What a great company! Every product I’ve ever bought from them arrives in a short amount of time. The biggest thing that I’m grateful for was I had issues with my K9fitbone and despite being months after I bought it, they contacted the manufacturer for me and helped me take care of a replacement without any extra charge. I wish all companies still operated like this, doing the right thing and caring about their customer. Would highly recommend getting all your dog needs from them.

Here's the great thing about Clean Run: customer service. If you have a problem; they get back to you and they fix it. This has happened for me at least four times over the YEARS I have been doing business with them. The last time was with an online streaming course. I don't care if I can get things cheaper somewhere else - this is my go-to spot for agility gear and online learning for agility.

Love this store! I ordered a toy last year that broke right away, they sent me a new one within a week! And I was surprised the toy broke because they have amazing quality on their products! The new one is fantastic! I just ordered a jacket for my pup, and it turned out to be too small, so I sent it in to be exchanged. I just emailed their customer service to check up on it. I got a reply the next day that it is on its way! Great customer service and the quality is unmatched! I will be continuing to order from them!

I have placed several orders with Clean Run. They have excellent customer service and timely processing. They replied to my email just hours after I contacted about something breaking unexpectedly and offered to send a replacement without me even asking. I will continue shopping with them and recommending them to others.

Terrible return policy. Customer service is available by phone for 2 hours a day. Spend your money elsewhere.EDIT:To clarify, their return policy states that the product must be in original condition (aka brand new?) but also that if a harness has dog hair is on it, the purchaser will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We were denied any kind of refund after using the product for ~2 weeks while waiting for responses and adjustment suggestions by support.I spent $100 on two harnesses, $16 to return the harnesses, and I'm out all of that money. I'll happily buy products from an adequately staffed company that has a return policy that accommodates the needs of the industry in which it operates.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I have had problems locating a harness that fits and does not hurt my dog, and have had both injuries and an escape happen in the interim. When I came across a harness they sell, I asked if they could process the shipping more quickly--and they happily said yes. I subsequently placed a second order for different sizes, and they went from order to shipment in less than half an hour. I will seek them out again for my future needs and highly recommend you do the same.

I am giving this business 5 stars because I am not local and because I own a Min Pin, I have bought and returned countless harnesses online. This harness was alas also too large over her chest and shoulders. However, the quality was so superior and padded for comfort that I chose to spend additional money for a seamstress to take it in. I absolutely love this harness. I am also very impressed with the customer service people who gladly gave me time over the phone to help me. They were kind and truly helped me and made all the difference in helping me feel confident in this company.

The very best place to buy dog supplies. Yes you may bring in your leashed pet with you but be prepared to see some stunning Border Collies to your left. They are created in their kennels of course. This place is very well known for its great agility classes. I have never attended one but I can say that the products that they sell for pet supplies are fabulous. You will not find them at Dave's Pet Food City. They are worth a trip over and their employees are super knowledgeable and nice. I believe they are all dog lovers and involved in lots of different things. Take a ride over someday. You will be glad you did and so will your dog

Any time I have ordered from Clean Run all of my stuff arrives in excellent condition. If I have any problems, like recently as I misunderstood the shipping information and was not available to receive the order, they were right on it, sorting it out for me. So helpful and friendly!!! Placed an order with Cleanrun exactly 10 days ago and it still has not shipped. Talked to customer service, which are not either able to provide any information or at least tell me when stuff will ship. Lol, this is THE LAST time I shop here.
