Employees accused a regular customer of stealing, and stole from them. When I made my way to the counter to pay for my goods I found my $2000 bike behind the counter, they went outside and actually stole my bike, putting it in a restricted area while I was browsing. They then asked me if I had anything in my pockets, accusing me of stealing after THEY committed grand larceny. While speaking in Spanish they called a manager that supposedly had video of theft that never occurred. I paid for my goods, and made them bring my bike outside where they took it from, hitting it with the door on the way out damaging it. Family Dollar ignored my emails, and ignored the situation, the woman and child that were working there had no punishment for this. Don't shop there, and don't shop with Family Dollar stores especially in the Springfield area, they're thiefs and potentially racists. Embarrassing to say the least, I just wanted cereal and had to deal with chaos without just cause. Haven't been to another store since after spending countless hundreds f dollars with their corrupt establishment.

Went there this morning, associates two cashiers, were very helpful, very kind warmly greet you. Greater assistance I have ever gotten in a Dollar 🌳 store. Plan on going there from now on even though I live in west springfield

Terrible customer service! Cashier has no manners! She was talking trash to a customer in store in front of other customers. Who locks doots 2 hours before closing! If I could rate zero, that would still be too high for her.
