairly often, and I enjoy when they are my cashier. We banter about my cats everytime. 5 stars, just for them.

I love going in to this location when I am in the area, they do not usually have the products I come in for but I cannot be mad about that. I go in knowing they probably don't have the ferret food I use. But I always find other great deals here . And walk out with lots of cheap priced toys and goodies! The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. 5 stars all the way around

If you need dog training go see Avery, he cares about your dog and hes an overall great trainer. My dog (a rescue) was scared of everything and his techniques helped me help her. I can take her everywhere now and she's got confidence!!

This store is great. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The grooming crew did a fantastic job with our dog Zoey. I have been here a half dozen times or so since we recently go our dog and every trip has been easy thanks to the great staff.

Katie was very helpful!! I was having issues placing my order online so I called in to the store and she happily pulled my product for me so that when I got there it was at the counter and ready. Petsmart and petco are the worst chains, but this one tops most. None of the animals are taken care of properly and not only can you not hold an animal before buying it, you can't even look at it. Absolute joke of a business.

When they have sales on toys and treats you can't beat the deals anywhere else. For the most part the regular prices are about the same as other stores. Walmart being the exception but they only beat the prices by a dollar or less. I'd still pick this store over them every time they have a lot more options to choose from. Great customer service there's always someone available to help. The store is always clean I can't recall a time I was there when it was dirty or disorganized. I haven't had a problem with things being out of stock the rare times an item was an associate would double check for me incase there was any in the back or displayed somewhere else (promo area, end caps). If they were in fact out of stock they would offer other solutions that would work.

Greeted when I came in, got asked twice if I needed assistance, got a treat for the dog written checking out, so customer service was great! Also visited the bathrooms while there and they were spotless. Would definitely recommend!

I always come here to get my dogs nails done and the girls that work in the salon are so gentle and sweet to my dog. I trust them very much and so does my dog. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. That also goes for the hospital that they have there as well.

Brought my young puppy in for an appointment with the groomer. When I came to pick up my pup - Amanda H., the groomer, had shaved most of his coat (without my permission or consent) and had done a poor job of even that. I was completely in shock of the poor treatment and job done to my dog. He seemed traumatized. Once I had gotten into the car, I noticed that despite his coat being completely wrecked, they had forgotten to do some of his nails even though they had assured me it was done. I had to spend an hour on my own at home grooming him over the “forgotten” patches of his poor shaving job (that was done without my permission!!).The horrible attitude and complete disregard for the care of my dog was shocking. I will most definitely not be returning and advise others to be careful when handing your pet over to the groomer.
