A real hardware store! Great friendly knowledge staff. Excellent selection of hardware, tools, lawn supplies among other items. A very large selection of nuts, bolts, fasteners and those"thing-a-mah-gings", you don't know the name for, but when you describe where it goes and what it does, they know exactly what you want. Definitely a change from that big orange box store, where everything is packaged in weird amounts and buried someplace on some aisle in a pegboard jungle.Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

They are so helpful here. I needed some help with a plumbing issue and also having spare keys made. They were able to help me with what I needed at a reasonable price. I left there with a smile on my face, and I certainly can't say that about my last trip to the big box home improvement centers nearby.

Keeping it local. If for some strange reason you don’t shop at TW'S WATSON FAMILY HARDWARE, you are missing out on the best customer service in the area. These folks always go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for, and even better, they educate me on how to make repairs. Shout out to Matt and their plumbing expert whose name is escaping me. What a fantastic resource to have locally. Keep supporting them so they are here for many more years! Was in town this weekend to help a family member. I was able to pop into the hardware store for odd screws for a doorknob and they were very helpful. They had what I needed with no fuss. Definitely the spot to go to

Super local business. Don't let the size deceive. They have an amazing inventory and staff is very helpful. Their cleaning product selection is the best in Scituate!!!

This place smells like cat pee. When I asked if they had PVC Pipe the guy behind the counter responded "My family runs this town". Then the owner told me to "beat it" when I asked if they carried allen wrenches. I waited in the alleyway for 3 hours huffin paint thinner and cranking marlboro reds until the store closed and me and Willie could finally have a little "talk" man to man. TBC...
