It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Indy store. The girl was very rude. She said I had to talk through the window which you cannot talk to because the window is filthy, dirty you can’t even see her and also she was afraid to open the window then why is she at that job? She should get another job like sweeping the floors I couldn’t believe how rude she was. I couldn’t hear her I got a manager and she told me she was too nervous to open the window so I have no idea but I saw her open the first four cars in front of me unless she’s just prejudice.

The Phamarcy associate Claudia who helped should be the specimen of what excllent customer service and patience is. I went to pick up my medication and due to a not so clear connection my name wasn’t coming through very clearly and I was frustrated by that coupled with a long commute home and when Claudia came to the windows and asked me to repeat my name I was very short with her and the entire time she remained calm as I my frustration with The way the interaction was going grew More and more. Claudia remained as professional and courteous the entire time and managed to help me pick up my medication within 15 minutes of me getting there. She was able to resolve an issue with my medication refill that I’ve been trying to resolve for some few weeks now and explained to me in detail why there was a delay and why they couldn’t find my medication. She was able to solve that less than 15 minutes of me arriving at this pharmacy. CVS should commend her for the patience and excellent customer service she demonstrated, especially being that I was being very rude to her. This is a true testament why CVS is ranked number one in customer service because of the excellent customer service and patience Claudia showed to me today.Bravooo !!! to the pharmacy team in Randolph. To Claudia you are is true professional!!!!’

My meds are at three locations and I'm disabled my arthritis in my legs are too bad and when I pick up my refills I get a lot of text messages stating I have meds that are ready for pickup

They sell rethink water for $1.59. No appointments required for flu shots and covid vaccines. All appointments are free with cvs card. Masks required and recommended social distancing for checkout and returns.
