I was told that insurance wasn't going to cover a topical med so I reached out to my doctor and the ordered an oral drug. I was told in the morning that they received the request from my doctor and they would have it ready for Puck up in an hour. I went to CVS 2 hours later and they told me they had to order it and they wouldn't have it until tomorrow afternoon. A phone call would have been nice as I made a special time in the rain to get it because they told me it would be ready. I wish I could be done with CVS ! But my insurance only uses them. Time to change insurance carriers as this is not the first time. SAD!!!

This is the worst CVS in existence! It is currently 1:41pm and the pharmacy is just closed… like actually closed! For an hour! Because they never learned how to stagger staff lunch breaks. Every time it’s an excuse or some poor managerial decision. Then the argue about when you submitted for refill because they are never ready when they say they will be… instead asking “what kind of phone do you have?”… “it must be your phone.”The absolute audacity of this place! Plus they are ruuuuuuuuude—especially the pharmacist! I’ll take your six figure job any day and fart smiles for the opportunity to be so lucky!If your insurance is accepted elsewhere, go there!

Every time I go to this pharmacy they are always disorganized, lack knowledgeable, and furnish excuses for their ill-preparedness .My prescription was supposed to be available yesterday evening and when I come in today at 12:30pm (with a line out the parking lot and out the door) they say they will fill it right now in 15 minutes… then argue about why it wasn’t ready as scheduled the day before.I have never, not once in two years, had a smooth transaction at this CVS.They are unprofessional and defensive when they mess up or are overwhelmed.My insurance FORCES me to use CVS… only reason I still go here. If you have the choice? Choose somewhere else.

The service at this pharmacy has always been bad but, since Covid, it has gotten much worse. The company makes billions a year but is too cheap to hire qualified people to work. The pharmacists are over worked and the people at the counter have no clue what they’re doing in life. They can’t even answer simple questions on an order and, if you run out of a med, you have a better chance of dying from whatever it was you needed the med for than you do of this place filling your request. I will be changing pharmacies as I have now requested my medication to be filled 3 times and it hasn’t been done “nor do they have a record of it”. Also, watch out….. if you don’t pick up a medication on auto refill (because after a while you have a month supply and they still refill due to the 5 Grace days) they STILL bill your insurance for it so when you need it again you can’t get it. So over this poor ownership/management.

CVS corporate rarely keeps their commitment to the extra care rewards for prescriptions, it constantly needs to be checked. For a corporation that makes millions , it's unbelievable they feel the need to not to pay out a $5 reward. Pharmacists are always overworked without enough staff. I am concerned mistakes will be made.

I love this location! Feels really clean and organized. The staff is kind which is hard to find in drug stores in my experience. I love this location and will come back here more than others. It’s a convenient location near other various stores.

Well lit store, mostly nicely displayed item. Had to laugh at their display at the end of the isle for 2 liter bottles of soda. 7Up was on sale.... but so far under the piles of other soda. You would need a forklift to take one out of the display.
