We are very lucky having the Market Basket in Rowley. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and making waiting to check out much less aggravating than other stores.

I try to stop by at the Market Basket whenever I am in town. In comparison to other supermarkets that I usually go, this location reminds me of early stores where is compact, cozy and having all items well organized and stocked, with plenty workers around and having actual cashiers and packers in every station rather than self-checkout (Big plus in my book since nothing like interacting with real people). Parking is usually a bit crazy especially during the holiday season but manageable.As of December 2023, the supermarket is still awesome. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We don't have much to choose from for grocery store but this location has the worst produce..bring home a bag of onions and the next day they are rotted..I go to Middleton

My mother ordered two platters of sandwiches for a funeral, and was clear about the pick up time.They had just started making them when we were supposed to be picking up.No apologies, no discount, and the mid 30’s woman who seemed to be in charge had a real snotty attitude about it, and rather rude. They also lied and said the order went in at night, when we in fact called early in the morning, after the one in Seabrook turned out to be incompetent.My brother and I had no choice but to rush the deli counter and make them ourselves. We ended up saving $90, and if there was another store option closer, we would have given them our money instead.

The most unorganized chaotic grocery store i’ve been too , not to mention how small the store is and items are placed randomly and disbursed across the store & for the most part the lay out makes zero chronological sense. this location is also small and needs a desperate make over. if you grocery shop here prepare to be bombarded by not only other customers but by the workers who quite literally hog entire isles , I actually had to say excuse me multiple times to different employees so I could reach the item I needed to grab. Walked into the feminine area to get tampons and (this isle is a particularly narrow part of the store because there’s an awkward third shelf display in between the sides) and could barley move. There were about 5-7 employees , mostly MEN near the feminine products, which they threw all together in a random isle that also includes baby food ,protein bars, soap,body wash , medicine, oral products, vitamins and supplements that definitely needs to be separated into its own categories and isles. Totally awkward and super uncomfortable experience. If you want a chaotic grocery trip that will give you anxiety this is your place.

The store is clean and organized but unlike other market baskets locations the veggies/fruit department is always not fresh. I have to throw away a lot of produce or to return it. Tried to speak with the manager a few times but it did not help

Amazing store! Wish they would add a cafe into this store as well. Their bakery is the best around. Always the best baked goods. Like their hermits, apple cider donuts, their Parisian baguette, their Raspberry Pie Dough Twists and Raspberry filled donuts. All fresh and the best around. Always a pleasant experience at this store.

This is my go-to store for many of the supermarket items that I need. The staff is always friendly. It does get crowded and you need to be patient, but still the best value of all of the supermarket chains around.

Always clean, isles are wide enough you don't feel cramped, shelves were stocked well, excellent parking and checkout was easy with their new register system, you can see the items you check out in the same area you put your credit card. Carriages are always easy to get

Pretty good. Clean, decently stocked. Perhaps not as much international/health/lifestyle food as I might hope (I was looking for Quest protein chips which I can get at WalMart but would prefer to spend my coin at MB) Overall a nice experience, helpful staff. A bit crowded/cramped/confusing back near the bakery section. But generally a solid grocery store with decent prices. Wish they did the competitive 12-pack soda deals like S&S and Shaw's, though.

Sadly, I just had the worst experience at this store. As I was checking out, the girl at the register proceeded to take a loaf of Italian bread from under the register counter, tear a piece off and take a bite from it. She then (while holding the bitten piece still in her hand) took my bags of chips and put them in a bag and handed them to me. Then she realized that the boy bagging had basically “checked out” because yawning and stretching was more important, and placed the sour cream that I purchased in front of me next to the credit card machine. Apparently, she had checked out, too. Disgusting. I’ve been going to this store for more than 35 years, and have no desire or plans to go back. I’ll pay more for gas when there’s better service elsewhere.

Overall I like the general layout of this store aisles, but the store entrances should use significant improvement. On the north side you can barely get in, grab a cart and enter store in a space wide enough for maybe 2 carriages as there is a checkout. On the south side there are no carts and you need to fight through checkout lanes to enter. Overall Just not well designed. I understand they are trying to maximize the checkout lines to move people out of the store but it does not flow well at all even whej moderately busy.

Local discount grocery store. The only issue I have with this location is that a large portion of the customer base doesn't return their carriage and will just leave the carriage in parking spots.

Locals know Market Basket as having the best prices and customer service around. The selection and quality is average, and atmosphere is 1990's grocery store. No web ordering, no delivery, no self scan. Produce quality is variable but generally pretty good.Due to crowds, it's best to shop early on weekday mornings. Don't shop Sunday afternoon...stock is exhausted and the store is crowded.

The staff are very nice.It is annoying that they don't keep the shelves stocked well enough. If something is used up they fill in the space with whatever they have. For someone who has a very special diet with multiple allergies this is not helpful.Unfortunately I've had to order multiple different items from other sources in order to have what I need.

I find the employees to be rude and not customer focused. When stocking during busiest times they make no effort to move out of the way or allow customers to get at the shelf. When inventory runs out the store has a practice of filling in the space with other products making it frustrating to determine if the product is there behind other things. On a good note the checkout staff are always polite and helpful.

Good deals. 7/10 to work for (due to the fact that your experience is entirely limited to the behaviour of your manager. They care about their customers a lot and are flexible to work with. Every customer has the right to be in the store - so don't worry about going there for any reason. They have public restrooms, but no seperate unisex or family/caregiver restrooms.

I go here alot for my job and everything is easy to find and the parking lot is easy to navigate. There are a couple of rude baggers. But other then that the staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.

A smaller market basket, one with a little less selection and amenities but good none the less.Its conveniently located right off of old route 1 and local to many other businesses, including where I work so I often run in for something for dinner after. The employees are all very pleasant and the store is well maintained/stocked despite being minimal..all in all a good market basket

Worth the extra few miles to get there. A clean store, generally in stock, plenty of parking and never more than 2 in line. Can get busy any day after 10am. Friendly, helpful staff. Better prices than closer chains.

They had everything I needed, the problem was most of the customers: rude, pushy and one woman even looked on as her son pressed down, with great force, on a mango, his fingers disappearing into it up to his knuckles...this, after trying this stunt with some that were not ripe enough for it.

I was very surprised that they haven't came up with a policy on only two rolls of toilet paper. Per person and it is time to get some in. But I do see some policies. With other items, which is a great start. And keep up the good things with the elderly.

One of my favorite stores in the area. The staff is always very very friendly. Today I got exceptional service at the butcher shop. And the lady that checked me out couldn't have been any nicer and the bagger.

One of the most popular grocery stores in the area because of lower prices. It has everything you would expect in a large food retailer. If there are any holidays or storms coming it is overwhelmed with shoppers and lines could be very long. Other than that, normal wait times. Good bakery.
