I ordered a coupon offline it does say upon looking back fingers but it gave me option for wings/ fingers when choosing my options for sauces so I assumed I could get wings and wrote wings in the notes. When I got there whoever gave me my order was extremely rude and unprofessional and said in a disgusted manner “ I don’t know why who made the order wrote wings when it’s just for fingers “ i politely said well it said wings on my options so I wrote in wings if it’s just fingers it should be more clear and she aggressively told me multiple times it was not wings included. I also paid for extra blue and received neither blue cheese in my order. Overall will never return somewhere where they clearly don’t understand how to talk to people or to advertise on their website.

Today I ordered two steak and cheese subs and they both were terrible. I work 5 minutes around the corner and the food arrived cold plus they got the order wrong. We continue to order from here because it's close, but today's the last day. Then when I call to tell them that the order was wrong, they say they want to old sub back. What, are they gonna resell it? Knowing them probably. So many people complain about the bad service at my job. We are just gonna stop ordering from there.

Solid Take-out, Very fast delivery. Guy taking order on phone was excellent. Very nice, not rushed & perfectly accurate. Had 10" hearty meatball pasta pizza. Tasty red sauce, with meatball slices topped with fresh mozzarella. Ziti was baked in but a little dry.Antipasto salad was excellent with delicious balsamic dressing. Can't wait to return & try more of their menu.

Good food. Very fair prices. Pizza is great and subs are definitely NOT lacking!! I’ve tried probably 9 different subs or wraps. All filled just right. No skimpy subs here.I would love if there was some Mediterranean foods or salads. 5starts all around!!

I’ve been a faithful customer for over 3 years until today. Ordered my family a couple of pizzas to be delivered. When my husband got them all the cheese and pepperoni were pushed to the side like it had been dropped or something. Called them to let them know and they said they would remake and send again….wanted us to give back the original 2 that my husband had to piece together and my kids had already started eating. 1st of all, wanted us to wait for new pizzas because their driver messed them up, second of all, I have never once complained and always had good service till today. Bad customer service on your end!!! We won’t be back!!! Now I’ll wait for the smart remark you’ve given to a lot of people on here!!! Pursuit of happiness. Smh!

The Cafe is one of the little wonders you will find in Randolph. It is family owned the last time I checked and family oriented. It is the type of place you go and everybody knows your name. My family has been served by this lovely little cafe for over 16 years we have lived in this friendly little town. We appreciate the staff very much. Thank you for serving Randolph so well.

Food was just flat out awful. Steak sub taste nasty like old oil. Kids “chicken tenders” was a joke. It’s literally over sized mushy chicken nuggets ew. Everything was thrown in the trash!!! Go next door to rock city pizza.Note to owner: Luck is simply not required to acquire good food. HOPEfully you can learn and modify some changes instead of posting baseless replies. Do better !!! 😁

Randolph Cafe delivered 8 delicious and hot large pizzas to our hungry crew for our Christmas lunch. Fantastic. Everyone was as pleased as always. We have been using them for years, and will continue to. Gotta try the meatball pizza, it's always the one that is gone first.

I've lived in Randolph over a year now and had them several times. Staff is always friendly, food is good and always ready at the given pickup time. They def feel like one of those restaurants that are "part of the fabric" of the neighborhood.

My fiance got subs yesterday and today and both days they were spot on.The bulkie rolls are soft and enjoyable.Both days he got chicken sandwich and I got ham and cheese with everything.They were delicious!!Thank you.

My every Friday lunch place for years. Call ahead never more than 10 minutes it'll be ready when you get there. Great food and they have good size slices if you're in a hurry.

First time trying this place. Center Street Famous use to be my go to but after too many mess ups we decided to try a different place. The food was not great. I was really looking forward to tasting some delicious pizza based on all the positive reviews but was disappointed to bite into a slice that tasted very bitter and quite flavorless otherwise. I had to dump pepper, crushed red pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning and onion powder and hot sauce on the pizza to mask the bitter taste and actually get some flavor out of it. The pizza was actually so bad nobody else wanted anymore. We ended up tossing the rest in the garbage and that NEVER happens in my house. The fries were also bland. The wing dings were fine, but then you can't really mess that up since they already come premade and the store just deep fries them...also got a steak tip Caesar salad. The steak was well seasoned and well done like I asked but tough to chew. We also ordered chocolate chip cookies and a brownie. The cookies were so thick and hard, cookies from pizza shops should be soft. The brownie was pretty good. Probably the only good tasting thing we got from here. All in all this place is not great and I really don't understand all the good reviews. We will have to keep trying other spots elsewhere I guess. Will not be ordering from this place again, that's for sure. $50 wasted.

I’ve chatted with two people on the phone to place or update an order on separate occasions. Each person was a delight to speak with! They’re patient and kind while we talked. The food, so far so yummmyy! I had a tuna sub with all the fixings. They chopped up pickles & threw it in there… OBSESSED. Why haven’t I thought of that?! I liked this sub so much, I ordered it the next day! They’re a staple food delivery for our OR! We really love Randolph Cafe!

Work down the street from them so we usually order from them minimum of twice a week. Each time we do its quick and taste amazing. HIGHLY recommend ordering from them especially if you like steak and cheese subs or pizza! 5/5 stars
