Maureen at the prescription counter/ pharmacy is foul to deal with. I paid cash for some prescriptions when I forgot my insurance card a few weeks back. I was told I could come back with my insurance card and be refunded. Today I brought my insurance card and Maureen was very rude and acted like I was disturbing her when she’s the manager. She kept making faces, giving attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience to issue the refund that another employee eventually did issue.

My recent visit to CVS Randolph was disappointing on multiple fronts. The parking lot was unkempt, reflecting a lack of attention to cleanliness. Pharmacy services were subpar, with excessive wait times for both prescription pickup and filling. Moreover, the atmosphere was negatively impacted by visibly disgruntled employees. This collective experience makes it challenging to recommend this CVS location.

Inside CVS in Randolph is okay, but the outside is trashy. Hire someone to come once per week and clean in front of the store.

Pharmacy assistants are the most rude unprofessional, untrained, dispassionate group of people I’ve ever experienced. No sense of awareness interacting with a population of sick or mentally distressed individuals. They certainly leave a bad impression of minorities as a whole. Sad!

Horrible services your either waiting for hours for your script - or the staff are not keeping your information confidential. We over heard one of the technicians loudly discus a customer’s information to another technician. And speaking other languages. These ladies appear to be new very unprofessional in Randolph Cvs.New professional staff needed. Wonder if drugs and background check are done prior to hiring and letting these individual fill your script. They give fill wrong prescriptions negligence.Your life is literally In their hands.Lawsuit waiting!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Pharmacy manager loves to violate HIPPA laws and shout out names of meds. Customer relations never called back with my complaint against her (Ana ) and now I’m getting the attorney general’s office involved for the HIPPA violation. Let’s just say I’m traumatized and I switched to a complete different pharmacy. Not to mention the staff is always on their personal phones & having personal conversations while there’s a long li e of customers. I’ll never go back there again.

Classic CVS. Good service, and very helpful. They had everything I needed and had my script filled in under 30 minutes from entrance to exit. Plus there are a few food and general needs stores on the block if ypu have to wait for anything.

This pharmacy sucks. Prescription was sent at 3:30. I gọt there by 8pm and they told me to wait for 30 mịn. Customer service is rude, esp the black girl on night shift. Btw, I called thousand times before I came but nobody answered.They are rude, unprofessional and suckkkkkkk.

Just went to this store and I was unfortunately racially profiled. I had 2 things in my hand then put them back. Store clerk assumed I stole and followed me out the store to ask me about the items. I told him "I put themback obviously". Then he responded to "not come back into the store". Since Walgreens was on the other end, I wanted to check with them instead. I bought my items at the Walgreens across the street and then went back to show him my receipt and asked him why he profiled me. He only asked me to leave and didn't have the decency to apologize. Unfortunately racism is still alive and well. An unforgettable 4th of July this was. It's people like him that make it hard for colored folks. 😞

Young black cashier at the pharmacy (her name is Hope and has a neck tattoo ) has such an attitude ! She is so disrespectful and should not be working at the pharmacy . Hope got very defensive and rude when my mom confronted her about a transaction that was being done . Keep in mind that she was on a phone call while we were doing this transaction . ( most likely on the phone with a friend by the way she was talking ) We also confronted her about being on the phone while being with customers , and then she started talking back to us so rudely . She also said something about us to the person on the phone , which is unacceptable . But whatever ! It’s not the customers fault that she has a miserable life !!!

Very unprofessional pharmacy staffs et al. I had a prescription requested over a month ago and have contacted the pharmacy periodically to get an idea of when my prescription would be ready for pick up. I was told on several occasions that they have ordered it and are waiting for the supply. Finally, after a month of waiting, I once again contacted and had the [non] pleasure of speaking to a female pharmacist who refused to identify herself and told me that I should transfer the request to Walgreens. When I inquired as to why I wasn’t informed of this earlier, the pharmacist became defensive and blatantly lied that she had told me of this before. I called her out on her lies and lack of professionalism, two which she further became aggressive. Shame that people of this community have to deal with such mediocre and lack of professionalism from a big brand company. As she asserted herself, go to Walgreens instead. You'd think the two-star rating would by now have upper Management making changes.

There’s this new white pharmacist that works there named Maureen, she’s is incredible rude, impolite, disrespectful , impatient and a bit racist .I wouldn’t recommend getting your prescription or getting your shots here.CVS should really do checks on the people they hire.I hope she learns some social skills

I know why the pharmacy is so horrible. They spend their time arguing with customers instead of doing their jobs. Just had an employee charge from behind the counter at me, other employees had to hold her back. Do not use this pharmacy.

All complaints in other reviews are accurate. The employees are clearly overburdened to the point of not giving a hoot. Hearing them talk smack about customers who just left was disappointing.

Always had great experiences here. The staff is friendly & greet me when i walk in which never happens anymore other places.... I'm thankful they are still open 24/7 as all the other locations open 24 hours shut down the pharmacy at a certain time which defeats the reasons most people need a 24 hour CVS. I appreciate they still offer this service & every single time ive had an experience here its been a positive one which is something i can not say for a certain CVS in Brockton. I think if people saw how poorly some CVS/& other pharmacies treated customers they would understand that in comparison this location gets an A+ but even based on its own merit, its a good place to get great customer service. The store is clean & its in a relatively safe location. I think the store & pharmacy staff should be commended for their excellent efforts to ensure customer satisfaction & care. Good job Randolph CVS staff. I think too many complain about poor service yet when they receive good or excellent service they forget to give credit to those that do their job. Everyone who does a job well done deserves to be recognized so Im going to start leaving positive reviews for those that deserve it. My 2019 goal to appreciate those people & places that make life a little easier. You're my first review for 2019. Thank you for many years of great service! Hope more people remember to leave a review with their experiences. 😊

I would rate the pharmacy on efficiency but the employees at the retail side is just beyond horrible. I don’t believe any data capture would indicate the rudeness and quality interactions, or demeanor. I tend to just go in to get my prescription and run out. This is a huge loss for cvs where Iam inclined to purchase more things but the customer service at randolph ma location is so bad and rude. I got into cvs stress and leave more stressed out by the service from manager to employee. Even asking a simple question as going into the bathroom, they are too busy talking to other cvs managers about bias racial conversations that is so unprofessional. Try to visit other locations because this location is just horrible.

So the store is fine and always great sales, so I'm in line waiting to pay n obviously use my coupons and the two women before me got shut down on using any of theirs yet older cashier didn't even try. So my turn n I already knew she was going to try me n of course she did, said my coupons were from diff accounts YET SHE WATCHED ME PRINT THEM FROM THEIR MACHINE, AND COMMENTED CUZ IT WAS 10FT no lie, so she tried to hustle/bully me and said I can wait for manager n I did. Awesome younger girl, she rang order in 1sec flat and my coupons ALL scanned no issues, the other lady didn't even try jus said I couldn't use them. The older cashier says "they wouldn't scan?" I said that's a lie you didn't even try, she then proceeded to argue w me, but I shut her down, the nice manager asks if I want to join the carepass program and extensively and informatively explains the program and I joined, funny I waited in line n not once did I hear the bully cashier ask anyone she shut down about this program. Needless to say , CVS your younger female manager w glasses is an asset to your company and she is what will bring me back to your store again, this woman is great and very good w customers. I left smiling and it was because of her, and she sold me on that program, so I ended up spending more money in the long run after she corrected the problem, this woman deserves a raise, great job. Thanks again.

Stay away from them, they will ask you to pay hundreds out of pocket even if you have insurance. And when you contact your insurance you will figure out that your prescription was covered at 100%. Worst customer service ever .

Very unprofessional pharmacy i was at drive thru waiting to pick up my medication & once is my turn to get to window the girl there tells me. I have to come back because is lunch time!!! mind me it was 1:29 not even 1:30pm yet!!

This is an pretty middle of the road CVS location. It gets a lot of foot traffic due to being located on Randolph's busy Main Street. The photo machine is often down. Despite this, the customer service is decent and the staff appear to care about customers, so I am giving them three stars for that.

I like how Randolph has a 24 hour CVS not all towns do I go late night fly downNorth main grab some grocies getting wating on and bagged right away lot less hassle then going on north main then shaws on the weekend makes my small grocery trip a breeze
