If I could give this entire pharmacy chain a zero I would. Idk what happened to Walgreens but everything from the way the app works to the pharmacy itself has problems. I understand that some things are a mistake but when problems occur with every other prescription its a big problem. Time for me to take my business elsewhere. Also each employee tells me something different and they really are too disorganized to handle filling peoples medications. Very frustrating

I'm going to give two stars because the pharmacist I have interacted with is very helpful and kind, however I've been on hold for exactly 1 hour, and still waiting. It is never crowded whenever I go into the store. I am always checked out in a timely manner. But for some reason it takes a massive amount of time to answer the lines

Photo department continues to lose photos. If I could give 0 stars I would. Multiple orders, order numbers, phone numbers etc. and they still can't find 2/2 photo print orders of mine. Useless, go elsewhere.

Set an appointment for my husband at the pharmacy. There was no point to making that appointment, since he sat there an waited for over 2 hours to get his shot. There is only one person on staff that is filling scripts and doing shots. If they can't hire anyone additional, what is the point to making appointments. Cancel those services since they obviously can't commit to it. My husband's comment about this location was "0.0 stars. Avoid at all costs".

This pharmacy needs to get it together. I had a prescription sent in around 3pm today, and saw it was in their system via their website. I called at around 5:30pm asking when it would be ready, and the woman over the phone said it would be ready in about an hour. I head down there at 6:30pm, stand in line, get to the front and ask the tech for my script. “We ran out of stock today- we had several scripts for it in the last hour” okay, but my script was called in like 3 1/2 hours before that. Can’t you guys see if you’ll have enough meds in stock to be able to fill my script? I have a couple days left for my last fill, it’s Monday, and you’re telling me I won’t get it until Friday? I’m sending my script over to Osco in Marshfield where they have it together.

Terrible experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone.On 9/6, I booked our booster and flu shot appointments for today 10/9, and received a confirmation email. Received several reminder emails including one yesterday 10/8 with what we needed to do to prep for our appointment.Drove 30 minutes to the pharmacy - note, there were signs plastered all over the store and pharmacy about getting your vaccines on site - and then waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that our appointments were cancelled and that they don't do vaccines at this location.I showed them my confirmation and reminder - the pharmacy tech said that I should have gotten a phone call because they cancelled all of their appointments. Neither myself nor my husband received a phone call or cancellation notice, but received reminders to ensure we did not miss the scheduled appointment.We wasted an hour in the car on our day off and now the rest of my day trying to find a place that can get us our shots this week.Very upset and frustrated, as we planned for this shot a month ago so that the timing would be right for an upcoming event and not impact our work schedules.

In the past year this walgreens has gone downhill fast. You need a good 45 min out of your day just to pick up your scripts, and that's even if they're in stock. Then they give you a false date of restock. And as of right now they are "temporarily closed" without any notice! Terrible!

I've been going there for many years. I left CVS because it would take almost an hour to get a prescription filled. Approximately 2 years ago my Walgreen's (Plymouth)became a nightmare. I'd called to see if my prescription was ready. I was told 30 minutes. I'd drive there and it was another 45 minutes. Last night I was in drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. The lead car was at the window 31 minutes. In the past I was asked to pull to the side, so they could wait on others. I was told it would take as hour and half to fill my prescription. I was so sick I could barely hold my head up.

Tried to refill Monthly Perception on Monday 12/6 was told it was being ordered for Tuesday,then Wednesday,then Thursday,then Friday 12/10 and was told now it will not be until Monday and nothing they can do about it.Told me I could drive all over Massachusetts to tither Walgreens if I really need it.They refused to find A Walgreens for me. This is dangerous lack of service.I guess if we die from lack of needed medication it's less trouble for them. Medicare system won't let me use out of county or a CVS.

I had a scheduled appointment for 4:30with a confirmation code. When I arrived they told me that something must have happened in the system where they accidentally booked 2 people at once for the same time slot. The manager Told me she couldn't do anything about it. She then threatened to call the police on me I didn't exit the line.then turned around and mocked me to the other employee working there her name is Melissa.

Wish I could give 0. Worst drive thru of all time. Wish I was kidding... Been sitting in my car waiting for over 20 minutes. I'm sandwiched between cars and am late for my doctor appointment. Make sure you give an entire HOUR if you need to stop. Disgusting. It's not the fault of the employees either it's the fact that there's only one person in pharmacy alone, occasionally on like a Saturday there is 2. These people are exhausted and over worked and corporate won't bring in more people.

I moved and had to switch here from Rockland wallgreens where I had used for almost 5 years the 1st time I called pharmacy the woman was so rude thought ok maybe a fluke until the 2nd time rude not helpful the pharmacy here is not even close to the wonderful experience i had in Rockland as such I will be switching. If they had a 0 star that's what it would be overall pharmacist is rude and cold not a welcoming experience that I expected from a wallgreens whatsoever

Tried to get passport photos taken at this Walgreens. The associate refused making up some sort of excuse about mask mandates...A)in Massachusetts, mask mandate ended two days ago for people who are fully vaccinated, which we are. And B) the associate wasn't wearing a mask herself.Went across the street to CVS and had zero problems.

Wouldnt leave a star if i had a choice. Every Walgreens ive been to has different rules. I can't stand the pharmacists are just as rude as the workers. Switch places. Save yr self the dirty looks from the workers if u have anything that is controlled substance. They are always switching up rules. Who wants to run out of a med before they can pick up the refill?

My Doctors office had to send three electronica requests over three days to get my gout prescription refilled. This problem has been reoccurring. I’m now looking to change to an independent Pharmacy

I read the reviews and went anyway. The lady in the pharmacy was a complete Angel! She bent over backwards for me. I'm from out of town and she really cared and tried to help me. She was an older lady and very quick! Thank you!

I went there to get Vani Cream Lite for my coworker Glennjamin and they had it! It was right at the front of the store. They also had a new type of Hershey bar I had never seen before. They accepted Samsung pay when cashing out but no bitcoin. This was easily one of the best Walgreens in Plymouth that I have ever gone to! 5 STARS!

Pharmacist won't fill out-of-state prescriptions! Extremely unfriendly; treated me like a criminal just because I'm on vacation. Save yourself a headache and go to the CVS across the street.
