Hi have brought two of my three Guinea pigs to Doctor Diboot, her husband and all of the wonderful girls that work at Rowley animal hospital! We just switched over from bulger vet hospital two months ago and iam so glad I didn’t listen to any negative reviews! This vet hospital is amazing!!! Every time I have I’ve had to bring one of the Guinea pigs I have been pleasantly surprised every time I have gone to check out after the appointment. Each visit has been less than half of what I’ve Spent for the same things at bulger!!! Dr. Diboot has never rushed me out of an appointment or made me feel like my thousands of questions didn’t matter. I can not say enough good things about this vet hospital, I am so very grateful to have found people who care about animals as much as I do and not the bottom line. Thank you Rowley vet hospital!!!!

I brought my 8.5 year old Ferret to Dr. DiBoots office because her usual vet left her practice and my ferret gets mast cell tumors. I was greeted as soon as I entered and met with a tech quickly. The tech was super sweet and listened to what I had to say. I then met Dr. DiBoot and she was amazing with my ferret! Treated myself and my ferret with respect and took the time to examine her and offer helpful information to help the mast cell tumor. I drove over 30 minutes to this practice after a family member recommended it and the drive was well worth it! Thank you Dr. DIboot and team!

I bring my avians here to see Dr. DiBoot. I love her and the care she gives to my babies; I was super impressed by the staff's knowledge of care for parrots, and they ask all the right questions to ensure the parrot owner is giving their birds the best possible care. Super happy with their care and followups as well! Prices are reasonable for exotics! DrDiBoot is awesome! The whole team is incredibly nice and professional.

All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the most friendly and straight forward vet I’ve ever been to. They told us what other places wouldn’t without having to do 50 tests just to up the price. The price range here is pretty good but the service is even better. They were very kind and knowledgeable. They handled my ferret in the most gentle way for her final moments and for that they have definitely earned a loyal customer.

Brought our new rescue pup for a wellness check last week and RAH was awesome. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and their prices seem very reasonable. They were able to get us in quickly (unlike many others I contacted) and they've been super responsive with questions I've had. I did not know they were there previously but I'm really glad I do now.

I brought in a baby bunny that had been injured by a lawn mower. The staff took the little guy right away and couldn't have been more empathetic. Such a relief knowing someone local will help injured wildlife.

After a bad experience at a different local vet with our last dog we decided to bring our new puppy here and it was great! Dr DiBoot was wonderful with her and very helpful. Very friendly staff that really care about the animals

Initially thought this is a good place to be, but sadly it is not. Not only long, unnecessary waits, but doctor ignored my concern that my dog didn't seem to hear well any more. She barely looked at her ear and did so without a scope. Said she was fine but had selective hearing. Turned out she had an ear infection. Because it was left untreated, my dog did develop more severe loss of hearing. This could've been avoided if she did her job!In response to your reply... no scope was used. You just lifted the ear slightly. The delay was because you were discussing in the next room your renovations in your kitchen and then a party you were to attend. No excuse for any of this!

Rowley Animal Hospital has been wonderful with my three cats. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor spends a lot of time with my cats at every appointment. She answers all of my questions and I never feel as though we are being rushed out the door. My cats are everything to me and I feel as though the staff considers them part of their family too!

We love Rowley Animal Hospital! It's a small facility so Dr. Hayes has really got to know us and our dogs. She is very knowledgeable but also knows her limits and when to refer to a specialist. The office hours are convenient and they always get us in when one of our dogs needs to be seen. The staff is friendly and helpful. So glad we found Rowley Animal Hospital when we moved to the area!

Our 14 yr old Feline Family Member was brought here as he started losing weight and was not eating. Glands swollen, hair thinning... We were sad to hear the true condition of our little buddy.The entire Team here were so above and beyond with the entire process. Consoling, giving time and explaining the next steps.The real piece that we weren't expecting was the card of sympathy from the Animal Hospital. The card had his paw print and a lock of fur in it, with hand written notes from every person on staff with the kindest words of condolences.Not a dry eye in the house, my Wife and I couldn't be more grateful for the care from Rowley Animal Hospital and will recommend them to everyone we meet.

I switched to Rowley animal hospital and I’m so glad I did. Dr. DiBoot is so caring. She has even called to check up on my cat after he was there overnight. Because of COVID regulations only the animals can go into the clinic, but the staff is great with communication and I never felt out of the loop. I won’t take my cats anywhere else now!

We have been clients at RAH for almost 20 years and have used their boarding facilities many times. I prefer their setting over some of the larger boarding options in the area because it is a more relaxed environment that my dogs prefer. Because it is a smaller setting, it is quieter and my dogs get lots of personal attention. I also like the fact that they charge a very reasonable, all-inclusive daily fee (based on weight) unlike other places that charge you a daily fee, plus a charge for giving medications, plus a charge for play time. Play time at some other kennels means outside hooked on a run. Play time at RAH means supervised outside in a great fenced in yard that allows them to run, sniff and play. They love it!

They explain clearly what must be done at home to continue the care the recommend for Odey. You feel like family when you walk into their office.

Full of hot air, talked to us for almost 45 minutes like we were 12 year olds on the care of our dog. Then the medication she gave us did not work .Price was very high for visit not going back
