The pharmacy was good when it was 24 hours because they was well stocked they're not anymore and customer service went down the toilet I was on hold and heard them pick up the phone and put me back on hold close to an hour. They delayed my medication 3 days pasted when I supposed to get it. When is the medication I supposed to take mandatory since my transplant I have to wait another day once I get my meds but once I have them this is goodbye to Walgreens

This pharmacy is not answering their phones at all. Instead they are hanging up on patients right after getting through the horrid VRU system. VERY infuriating. I have been trying to get in touch all day but this happens every single time i try to call them about a fairly important prescription that I need filled.Looks like this location is having staffing issues currently and was completely closed last night. They do not change the phone service to notify people of this only will put you on hold for hours while the store is closed.

I recently tried to refill a prescription at the Walgreen’s Pharmacy located at 170 North Main Street, Randolph, MA. This pharmacy was unable to fill my prescription in full. They had suggested for a partial refill and they told me they would notify me (11 or 12Jan23) when the remainder of my prescription has been filled (target 17Jan23). I have not received any notification and have tried calling this pharmacy to get confirmation on my prescription multiple days in a row as they have a sign posted in the store to call/check if prescriptions are filled prior to going to the store. While I was there on 14Jan23 to pick up my partial prescription, the wait to get the prescription was almost an hour and this store seemed to be significantly understaffed given the fact that this Walgreens is 24/7. In addition, they didn’t even supply the prescription which I had needed so I had to return the very next day to get the correct prescription.Every time I call the pharmacy to get confirmation on the prescription, the call is on hold for more than an hour. I have yet to get a hold of someone to give me the status of my prescription.I have been using Walgreen’s to fill my prescriptions for a long time. I have never encountered such terrible service in my life. I formerly lived in Marlborough, MA and the Walgreens located at 99 Granger Blvd has never had an issue with filling my prescription. This Randolph site seems to operate in an insufficient manner and is not properly staffed or capable of handling the volume of work which is funneled through this site. Every time a prescription is sent to them from my doctor, I get an automated call which states that my prescription will be delayed. This site needs immediate help and/or remediation of how to make it more efficient.

This is one no of the worst pharmacies in the the northeast. They do not pick up phone calls, prescriptions are not always ready when they say it would be and you do dhow up to pick up the lines are horrendous.

Don't go there for a Covid vaccine. Better to get Covid than dealing with those people. It took them more than 2 hours to vaccine 5 people. They don't provide information, noone knows what they are actually doing. I have never seen that, it is a joke.

My favorite Walgreens i went there many time, the pharmacist and the employees always friendly and respectful to me. Also over the phone too, I recommend it. Also it stay open 24 hours, I am a very busy woman . I enjoy the flexibility. Thank you all the people, who work at that Walgreens .

Terrible service and extremely rude staff! I waited on hold for over 30 minutes. I’m not sure if this woman was a tech or a pharmacist but she should be fired. She was rude from the start and only got more ignorant to the point that I had to tell her to lose her attitude with me. After telling me she didn’t have a prescription that my doctor had to send over twiceShe tells me there’s nothing she can do and starts rattling off a bunch of jibberish I couldn’t even understand. I’m so disgusted with this pharmacy and will definitely never be going there again. I feel sorry for those who have no choice but to use this one.

To be more accurate, this Walgreens location in Randolph deserves a negative zero for rating. I am referring specifically to the pharmacy. Yesterday, this rude pharmacy technician just left me waiting during drive through service just because I asked if they could give me a couple of pills from my med prescription because they could not fill all of the prescription due to it being out of stock. I have had this done before and that is standard procedure. The pharmacist who is this Indian woman is always respectful continuously apologizes for the bad behavior and lack of professionalism of these service techs. I don't know why they continue to employ these unprofessional people who are consistently rude and dismissive of customers? I will find somewhere else to fill my prescription so I will have no need to go to that location for anything!

Worst customer service EVER. I was charged 32 dollars for a prescription that normally costs a few dollars. I was told by CVS that my insurance required me to go to Walgreens. When I got to Walgreens, I asked the counter person, not once, but twice if she needed my insurance card. She said she didn't. When the price was high, I asked her why, she said the insurance only took off 14 dollars. So, I paid thinking there must be a problem with insurance. I went out to the car and called my insurance. They told me nothing was in the system from a Walgreens and I should go in and speak to them because something isn't right. There was nothing ran against my insurance in their system.When I asked the same counter person to confirm my insurance information was correct she rolled her eyes at me and immediately treated me like I was a problem. She involved the pharmacist, who didn't say a word to me. When she (counter person) put in the CORRECT information this time, my prescription was rejected because my insurance wants me on a 90 day prescription, which she showed me on the printout. Which she would have known and informed me about had she run the insurance card the first time.When I asked if I could return the medication, she said I couldn't because I walked out the door with it (which yes, I did, but only because she misrepresented the truth and DIDN'T confirm my insurance information in the first place). I walked away but before leaving realized they didn't give me my original receipt back.I asked the pharmacist if she was the pharmacist in charge, she said that was Emily. She (first pharmacist) then mocked me right in front of me by laughing at the fact that I asked for the pharmacist in charge.Then, Emily, who was more useless than her counterparts, came to the counter. I asked why I wasn't told in the first place about the rejection, she said they don't tell everyone, and then just started reciting corporate policy and federal law to me.This is the ABSOLUTE last time I'll ever step foot in this Walgreens ever again.I filed a grievance with my insurance company and I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.This whole situation could have been avoided if the initial person cared enough to input my correct insurance information in the system and then was transparent enough to tell me it was rejected and I needed to have my doctor send over a 90 day prescription. Not overcharge me, roll her eyes when I questioned it, then have a pharmacist laugh at me for asking for someone in charge, and then that person just spout off company policy. There's a thing called customer service and this place, doesn't know what that is.

This pharmacy in Randolph deserves a negative zero review. The pharmacy staff is so rude and unhelpful. Genuinely don't care or want to help you even if you are being reasonable. The first time they speak they already have an attitude. Can't you guys hire anyone who actually wants to be there? I wish I could go to a different pharmacy.

If you have the horrible fortune of having to use this horrendous pharmacy because CVS doesn't take your insurance, I feel your pain. The one star review is specific to this location, however. I just drove 40mins, while leaving a sick baby and my sick elderly parents at 10:30 at night because this was the only 24hr pharmacy except... THEY ACTUALLY CLOSE THE PHARMACY AT 8:00. This is not listed anywhere online or on their phone system. My Mother sat on hold for 2 HOURS where the automatic system kept saying, "you're third in line...you're second in line..". This is actually a lie, because you are not really on hold, no one is there. I said all this to the manager who replied, "yes, I know." So they know they're lieing and they don't fix it??? PRETTY SURE IT'S NOT HARD FOR A BUSINESS TO UPDATE THEIR HOURS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEIR GOOGLE LISTING. (Ps. It's not hard, I own a business, have done it many times). If this corporation cared at all about their customers they would be able to handle this very easy task. After all, they had no trouble printing up a dinky sign to hang on the pharmacy window. Lastly, YOU'RE A PHARMACY. People have medical emergencies and need their medicine. It's not like you're an ice cream store and I'm livid because I couldn't get a cone. My sick mother and child desperately needed medicine tonight and because of this sheer incompetence, I couldn't get it. WELL AT LEAST I'M ABLE TO UPDATE ANYONE READING THIS ON THEIR HOURS--- THE PHARMACY ACTUALLY CLOSES AT 8. GOOD LUCK.

On hold for 15 min. No one answered.Tried them again because my regular pharmacy didn't have what I needed. Called SIX times today. Goes directly to hold. Was on hold a grand total of 2 1/2 HOURS!!!!!No one ever answered. Can I take back my star?

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! THE PHARMACY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS THE STORE " MANAGER" (JOKE.) GAIL IS THE WORST!!! I AM TERMINALLY ILL WIDOW & HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED IS JUST BEYOND WORDS! This particular Walgreen's store is well managed, clean and well stocked.I went to this Walgreens on that day to receive my Covid-19 booster shot. The pharmacy staff were very professional and the whole procedure took about 20 minutes

The lack of customer concern at this establishment is atrocious. The pharmacy is the worst of it all. If you walk in to drop off/pick up a script you are in for a rude awakening.... even if you are standing there they will take the drive through first... even though you walked over first. It takes 2 employees to input a script apparantly, so no one is even attending to the next customer. This is a pharmacy you come to if you want to pass away from waiting so long to be attended to. I spoke to the manager of the store, a blonde woman, who acted like she could care less and just gave an excuse of their merger making them short staffed. This is not the customers issue and if the pharmacy has such a lack of help then managers and the pharmacist themselves should jump in. Someone could die just waiting for them with the amount of time it takes... a secret shopper from corporate should go in there and see the chaos. Its sickening. This particular Walgreens has downgraded my opinion about this company as a whole. This is a complaint I have made severally about this particular location and nothing has been done. Clearly walgreens doesn't really care about the health of their customers.

If I could give negative stars, this place deserves negative five. Incompetent employees are working as supervisors. You don't get any assistance whatsoever. They are all and always rude, 24 hours a day.They also claim they do not have public restrooms! This place should not even have business license for this store.

This is my first review. I have been a customer of Walgreens 21 years. The dates and complaining made during our flu crisis are shameful. Zero star complainer is just bored. VRU complaint if your speaking for anyone ,(who are they? ), Maybe your anyone's should not talk at the same time. Humor. Review the VRU service. Hiring more help ? Raise prices? To answer your anyone's and everyone's calls? Look at long lines as proof many anyone's choose Walgreens. Also offered a chance to work on patience and mindfulness.Afra your review claimed you know exactly what items are doubled. Please list them or it seems like a favored store promote. Missy reviewed stop&shop prices as outrageous. I concur.I do not understand why the spent time online cannot be positive.Ok so everyone who disliked waiting could pitch in to pay Walgreens new hires and help directing calls with a positive attitude replacing the VRU from home. Free.Walgreens in Randolph Massachusetts please know I am very grateful for your efforts in serving my family,friends and community to the best of your ability. I have always been treated with respect and will buy your doubled items if Afra truly has the exact list.We are humans with the ability to solve any problem. Stop dwelling. Waited in the drive thru pharmacy for AN HOUR. They didnt even have my script ready which should have been done 3 hours ago. They kept taking people in the physical store over everyone in the drive thru and use the excuse that there are only 2 people working. If that's how they run this store it shouldn't be in business. STAFF YOUR STORE.

Horrible customer service.I just left this location after picking up pictures. First, the photo kiosk had one representative who was by herself and in training according to her. She quickly found someone to assist me by the name of Kareem who located my photos and rang me. I went through the photos at the counter after paying to make sure everything was the way I expected only to find 5 of the 12 had heads “cut off”. I approached Kareem again asking for reprints, he acknowledged the problem and pointed me to the photo booth and walked away. I tried to start the process but there were no cables to plug the phone and when I tried to find help, Kareem had disappeared and the kiosk was completely unmanned. I waited for 5 minutes and ended up leaving. It’s important to mention that throughout this entire experience I had my 2 year old baby sleeping on my arm. I will not be coming back to this location and I can’t stress enough how bad the customer service was.

Friendly staff, ready and willing to assist, but pharmacy department very slow, and it’s very apparent that it’s under staffed. Waited 20 min in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Left due to lunch break and there were still 2 cars ahead of me. Need to staff up to keep up with the demands.

The shopping here is great and the pharmacy is great only one person in the pharmacy makes it bad to pick up your medications here and I don't think he should be working for Walgreens pharmacy he is rude and very DISRESPECTFUL and canceled all my refills that I had in the computer because I reported him to the headquarters and now I don't have any of my medications that I really need to sleep and stop my spine from spamming because it makes my heart flutters when my spine spamming and I will be contacting my Attorney's about this situation because what he did was risk my life when he filled my medications and put it back and canceled my refills and I get 60 days supply and he doesn't know that I screenshot it that's showed that I had refills and I had one that was ready for pick-up for 60 days supply and now I have to wait until June 22nd to get a new prescription and I am going to sue him period..
