Rudest unprofessional lady u have ever dealt with I had an elderly friend n to make a purchase the cashier automatically thought she was paying with food stamps which she wasn't so rang her bill up wrong n. Was so rude threw me out of the store bc I was sticking up for my friend. I will never shop there again. I wouldn't recommend anyone 2 shop there I will be writing corporate. If anyone can point me in the right the direction

The store attendants are so helpful and always friendly. This is consistent from the first day I went to now. This is a great place to purchase items in between the super market visit and has affordable prices on name brands as well. That's a plus. Lastly and most importantly the store is ALWAYS clean and does NOT feel like a messy, cluttered, and unorganized dollar store.

When this store first opened it was very clean and organized. Now its always dirty. I'm disappointed. Theres always things in the aisle left over from stocking the shelves, the clothes and shoes section is always messed up, the shelves are always messy. If I can't find something I don't even ask for help because I doubt the staff would no where anything is on account of how the shelves always look. The store simply looks run down. With such a small store, I expect better cleanliness.

9/20/2021 5: 45pm I came in to the store to get a birthday card, and grad to other items. The clerk total the cost. I did not have the 71 cent change and told the clerk I can leave my purchase and run to the car, to not hold up the line. The Manage at other register start being rude, and verbal nasty towards me, because I did not agree to low the store to keep my changes. Once I am back to into the store and given cashier my 71 cents. The manager became Irated started loudly yelling, at me slamming items on counter, then. Ownership needs to address this unprofessionalism by this Managers of this store.

Cleanliness is very important to me. Even thought the store is small and has a verity of items to choose from it is neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are cheap compared to other stores.

I have been to a lot of Dollar Generals in My Life and they were Good, But this One in Randolph MA is the Best one I have ever been. Great Customer Service, Clean, Well Stock, and Organized Store. I will Recommend this Store to all my Family and Friends to go and Shop there. Great Job!!!

This store has everything for affordable prices. I go there everyday to get everyday essential stuff and the staff is amiable and takes excellent care of me. Especially the manager he is a terrific person. I will recommend anyone to this store.

I found this place with my girlfriend.Walked in and all I could say was .....Hey Diane, this place is pretty good and the prices are fairly low! The woman that was working the register is real polite and a great since of humor!Check this place out, if you want to save money!

If I could give it no star I would.There are 2 guys cashier there. They are so friendly, polite, helpful and nice. It is this female cashier. She is very racist. I went into the store at 9:50. I went in for a mop, and a freshner. As soon as I step foot she said they are closing in 1 min. I asked her don't you guys close at 10:00. She said no they shut off the registers in 1 min. I said fine. I was looking for the air freshner she keep following me I just ignore her. . There was a white customer in the aisle before me. I was listening she didnt say nothing to them she came straight to me and said we are closed. I asked her why is it only me you keep saying that to.She said purchase something or get out. I said why are you on me for. She said again purchase something or get out. There was another customer near me she never said anything to her. When I left I sat in my car for 5 mintues to see if she is going to lock the door or if the other customer is going to leave nothing happen. I just wanted to say I never post anything before. But this lady really needs to take a class in customer service and life in the 21st century.

Customer service is very unpleasant(Randolph &Hyde Park). Constant swearing and personal arguments are a daily occurrence. Frankly it's distasteful, makes for a hostile shopping experience(Randolph location). The company as a whole is great.

I was discriminated against by the Manager. He knows me as a loyal customer, however; humiliated me in front of the whole store. He knows I bring the cart back EVERY time. It is ILLEGAL to discriminate based on age, sex, religion, or any other personal identity.

Employees are very friendly. They sell home decor, wall decor, stationery, planners, calendars, DVDs, Blu-ray media, and many more. No public restroom.

Cheapest milk in Randolph at $2.65 a gallon; Garelick Farms brand from Franklin. Much cheaper than the two supermarkets in Randolph. Store is clean and new inside. Checkout often has a logjam, particularly on Saturdays for the $5 off coupon. Every now and then you'll get stuck behind some guy inexplicably buying 20 bottles of vegetable oil. Enjoy your Crisco fella, are you taking a grease bath or something?

Always a hassle. They don't ever seem to have enough employees and the store is a mess. Only reason I go here is that we dont have many options. Takes forever to cash out here no matter who is working.

Came to Dollar General in Randolph because Boston didn't have what I wanted and I'm so glad I did because they had a lot check it out Dollar General and Randolph. Also they're friendly too.

It was okay, they didn't have what I needed. They always have long lines and their pricrd are somewhat pricey. Sometimes they have you think ur getting it at a clearance prices but it really is no bargain....

Unlike most Dollar Generals in every other state I go, this particular one did not do Western Union money transfer and it was difficult to find employees in the front of the store.

Not a great experience. Things were everywhere, they had expired coupons on product on the shelves, that they wouldn't accept. Overall bad customer service. Was not happy.
