The pharmacy technician is earnestly kind, helpful and humble and is patient but to also have more than just one employee in this CVS location as well as the Manager have outstanding customer service is trulyappreciated especially after having a crazy day.Ty for holding everything for me and trying to contact me when I didn’t even realize I had left the store w/ out my Dad’s card and another item. The calmest CVS I’ve ever been to (I was assured it was the calm before the storm). Very pleasant staff and it was easy to see that they were working efficiently and collegially. My vax appt was on time and quick. What a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Worst cvs!I was on hold for 19 minutes, fine. The girl that answered the phone didn't know how to explain anything, fine. She was filling the wrong medication, fine. Oh but the rude pharmacist. I wasn't even talking to her so she didn't know the conversation I was having with the tech. And she raised her voice saying " I'm not gonna do that" "I'm not losing my license over this" my only response was to laugh. I really don't know what she was talking about. And I understand we all have bad days but I wasn't talking to her. Very unprofessional. Btw all I was asking if they can transfer the meds to another cvs because the doctor sent them to the wrong one it is too far for me.

The store is very nice but they should've stayed at Tower Square up the street where they were located for many years. This new location is on the very edge of downtown Springfield and a bit out of the way for the many office workers working in the downtown core plus the senior citizens. The only reason they moved here is because the casino is across the street and they are hoping for overflow business. I'm sure most casino patrons are going to stop gambling and dash across the street to CVS to buy a bottle of shampoo!

I went to cvs pharmacy this week to get prescriptions filled at 991 main street springfield on thursday november 10, 2020.I stood in the drop off sections for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement by anyone, it wasn't crowded at all, but when I asked if I was in the right lane to drop off my prescription, the pharmacist came to me quickly in a rage, no greeting, and snapply said rudely " there's only two of us here" and proceeded to ask and answer questions unprofessionally and rudely. This incident made me realize why I changed from cvs pharmacy 3 years ago. I just went there this time because I was in the area. I use to go to the one that moved from up the street. Same rudeness and disrespect. The front end of the store is not so bad depends on which cashier you get

I don't make many reviews. But everytime I get this one tall lady with glasses. She is always wearing leggings or even pajamas. Everyone else is wearing a lab coat and she is not. I usually don't care about these types of things (working retail and knowing how annoying it can be) but she isn't selling gas or hot dogs. She is handling important medication. It's only noticeable bc she is ALWAYS rude or has an attitude. I never say anything to provoke her to be that way. A simple question or even politely asking when the prescription is ready is like a pain to her. Everyone else, especially the older Hispanic man are usually polite. I'm there often bc doctors are always changing my medication. I don't bother asking questions anymore, the pharmacist gave me the wrong information that could of harmed me on blood thinners.Going to another pharmacy.
